I came here for the first time in like 9 years because I been here before to get my pedi done. Ok so I came in and requested for the guy Long to get my nails done. I came in so confident that I was going to be satisfy. I came in with old nails and had it soak off and taken it out by a fake nail. That was part was ok. I had to ask to twice to get it soak off. There's no way I would have let them dig it out and they're not suppose to do that! I ask for natural looking and round ish and almond shape nail . He was so rough with my nails when he file the side. The side had alot of acrylic to my skin. I am traumatized by this and will never ever go there and or to anyone. I never had anyone this rough on my nails. My nails came out so bulky and wide. I was so sad but I tip him too because I felt bad if I didn't but now I regret tipping him. They're not friendly. The wife looks miserable. They have a very cute dog and I feel bad that the dog have to breath in that air. Cheap price, cheap service:( so sad My nails sloppy shape too. Whatever, I paid for it anyways and turns out she charged me $10 more for some basic white lines followed by glitter. She then proceeded to tell me next time to tell her ahead so she can plan it out. She said yes and I made an appointment. When I get there I continued to say I wanted a "polygel fill" and she said yes she can do that. After filing down my nails she pulls out a powder and I explained that polygel is not a powder, it's a gel-like substance that hardens. You typically sculpt the polygel in a mold and then apply it to the finger. She tried to tell me the person who did my nails before used a powder and then painted with gel polish over it (not true, I saw how my previous nail tech did my nails and there was no powder used...). I showed her a YouTube video and she finally said she doesn't do that. After checking with my previous nail tech to make sure the powder wouldn't mess up my nails, I chose to allow her to do a fill with fiberglass, because I just needed something to get done. She then requested payment before she painted my nails which I thought was odd. She said it was because I was typing a lot and if I mess up the paint she doesn't want me to blame her (I was getting gel polish so my hands would've been in the light anyway). The paint job wasn't the best, and after she filed my nails the shape looks off. Overall just disappointed that they said they offered something when they actually didn't, and they proceed to try to convince me that I didn't understand how my nails were previously done.

How unprofessional on how she handled this also she talks a lot on the phone or with her friends while doing your lashes oh yeah she eats too! Unsanitary and unsafe to get infected in your eyes because she works eyelashes, you can never sleep or have peace when she's doing lashes ! Also I got into a miscommunication with Kim before she left to her trip about fill appointment and now she's mad at me too because she said she didn't hear me and I didn't show up when she said the next day.
