The worst customer I have ever experienced. I am absolutely appalled by the level of disrespect . I am currently experiencing a leak around the chimney, in which water is leaking into our home. I contacted this company and explained the issue . The man said they have availability on Tuesday ( I called on a Saturday morning) and I responded by asking if he had anyone who could come today . Instead of simply saying no , we are very busy. He responded aggressively and said " you can't call and expect" he then paused , as I believed he attempted to correct his unprofessional behavior. I responded by saying " Wow, that was very rude and unprofessional of you " He aggressively went into a tirade . He then went on to say this is our busy season and you just can't expect us to be available ". In no way did I expect this reaction. I simply asked if someone was available today due to the leakage of water into our home . To my surprise, I received a very hostile response. He then stated that he doesn't think his company is a good fit and I agree 100% and he hung up in my face . A few minutes later I received a call from him . He stated " Hi, I just received a missed call from this number . I responded by saying , " I"m the customer whose face you hung up in . I asked for his name , He laughed and hung up again . I do not have his name but the number he called me from is 818- 665-5800 . You know who you are . Also think it's important to mention that I reached out to this company based on recommendation from Angi. In response to your fictitious post: By no means did I call your company 5 times . Why would I call 5 times when Angie gives multiple referrals? Please show the call log of my 5 calls . It's very unfortunate that you feel it is necessary to fabricate a story to justify your lack of professional and simple respect for your fellow human.
