    French toast and breakfast potatoes

Nice little spot located in the Hotel Paso Del Norte. Went for breakfast on a Tuesday morning so it was pretty quiet but the staff was very friendly. My server Alijan was great! I ordered the french toast and potatoes and both were delicious. She was nice enough to bring me some extra condiments to try with my meal. Would come back next time I stay here!

I came to Sabor on the recommendation of friends. I thought the food was excellent. The short rib enchiladas were delicious. They appeared small on the platter, but were very filling. I absolutely loved the plantains as a side dish. Almost like a dessert, I'd go there again just for the plantains. Fried with some sort of cream lime sauce, a delightful change from the standard rice and beans for sides. The guacamole was super fresh. When I'm in town again, I would definitely go to Sabor again.

After a long day of hiking we were thrilled to have such a great place to eat at our hotel. The seating is cozy and the decor is beautiful. Our waitress was so sweet! We had the quesadillas, nachos, and fish tacos. All were amazing and full of fresh and high quality ingredients. I had a pineapple, cucumber mojito that was light and fresh, just delicious!

Food is excellent and delicious. Great customer service. I always look forward to come back when I'm in El Paso to eat here. Nice atmosphere and decor

    My $18 two birria tacos

Eh. Honestly, just eh. And for the price it shouldn't be. Took a crazy long time to get menus because they are on ipads. Then one of the two our four top was given was dead. Service was just slow despite it not being busy. And the portion sizes are small for the price. I got two birria tacos with beans for $18 but I have had better ones from a food truck for a quarter of the price. Tacos, a shrimp dish, regular burger and kids burger was over $100.

We stopped by this place as it was conveniently located across from the Plaza Theater which we had tickets to a show. My boyfriend had the Arrachera w/charro beans and he liked it. I had the Baja Tacos with fried fish and the rice (green) and they were delicious! I had the Pepino Fresco drink and it was okay, tasted more like mint than cucumber. The ambiance is nice, the waitress was good, the food was served fast. Overall it was good, we'd consider returning if in the area.

Sit at a bar unless you have a reservation while entire area is empty for hours.

Came in for the brunch buffet. I was told there'd be a long wait since I didn't have a reservation unless I sat at the high tables. I was there for about an hour and not one person came in to the entire area w empty tables. I go up to go look into the containers and look around. There are 2 employees standing around, doing nothing, not acknowledging me, they wait till I open each container to find nothing in then and they finally say, "we'll have the food out asap". I go to the center side and do the same for the same people to tell me the same thing. Why not just tell me you aren't ready before I have to look under each empty container? These people have no sense of awareness or customer need anticipation. Further more, the food was mediocre at best, cold and flavorless. Each time I stay at this hotel I have a worst experience than the last time.

Food was good! I tried their Smashburger- it was good and juicy, had a great sauce. The French fries were soft yet browned and welled cooked. I shared the grilled chicken with cheese on a bed of and succotash- it was SUPERB! The cheddar grits is a must have! The wine was Good-( a little pricey). Will come back!

The food here was excellent. I was a little hesitant because the yelp reviews aren't very good, but we had a great time. It probably helps that our family members were tourists visiting here from the Midwest. :) the server Juan Pablo was so friendly and attentive. He even brought out a cake for my fiancé who just graduated from medical school. It's in a nice hotel so the ambiance is very nice and clean. Enjoyed the visit for sure. The only problem I had was the tablet, we were just given a tablet and didn't know how we were supposed to use it until the server informed us how to. It took us a good 15 minutes wondering why we were using a tablet lol

I knew what I was getting myself into when we walked in. I read the reviews, but it was the closest thing near the convention center! That sat us down, but was never waited on until about 20 minutes. The menus are tablets! Also, there are no prices on the menu. I thought that was weird. Make sure you if you decide to eat here that you have an hour to pass the time. The queso was really yummy and super cheesy. It took them about hour to serve the burger and the soup. The soup was a bit spicy and was good. The cheeseburger was good but the fries were SUPER salty. There wasn't that many people eating in here either, so we weren't sure why it took so long. We had to ask for the check because they never came back to check on us.

Today's lunch was terrible. The fish for Fish & Chips was undercooked. The calamari was chewy. The street corn was the only saving grace.

Beautiful restaurant, but the food wasn't great! I ordered Arrachera borracha and the meat was tough to eat the beans needed more flavor.

I kept it classic with waffles, bacon, and eggs--and it absolutely hit the mark. The waffles were light, fluffy, and perfectly golden, the bacon was cooked just right, and everything came out fresh and satisfying. Simple comfort food done right. But what really elevated the experience was the atmosphere. They had live musical entertainment by Louie, who was incredible. He played a mix of hits from yesterday and today, moving effortlessly between country & western, contemporary favorites, and traditional Spanish songs. His versatility created a warm, lively environment that both staff and customers clearly enjoyed--it added something special you don't find everywhere. Service was just as impressive. Our server, XAY, had a bright, welcoming smile and provided outstanding service from start to finish. They offered great suggestions on local favorites and specials, which made the experience feel personal rather than routine. The vibe overall is relaxed, inviting, and very "El Paso"--a place where you can sit, enjoy your meal, and stay a while. Overall: Delicious, well-executed brunch classics Live music that enhances the experience (not overwhelms it) Exceptional, friendly service Comfortable, welcoming atmosphere Would I go back? Without a doubt. This is more than just brunch--it's an experience.

I went in for brunch, and one place that absolutely deserves a visit is The Junction Brunch House. The restaurant is set inside a literal house, which gives it a cozy, welcoming feel from the moment you walk in. The service is warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. As for the food? Ay Dios mio! Outstanding. I ordered Big T's Texas Breakfast: two eggs any style, bacon, and pancakes or French toast. I chose scrambled eggs and pancakes. The presentation was impressive, looking more like something you'd expect at a high-end hotel restaurant. The eggs were folded neatly, omelet-style, into a triangle and cooked perfectly--flavorful and fluffy. The bacon was crispy yet juicy, just right. The pancakes were a four-stack, light and fluffy with a beautiful griddle finish. They came with butter mixed with brown sugar and cinnamon, and a side of and maple syrup, which took them to another level. Junction has locally made hot sauce on the table, and fair warning as both packed some serious heat and paired perfectly with the eggs. What really stood out was the attentive service. The staff checked in regularly, made sure I had everything I needed, and seemed to refill my coffee right on cue. While brunch alone makes it worth the trip, the menu offers much more than breakfast. I'm already looking forward to going back to try their lunch options. If you're in El Paso and craving a comfortable atmosphere with excellent food and service, this is a spot you shouldn't miss.

We ordered the bone marrow appetizer, iceberg wedge, Caesar salad, and two kids meals to go. Unfortunately, nearly every aspect of our order had problems. The bone marrow was excessively salty to the point of being inedible. We tried to salvage it by scraping away the salt, but ultimately had to throw it out, I was not happy as you know bone marrow is not cheaply priced. The salsa macha accompanying it was also missing. My Caesar salad arrived with wilted lettuce literally hanging out of the container, clearly not fresh enough to serve. One kids meal had the wrong side item, no silverware was provided, and our drinks were forgotten entirely. We returned to address these issues, and while the manager was apologetic and remade our order, the replacements were still subpar. My LARGE salad was noticeably smaller than what I originally ordered, and the salsa macha, when finally provided, was very mediocre at best. I've had a lot better. I'm typically understanding when restaurants make one or two mistakes, but when an entire order is executed this poorly, it's hard to overlook. I understand they were busy, but they seriously need to execute better under those conditions. For a chophouse at this price point, the quality and attention to detail should be far better. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

Now I must admit that the frosted croissants were almost a kryptonite to my diet lol. Now for my entree I opted for a 10oz sirloin with a side of mashed potatoes and sweet carrots. I really enjoyed the sides including the white gravy. The seasoning on the steak was a bit heavy but it came out good overall.
