It's nice to talk with someone on a personal level and not feel like a number like I do at the MB dealership. I got a service in which Nick beat the quoted price from the dealership. I was having some brake issues and knew that I needed new pads and possibly new rotors. The transmission specialist at the other shop said they needed to take it out to find out what the problem is, and needed to charge a huge diagnostic fee. They called it a tear down inspection, but I had my doubts and brought it to V-Tech for a second opinion. V-Tech found all the issues, explained it to me, and were able to fix it in 1-day. The car definitely had issues, but it turns out it was due to drive belt, timing belt, transmission oil, and air intake hose. We also had a battery causing starter issues, but we knew about that. V-Tech took car of it and charged us a low price! The car is driving great and we're super happy!
