They should be the source of learning for all other clinics. From scheduling, online client forms, check-in and wait time; exceptional, fast process. We waited in our car, was called at time of appointment, and given our exam room number. We entered the room and were followed immediately by a wonderful technician Miss Danni. Dr. Hunter followed within minutes. The care and attention was superior. We were not made to do unnecessary tests. This has never been the case with care I have had and witnessed from clinics in the past. Checking out was also exceptional. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable. A young lady who had just started, checked us out with assistance from her associate. Both were first rate. My only con to my visit is that we have to go back home and are not able to make this clinic our home base for veterinary service.

(He just cut his paw but was bleeding EVERYWHERE) They ended up neutering him too while he was under anesthesia, per our consent of course lol, which was really nice because we wouldn't have even thought to ask! Which really saved us some money in the long run. Everyone in this hospital was very easy and nice to work with in such a stressful situation. We ended up here because it was a Friday evening at 6pm. W got in, checked in, filled out the forms, paid the visit fee and ten minutes later we were in a room seeing a veterinarian; a VERY YOUNG veterinarian that was very professional and compassionate. Our pup got checked, they took him to get X-rays and was back in no time. No fractures were found so he was given antiinflammatories and pain meds and was sent home; we think he just had a wrong landing. We paid the vet/treatment fee and we were on our way to the hotel an hour later. Definitely not a bad experience at all, everyone was very compassionate, professional and friendly.

Dogs were dropped off at 8am, supposedly weren't complete until closing, though an estimate of 1pm had been given. Received no phone call on their completion of service. Lack of itemized bill The services are charged according to how much product is used and time required. Why then am I not in possession of a bill annotating these amounts? What exactly did I spend $165 on? Of additional note, both my dogs drank nearly a full large bowl each upon returning home. It seems they had not had access to water in a long time, although this may be behavioral and is unverifiable. Overall: not happy.

I was amazed but I knew Dawn O, the owner had been on the national and international level judging Dog shows when I saw her on a cable show judging designs and cuts on various breeds. She's been on NBC with her own designs and cuts on dogs. She knows what the judges look for when you enter your dog for show. They love dogs and it shows. My dogs is just as happy if not happier and healthy when I pick her up from dropping her off cause she looks picture perfect wonderful. The staff is always happy and friendly which does make a difference. I found this salon after I took my purebred dog, puppy at the time to Petsmart where she had razor burns and miscuts that were lopsided balls on a poodle and they charged me $85. You could see they hurt my baby by her dried tears on her face. I recommend Klippers so no dog should endure such horror but have a happy positive experience and look beautiful.

This dog is 3 pounds with teeth the size of a pen tip. They told me well they loosen up when the use the Dremel. A Dremel, seriously. With The centrifugal force a Human beings teeth will not stand up to a Dremel let alone a 3 pound Yorkies. What happened to using a scaler or dental equipment. Not a darn tool from Home Depot used for grinding metal. OMG I am furious. This is negligent and cruel. They will not be back. My poor dog. You cannot justify this. His teeth were not loose. I cannot believe this. A DREMEL? Seriously? In his tiny mouth. Then you had the nerve to charge for the teeth your Dremel damaged and pulled out. A darn Dremel. I looked online to see if that is normal and the only thing I can find is Dremel used on larger dogs nails. Nothing on teeth. Seriously. I am truly upset I wish I would have known you were using a Dremel I would have never brought him there for that.
