Who would ever think a small town like Moab would have such a great quality Sushi bar. Living on the Coast of California we love our sashimi and nigiri. All the fish we had was very fresh and not frozen numerous times. Our Sushi chef Jeff was very friendly and creative. One of the dishes we had was the poki salad which they used fresh local greens with a seaweed salad that accompanied the assorted fish they chopped up in a delicious light flavorful marinade. This place was very good and will be back for sure. My wife and I ordered a bunch of rolls and everything we had was over the top. If you want sushi in Moab look no further. I think they only do dinner but the same owner has a thai restaurant on the same block. I will try that on my next visit to Moab. read more

First of all this is not a traditional Japanese restaurant but a very good maki/sushi restaurant. The service was very good today and the food has good quality. If you have Celiac disease like I do, GO HERE! It is super rare to find a sushi place that caters to us gluten free folks, but most items on the menu can be prepared gluten free. We were lucky enough to be in town for the opening night of 2014 season. The fish was super fresh, and the preparations were superb. The one item that deserves special mention is the poke salad. We are big fans of this dish, and have had it in many locations including Annapolis and the Big Island. This is the best preparation we have had. read more

Ok, seriously... This is the best sushi we have had for months! If you are in Moab, just go there and have a sushi feast! Service is amazing, food is out of this world. We arrived yesterday, after closing hours, with our 7-year-old and they were kind enough to serve us exceptionally!!! Our daughter had grilled chicken with a yummy sauce on the side and rice.
