There are two locations right next to the other, once one gets full, the other one takes over. Both servers were really attentive and friendly. We ordered the pitcher of sangria and it was very refreshing and tasty. For dinner we shared the fish and shrimp ceviche and the lomo salteado. The ceviche was very tasty and it came with a piece of sweet potato. The lomo salteado was very well done. For dessert we shared the suspiro and it was delicious. Definitely hit the spot for lunch. They have their own parking spaces in the back, which is great considering their location. I was in starving hurry, so I did not linger with the menu though it seemed pretty diverse. The prices are moderate but portions merit it. I went straight for something I figure I could not go wrong with which was, Lomo saltado... it was great with a refreshing cuzqueña. The service was quick and welcoming. Third time at this restaurant and it has always been the same. The parking is on the street behind or there a small lot next to it. (The entrance is through the back) Food is always super good. This time I had the fish, shrimp and octopus one. It is super flavory and tastes fresh. I had the Lomo saltado which is pretty good, but I think they serve little amount of meat. The chicken onion sauce it is a huge plate and it is amazing. The problem with this place is the service, the servers are terrible and the one last night was super rude. She did not ask if she can pick up the plates, she demanded it. Also, did not ask ones if we needed anything and made mistakes in the order. I've ordered Lomo Saltado here every time and am shocked to find how inconsistent it is. You don't get a lot of meat and though the flavor is good, you are left wanting something more delicious like CVI.CHE 105. Prices are comparable too! I will say that that their ceviche is good but how do you mess up things like Lomo Saltado and grilled chicken. I will keep trying them since they are nearby and to change my mind but for the prices (not much different than other Peruvian places), you should go elsewhere. read more

Ordered a pickup. Saw some of the photos online and chose the lomo saltado. This is what I got when I picked it up and brought it home. They pack the fries in with the steak, onions, and sauce. I've been coming to this Peruvian restaurant since 2014 and it's always hits the spot. I'm a big fan of their fish ceviche, the shrimp is good as well, but I feel like like the fish is just so good, especially if you add a little bit of picante. As a matter of fact, first time eating a fish ceviche was here and I've been a fan ever since. I absolutely love it. They get pretty busy on the regular, I highly recommend it when everything gets back to normal. For now ordering for pick up isn't that bad, but there's nothing like having your food served on a plate. I Appreciate the employees who are still working in keeping the business running. We've ordered pick-up/delivery from here a few times now and have no complaints for the food. While not the best I've had in the area, the lomo saltado is still pretty delicious. They also do a great job with their ceviche. The restaurant is on the small side (about 9 tables). Whenever I go pick up my food you have to snake through the tables to get to the register in the back and there is barely any room to make your way between the tables (i dont know how the servers do it). I dont think I would enjoy eating at the actual restaurant. We'll stick to take out. read more

I've come here every single time I've visited Miami for as long as I can remember. It is very much a hole in the wall type of place, but food is always delicious! We usually get the Lomo Saltado and the Jalea. They're by far our favorites from them! We usually get the chicken fried rice which is usually pretty okay, not amazing though. I do have to admit their service is not amazing and that they are fairly inconsistent with our portions. Sometimes the inconsistency annoys us because some people will get a lot bigger portion than we do or vice versa for the same price. A good friend my mine has been raving about this place for months and we decided to give it a chance for dinner this past Sunday. Located off Biscayne blvd, you will find a simple restaurant offering homemade Peruvian dishes. We were seated right away and decided to order several dishes so we can get a feel of the place. The dishes included salchipapas, papa de huancaina, Ocopa potatoes, for the main entrees we ordered grilled octopus, Lomo saltado, and chicken chaufa. The salchipapas is dish with diced pieces of hot dogs and french fries, it is a true Peruvian comfort food, very tasty. I would only order the salchipapas if you are in a big group because it is a very hearty dish to start with. The two potatoes dishes consisted of fresh boiled potatoes with the famous huancaina sauce and which is a cheese and pepper sauce and the Ocopa which is a greenish sauce consisted of yellow peppers and chopped onions, one word to describe both, delicious!! In regards to the main entree the first one to arrive was the grilled octopus which was diced to small pieces and well seasoned with a boiled potato on the side, it was good but I have had way tastier octopus in other restaurants. The last two dishes to arrive were the Lomo saltado and the chicken chifa dish. The Lomo Saltado was a very large dish with very tender slices of steak, and nice crispy french fries. The chifa was also very tasty, but my only complaint was it included green peas, I just despise peas. Overall we really enjoy and surprised with this restaurant, especially since Miami has become over saturated with Peruvian joints all fighting to be the best one in town. read more

Where can I start off with this little peruvian place in key biscayne! Its crazy how this place has become more than famous with our peruvian typical cuisine. Theres a peruvian restaurant in every corner nowadays, and it gets very frustrating sometimes. Sometimes i might tell my own friends and even my family members that were peruvian to try different places and taste their seasoning because all restaurants cook completely different. After i found this little heaven spot I can't go to no other peruvian restaurant as crazy as it sounds! This might sound ridiculous but on weekends they might have a crowd of 20-50 people waiting outside to be seated. They're restaurant is pretty small but recently they have enlarged it by making it into two and having two spots. They have two restaurants besides one to the other, and they have a little small patio right in-front with red tents with their " sabor a peru sign " so you wont miss it! I will definitely say something their parking can get difficult at time because it is very restricted because they have their parking lots named with the restaurants name because they have several other restaurants in that little strip. If you live near by or if your in bayside or near the area i will leave your car where its parked, and get an uber because it can get bad sometimes to find parking!! Their staff, and service is amazing! The food comes out pretty quick other than weekends when it can take about 30-40 mins for your meal to come out because they can get backed up. Their serving are huge if you go with a plus one is always best to not go crazy on ordering food because they serve huge amounts. What we normally order: - Tallarines verdes with palomilla or fried fish - Ceviche de pescado: keep in mind this is the only place i eat ceviche at *remember medium spice because it can get spicy at times* - Jalea de mariscos - Papa la huancaina or yuca a la huacaina (its my favorite) - Arroz chaufa To drink we always order: Inka cola or this wine with Lemonade mixed its FIRE! But they have a full bar plus you have your options from beers, and peruvian drinks. *Definitely order this on different times that we go but as you can see we go here a-lot! The portion was HUGE. The shining star - fried seafood - was beyond my expectation : fresh seafood, perfectly battered and fried. The food here was simply amazing. I got the ceviche and that was really good. The fish and shrimp were extremely tender that went well with the tartness of the lime. What really blew me away was the steak dish on top of potatoes and a side of rice. Wow. If you come here, this dish is a must. The steak was cooked perfectly and the crispy fries soaked up all the saucy goodness. My only complaint was how slow the service was. There was one server for the whole restaurant, and somehow, there's another section of the restaurant that made the food and that was on another side of the building. Not sure what was going on here but be prepared to be blown away with the food, albeit an agonizing wait for everything. read more

On this place the waitresses think they are smart. They add 15% to your bill and when you give the credit card they handle to you the wireless POS terminal showing the option of 18%, 20% and 25%, so if you haven't notice you give an extra tip more than double and I did. My friend told me the tip was added and they never told me. When I complained about it the only argument they have was that I should look at the bill and secondly that every restaurant is doing the same. Shame on them.
