We came to station house new location . We were greeted with an amazing friendly staff. We orders the walk in sampler which had brisket ,chicken, ribs pulled pork jalapeño cheddar sausage and it came with Mac n cheese and beans . It was all delicious and how we remembered it from the other location. We also decided to order the burnt ends and brisket friend rice both were freaking delicious. This is some delicious Bbq . If you want brisket go to The Brisket Shoppe in Tampa. The best part about the brisket was dunking it into the Mustard sauce. The Mustard sauce might be the best item on the menu. I want to buy a bottle of it. The 2 sides I chose were: Cole Slaw - Finally someone in Tampa Bay can make Cole slaw 9/10. Mac N Cheese - Flavor was spot on, as was the texture. Why are so many firemen opening restaurants lately? First it was sandwiches, then pizza...and now BBQ? I'm not complaining--especially after my visit to Station House BBQ. This spot has had quite a journey. It started as a food truck, spent some time out in Lutz, and now it's landed in Seminole Heights for the past seven months. There's also a location inside MOSI, but I hit up the main spot on Nebraska Ave. I asked the guy behind the counter to hit me with their best recommendation, and he offered up a few solid picks. I went with their Cuban sandwich, which won 1st place at the 2025 International Cuban Sandwich Festival--and yeah, it lives up to the hype. Crispy, smoky, juicy perfection. They threw in a Carolina gold mayo-style dipping sauce, which I was told isn't normally included--just something the staff likes and wanted my to try. I see why. It took everything to the next level. The mac and cheese side was also outstanding--creamy, rich, and full of flavor. The sweet tea is complimentary, which is a nice Southern touch. The spot is clean and inviting, though parking is a bit of a challenge, and apparently the neighbors aren't thrilled--I was told I should move my car from their parking lot. Quite a small dining space leaving even less room for waiting for your food. The meat was cooked exceptionally well and all proteins were super tender. We did not enjoy the seasonings on the meats, but were able tolerate eating the food with the use of bbq sauce. The potato salad was not to my liking. Lots of BBQ out in this area, but this is definitely one of the better ones. They advertise their "signature slow cooked" meats like chicken, pulled pork, brisket, and sausage. I am a huge sausage fan and that's what Iended up going for, 1/2lb combo with mexican street corn on the side. The sausage has the kind of casing I really like with a nice crisp snap and the meat is smoked and spiced very well. The street corn is just a bit bland, but you can always add salt and pepper or hot sauce or other condiment of choice. Service is quick and every one is courteous and professional. My company ordered catering from here for a tailgating event and was 10/10. The ribs literally fell off the bone. The brisket was to tender. The baked beans was the perfect amount of sweet. I wish the brisket was a bit more tender, but granted we got there a little bit before they closed. We also ordered the baked beans, Mexican corn, mac and cheese, and broccoli salad. I thought the sides were all pretty good! The baked beans were a little too sweet for my liking, but I generally don't eat a lot of sweet things. They had a variety of sauces which were all fun to try. What really made this place worth it for me was the staff. I believe we had spoken with the wife of the establishment. She was extremely kind and personable towards us. Any questions we had about the menu, she of course had answers to. It was really good to feel her energy through the interaction we had with her. As someone who doesn't really love bbq cause it always lets me down i can honestly say this was good. Got the two meats box and both the brisket and ribs were delicious. Very flavorful and i appreciate that you can choose lean vs moist brisket. Fries were made fresh and the seasoning is nice. Ohhhh man, this might be my new favorite BBQ place! I got a 1/2 lb of lean and moist brisket with loaded tots topped with sausage. Everyone has told me they think Brisket Shoppe has the best brisket in Tampa, but I genuinely think this place does it better. Even the lean parts were still so rich and juicy, I loved every single bite. I was also not expecting to get so much for the tots with basically a full serving of the sausage, the sweet sauce they use for it is especially amazing! It definitely sets it apart from other normal loaded tots. Mac and cheese was deliciously gooey, and I like the spiral macaroni instead of the regular kind. The sausage itself was also perfect with a nice, crispy skin. They also had a bunch of unique sauces here, I would highly recommend the guava sauce. Service here was also super friendly and sweet, I had actually pre-ordered for the wrong day and was worried I wouldn't be able to pick it up when I went, but they were very understanding and still gave me the full order, no questions asked. You place your order at the counter and you're given a number you place on us table. They will bring your food to your table. And if you're like me and cannot finish all the food they also have carry out containers. Sauces available and self serve at the front counter. We were greeted promptly and staff was friendly. They do have a meal for 2 where you can choose 4 meats and 1 side however all the meats have to be different. I would say Mission and Hungry Harry's are now a very, very distant second. Station House nails it! The brisket(perfectly smoked, tender and spot on), the burnt ends(melt in your mouth), the beans(to die for, never have found even decent bbq beans), the collard greens(perfectly sweet and spicy). Freshly brewed tea too. They had burnt ends as a special. I asked if they could do a small portion of burnt ends on top of the brisket sandwich. They were happy to oblige. It was only a few dollars extra which I gladly paid and would and will do it all over again! That sandwich took me to another dimension I can't wait to return to again! I'm typically one to use Yelp to find places but rarely have an experience that warrants me leaving a review. This is one of those rare times I must leave one.....this place is PHENOMENAL. I had the pulled pork a La cart and the brisket a La cart (on the carnivore lifestyle) and both were some of the best I've ever had and I've had bbq from all over America. The flavor in the pulled pork was excellent with their basic salt and pepper seasoning they apply. The brisket was so moist and flavorful it blew my mind. The only sauce I tried was the sauce they used for their ribs because it apparently didn't have a ton of sugar and it was awesome. If you're within 45-60 minutes of this place and you love BBQ you gotta give it a go. There was a group of 4 in there that were also first timers from out of town and they stated this was top 3 they've ever been to.
