Rachel took time to listen to what I wanted and also to draw an outline to make sure I would be happy with the shape and design. I wanted a natural look to both my eyebrows and my eyeliner. The whole process took about 2 hours. There was some redness and eye lid swelling especially on the second day so I would suggest ice packs for the eye lids. The facility is very clean and there are partitions for privacy. A small parking lot is available on Beverly. Price for both eyebrow and eyeliner are very reasonable compared to elsewhere. I wanted a very thin line to enhance my eye line when I have no make up on, but I didn't want it to look fake or goth weird or blurry. My aunt had it done in another state and her line is uneven, broken in one little spot and kind of looks blurry. So I knew choosing a skilled technician is VERY IMPORTANT. I called around and looked into organic vs non organic. Jane uses Bio Touch, which is non organic, but made with a natural oxide mineral. Ultimately I went with Jane after seeing her skilled photos (other technicians the line looked too thick or too fake) and I researched the product which I believe is superior to organic since that 1. Fades quicker and 2. Has a higher statistic chance of causing an allergic reaction. Jane is AMAZING! She put my fine line right into my natural lash hair line so it looks totally natural and that is a really difficult part of the lid to achieve! I'm so happy now even when not wearing make up.
