After getting the water damage treated, I needed to get my 1st floor drywall ceiling 6'x7' patched up and master bedroom's toilet subfloor and tiles replaced. Initially got a quote from a construction company that priced me at $10,000 to do the rebuild. Please keep in mind that I am being covered by home insurance for the water damage which had a limit of $10,000 and $5,000 was spent for cleaning and restoration. Having done my 1st floor flooring with Tower Flooring, I knew they did remodeling. I gave Emir(the owner) a message of what was going on in my house and responded quickly that he can get the job done. He came by the house and checked out the situation and kept me under my limits which my home insurance America Modern was in agreement with the pricing. Fast forward, I end up changing the scope of work from having just my master's bathroom flooring done to trying to get my master's bedroom flooring done in which Emir gave me his professional opinion that the hallway would need to be done to keep uniformity and flow in the house. Of course the new scope of work wasn't fully covered by the insurance, but kept it all within my budget. I had Marvin patch up the ceiling and repainted it on my 1st floor. He did a really great job and his customer service was spot on. While doing his work, he put up barriers to contain any paint or debris. His overall work took roughly 4 days to allow dry time. To stay within budget, made the decision to only repaint the area rebuilt, ceiling looks great and barely noticeable. Jonathan and his crew did the flooring and subfloor rebuild (they did my 1st floor flooring as well) which took them 2 days to finish. Please keep in mind that having your stuff in the house prepped and moved out of the way will significantly help the time they take to do their job. If you are within a budget, this will save you some money as well. To stay within my budget, I made the decision to keep my baseboards and repainted them after the flooring was done. Tower Flooring is an overall great company with quality, hardworking professionals that have great communication and customer service. This is the 2nd time I worked with them and already looking to get my stairs carpet replaced with them.

They were so kind and easy to work with - total professionals. We recently put in new floors in our 3000 square-foot home. It was so much fun going to the showroom to pick out our new tile, lenolium, and carpet. Great experience. Working with Tower flooring was very simple and they completed the entire project in two weeks. They hit their deadlines on the nose. We are so happy with our new home and the floors that have been perfectly crafted to fit our design preferences. We are 100% content with the work that Tower flooring produces.

It was a smaller job, but he still took the time to come out in person and give me a quote the same day I contacted him. Paul's communication throughout the process was excellent. We set up the installation date and time and he and his son were able to knock it out in just over 3 hours at a reasonable price.

He referred me to Tile Liquidators in Roseville (also a great experience) and even when we decided to change our mind from LVP and go with Revwood laminate there wasn't any problem. Paul sent me photo updates constantly, and completed the work quickly but meticulously! He always left the house perfectly clean after working. We are so happy with our floors and overall experience with Paul and LJ Floors. Highly recommend!

I had them install baseboards, fix a section of my floor, and restain my floors. I went on vacation while they did this. I came back to all the windows in my house and doors left open. Anyone could have came in. The baseboards were not painted, there was dust everywhere, they got stain on many of my cabinets. They did come out to paint the baseboards but got paint on the floor. I paid to have the furniture moved and ended up having to help move in myself. Additionally, the workers that did the actual work were not even from the same company. I doubt that they were even legal. I could get past most of this but one of the repairs only lasted a few months then broke again. When I reached out they gave me the run around, then when they did come out said that my floors were not installed probably, and that was the issue. I asked when they did not disclose this prior to the project they said that they did not know. They refused to repair it and were very rude about it. I have no choice but to report them to the licensing board and go to court to collect damages to repair my floor. Do not use this company.

We were impressed with Flavia's knowledge and professionalism when she came to review the project for the estimate. She asked questions to understand our needs and wants. She patiently listened and answers our questions. During the installation, Flavia came out a few times to ensure everything was going well. She also helped find just the right transition pieces to work with the existing flooring outside the baths. The installation was a two day process. It went very smoothly and was handled in a way that caused the least amount of disruption for us. Our installer was skilled and did a great job not only with the tile, but with new baseboard and a new toilet installation in one of the baths. He was great to work with. Flavia came out one last time after the installation to ensure everything was good and that we were happy with the result. Pro Floors' cost estimate was in the middle of the three estimates we received. But, our choice was based more on our experience during the initial visit than anything else. We were not disappointed. We are very happy with the quality work and service we received, and definitely got our money's worth.

They were able to put floor balancing material and moisture barrier the same day. They worked with us on a tricky moulding situation in our kitchen that allowed us to have a seemless look throughout our home. In one day, the team was able to install all the floors and baseboards with amazing speed - moving our washer and dryer (and replacing it too!). The final product was PERFECTLY installed. The quote matched the payment and we are very satisfied with the price and end product. We highly recommend the entire team at Pro Floors.

Great work overall, with some caveats…read more Denis and his team performed excellent work installing new LaVie laminate flooring throughout our 1300 sq ft single story house, all at a very good price. It has been quite a few months now and I can't say I've noticed any issues at all with the quality of the installation. I personally was very impressed with how well they managed to get everything to-spec in-spite of our foundation being very non-flat. Rectifying this required a little more time and money, but this was well within our expectations given the existing state of our floor. We stayed in a hotel for four nights while work was being done, with work concluding close to midnight on the night we returned. Prior to install, we moved most of our belongings to our garage and let the installation team handle moving larger appliances and furniture pieces as they worked. That said, there were a few hiccups. The most alarming issue we noticed the morning after we returned home was the presence of work materials scattered throughout our front yard. In-addition to trim pieces and leftover chunks of floor leveler, the most concerning findings included about a half-dozen razor blades, a few reciprocal saw heads, and over a dozen cigarette butts. While Denis did offer to have his team return to perform clean-up after I raised this concern, I decided to act quickly on my own to resolve this in-order to prevent injury to my kids and/or neighbors' dogs. We have also noticed small locations of damage to interior paint, as well as some sort-of hard metal/saw residue on our guest bathroom toilet near one of the bolts where the toilet attaches to the floor. While some of the touch-up work, while annoying, won't be that difficult to fix ourselves, your mileage may vary and is something you have to take into account before approving work. As-of this writing, I have no clue if the toilet can be restored; it's mostly inconspicuous and not the end of the world, but still unfortunate. All things considered, I would consider using Radix Flooring again, but probably only after moving-out of or before moving-into a dwelling, and only after comparing quotes from flooring companies who offer detailed cleaning as part of their contract. I would also beware if you're fussy about your lawn. We fortunately aren't lawn aficionados, so there was no lasting damage from the debris, but the crew needs a work area on your property to cut material and it will be up to you to contend with the state of your manicured lawn after everything is complete.

Daniel was extremely patient and answered all questions promptly and many times we messaged back and forth which made things very convenient. After i finally figured out what flooring, how much to order, what was needed, and paid for it myself-Daniel picked it all up for free. I didn't need to pay a delivery fee which was very nice. The job took about 3 days. I opted to do laminate planks instead of luxury vinyl because the flooring people recommended it for pliability because we wanted it installed over our real wood flooring. The CFM crew were fast, efficient and did a very good job. They also beat all the other flooring places prices. I would highly recommend them with no hesitation. Thank you Daniel! Sandee

I can definitely recommend, fair estimate, easy to communicate with, reliable and hard working.
