As I was standing in line waiting to receive an order, a customer called and I think this is poor. Worst customer service ever she gave her entire credit card information over the phone, and I literally heard all her information, including the pin number including the ZIP Code that is all I need to steal a customers information. This company does not care about privacy. Recently had wings from Sabatino's at a get together. Was craving them ever since. Was able to stop in early afternoon the other day and get some already hot, fresh and ready to go. I'm begrudgingly adding a 2nd star, because their food is average or better. Their pizza is fine, what you'd expect from a corner store type of place. Same with the subs. I do like the way they melt the top layer of cheese onto the cheesesteaks and meatball subs. Their wings are breaded, but they didn't have a lot of meat. And in true south side fashion, whatever you order will come with piles and piles of potato wedges, which are always delicious. The quality of their food is fine. I haven't had anything that would draw me here over anywhere else, but I wouldn't turn it down. With all that said, I will never set foot into this place again. I couldn't be more easygoing, and when I'm in public I try to blend in without making an impression whenever possible. But I have never been into this place without witnessing, or being a part of an altercation. Every experience I've had in there was like being in a weird movie. On multiple occasions, the workers were incoherent and showed almost no lucidity. I'm talking intense blank stares lasting until I back away and look for somebody else. The first time I tried to order wings there, the guy took my order and told me it'd be about 10 minutes. I waited in the store, and after about 15 I walked back up to the guy who hadn't moved from his spot. He froze when I asked about my order and responded "Riiiight. Uhh, that'll be ready in 10 minutes." When he didn't move again, I asked if he was the only one here, or just what was going on. Without responding to me, he walked over to the food area and started to prepare the order. That night I ate some place else. And this is just one of several times I've actually questioned whether I should be calling an ambulance for the dude behind the counter here. It's not just the employees who straight up weird me out. An unrealistic proportion of the customers I encounter every time I'm here seem to stagger into this place absolutely manic and ready to engage whoever they run into. One evening I left my dog in the car while I went in to grab my food, and had to shoo some lady away from my car who had her hands on the window and was making barking noises back at my dog. I noticed it happening, but intervened about a minute later when I realized she just wasn't going to stop. Eventually I realized this wasn't just one-off stuff, but this is just what this place seems to be. Nothing they offer is worth going through a scene from Mad Max to get instead of just going literally any place else. This is the most uncomfortable place I've been to so far in Syracuse. read more

Ordered online 4 hours ago. Called to verify they received order. A lady said they have it and its on its way. I live 2 blocks from there so after another half hour I called to see where it was and they said they don't have the order. So I placed order again. It took another hour. The online order came to 19.98 but when it finally came to the door it was more money. I didn't have the cash on me. The driver ripped the order out of my hand before I could figure out a solution as we were starving at this point. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered 3 sheet pizzas and gave the business name and address. The driver called and confirmed the address and I again said the business name. I then went into a short meeting and came out to 10 missed calls. They deliverd it to another business at the same building. When I called to rectify the situation by a refund or a redelivery for the next day, the owner stated it wasn't their fault as they delivered it to the address given. When I mentioned it was the wrong business, he asked me to let him speak. I did. After that I said he has two options, to remake it or refund and he was speaking over me and hung up. I ordered a bacon sheet pizza with fries. I received this and no fries. Waited 3 hours Dodd food to arrive. The pizza taste so nasty and no sauce no bacon not cooked pepperoni and dough. I had some pizza and wings from here today and I was pleasantly surprised. They were delicious! I've never had wings like this before. They were fried, but not slathered in sauce. They make great bbg wings, but their potato wedges were cut terribly and undercooked and their sweet and sour boneless chicken tasted like they added mayonnaise/miracle whip to the sauce, completely inedible and gross. Sweet and sour sauce should not taste like mayonaise!! read more

I attempted to order from here for the first time about 5 years ago it was the last time I ever called or walked into Sabatino's. I have a studdering problem and I was going to put in the order and the guy on the phone said hurry up retard I have another line ringing. The customer service was terriable I didn't even order from there just hung up in there face. A couple years later the owner was killed in a robbery and his wife took over the shop and about a month after she took over she was busted for welfair fraud. She was accepting food stamps for hot food. For an example if someone came in and got a $10 pizza she would charge $20. So Sabatinos are not only criminals the also have terriable customer service and beleave in discrimeation towered the disabled. read more
