I consistently get complements weeks after my manicure. I know my nails look good. The prices are extremely reasonable, and they offer other services such as eyelashes, eyebrows, wax facial hair removal, ect. All new booths, chairs, and pedicure chairs! I've heard good things from this place so I decided to give it a chance. The customer service was great but the quality of the nail was horrible, like they always say , quality over quantity. I got a full set done by Cathy and not even a few days later my nails were already lifting and it kept getting caught into my hair. I called in and she said she would fix it but I never gotten the chance to go in cus I was always so busy. After about a week in a half the nails just started poppin off by itself. My skin from underneath was so crusty and it just look horrible. So not even two weeks with this set I went to my original nail shop and had them remove the set she did and did a new set. Not happy with my manicure. Color began to peel off after three days. I suggested to add a base but the nail lady told me the color has base in it. She placed only one coating. It seemed she was wrong. Also their Lazer light drying nails are broken yet she had me place my nails to dry. Not effective. The quality of service was disappointing. Go somewhere else. They don't do a good job if you don't ask a gel work to your nails. I understand money hungry but add good quality service with it. Went to natomas for repair. Much better. read more

Kathy is the best! I wanted something delicate and feminine with a little sparkle & she did not disappoint. She was very sweet, gentle & highly skilled. I came on a Wednesday at 11 am and the vibes were so chill. I've always had very sore nail beds the entire day and night of getting a full set of acrylics, but these ones didn't hurt at all. Don is still my mail guy but not happy anymore and I been going here for yeaaaaars!! Here's why: 1: don is good but he only uses one color of rhinestones, can't do designs that are in now(stuck in past) I offered to bring in marble paint and can't do like wth 2. They don't use bag liners for pedicures so I don't get them anymore especially seeing men come in here w some horribleness and then they just rinse w water and put next feet in tub, hell no! 3. Sitting in don chair you see most of what they do behind that Curtain were I had front row seat of Tammy the pedicure lady taking the used wax a bag off customer feet and then dumping the used wax back into the pot to melt.. wtf!!! Smh this is just horrible. I have a new pedicure specialist somewhere else and I am inches from dropping don too This place has changed and obviously don't give two f"s about their clients they just chasing that dollar. So it was a Saturday night & I wanted to go get a fill for my nails which I thought were coffin already. I called around the areas and since it was closer to 7pm all places were ready to close or were already. I called this place and asked if they can take me in for a fill and they said yes because they closed at 8pm. After I got there they took me in after 10 min. Vee was friendly and she made my coffin shape even better! It was my first time here. It's been a week and my nails haven't chipped or anything. I've gotten a lot of compliments. I will ask for ombré or some different designs next time I hope they don't disappoint. But I can't complain for $35! The girl next to me gasped when her lady was hurt her toe - I should have walked out then. Did a decent job on the pedicure at first glance. The scrub, lotion and massage smelled and felt good. But while working on both big toes I did have some pain from the digging she was doing. She tried to say it was a hang nail but both toes?? I don't think so. I seen a little blood but figured she just clipped me and like I said - looked ok at first. So I pay and tip her. I get home and take a closer look - omg!!! Decided to come here to get pedi and mani with a friend they got started on me first and my friend had to wait 1 1/2 hours in the pedi care chair for her service. When there's new customer that walk in get out before her. This salon is very unsanitary they use the same tools on the next client after me. The nails file and foot scrub should be new for every client but not at this nail salon. By the way i am also a license nail technician. Very unorganized nail salon. read more

My aunt and I went here on a whim tonight (we like to be random LOL). Walked in they said only a little bit of a wait but we ended up waiting over 20 minutes....after this, she and I both asked for a fiberglass full set with the gel stuff (whatever its called). I am not sure how she feels but her nails were good enough from what I briefly saw of them but mine on the other hand (no pun intended), I am not happy with. The nails are crooked, not smoothed out on the tips, don't look natural, the tech left glue and dried powder all on my skin and the design is not what I requested even though I showed pictures and attempted to correct her. We were rushed out as they were closing and I gotten a chance to analyze my nails when I got home....I am not happy and will never come back. I gave 1 star simply for the entertainment on the flat screens while my nails were done and thats about it....I would give no stars if possible. I am only keeping them on until I can get a new quality set in a couple weeks while my natural nails grow out. Oh yeah, and they already chipped and all I did was eat dinner -_- do yourself a favor, skip the cheap prices and pay more for better quality elsewhere. read more
