Ricardo did an amazing job fixing the heater and explained how all the wires work and the names of all the parts. He arrived on time and was very helpful and friendly

Quality service and experienced technicians. Installed earthquake activated gas shut off valve and great experience. Quick response and friendly office staff

The level is perpendicular to the wall, the copper pipe is not after water heater was moved with force.

The following is based on my personal experience of being a Home Owner that pays HOA dues that paid for SGS services. This is not the smell good plumber or the good deed plumber. The 2.5 stars on Yelp should have told us something, but I had absolutely nothing to do with hiring SGS. A woman who lives in the building was so incredibly stupid she was flushing massive amounts of Wet Wipes down the toilet. As Ron White states, "Can't Fix Stupid." Sewage back flowed due to the clog, I was told over 15 plumbers were called and the only one available on a Sunday afternoon was SGS, That alone should tell you something. The job dragged on for over month as a section of our sewer line from the building to the city sewer line had to be replaced. Our toilets, sinks, showers and dish washers were all shut down for a month. A friend who owns several apartment buildings in Santa Monica saw no reason the job shouldn't have been completed in less than two week. I worked for a contractor the summer after I graduated High School. One of the hard fast rules he made sure everyone knew their first day was: "Never, Ever Use a Customers Tools for any reason." This is not a rule SGS follows. The first two days they were on site, they used our hoses and brooms. The hoses were neatly stored on a hose stand. Once SGS employees were done with them, they did not clean them up or put them away properly, the hoses were just dropped on the ground by the hose stand in a big pile. Then to make things worse SGS left a hose completely covered with God Knows What? SGS was working on a sewer line, the hose had to be thrown out, I was not going to attempt to clean up the hose it was disgusting. They left mud in the laundry room, behind the building, dirt in my garage as well as the mess left behind in the alley. SGS installed a water heater in the laundry room, it is a tight fit, but previous plumbers have made it work. My water heater is connected with copper pipe that come straight out of the wall perpendicular at 90 degrees, No flex tubing. I clearly have labeled in three locations on the water heater, DO NOT MOVE. As well as I spoke to both SGS plumbers and politely told them my water heater was connected with copper pipes and please do not move my water heater, they agreed. They were not truthful. The copper pipes that connect my water heater are now BENT to one side, The spot on the floor that I marked with a Sharpie was no longer at the base of the water heater as well as all the dust was removed from the water heater where they man handled the water heater to move it, Keep in mind, this a 55 gallon water heater full of water. They had absolutely no care for my water heater as long as they completed their job by any means possible. Personally, I would go to school and become a certified plumber before I would hire this contractor again. HAVE QUESTIONS? SEE PHOTOGRAPHS.

They not only do first-rate work for a great price, but may be the most trustworthy business of any kind I've ever worked with. Here are my experiences with them: (1) We noticed a sewage smell in our bathroom, got some quotes for a plumber to come take a look, and went with Rishon because of their competitive quote and stellar reviews. George came out, was honest that he couldn't find anything wrong, and only charged us for his time. (2) We installed an RO filter and got quotes on yelp for the install, mentioning that we wanted to put the RO faucet in our existing air gap. Rishon gave us a good quote, but moreover they were the only ones who pointed out that replacing the air gap with a faucet would be against code in our area. We wound up doing the install DIY, but Rishon's comment helped us figure out that our original plan wasn't going to work. (3) To fix a problem with our freezer, I needed to seal off the line from under our sink to the fridge. I tried to DIY it, but the cap was still leaking after a few attempts. I gave up and contacted George to ask him to fix it. But instead he asked for a photo, then just explained to me what I was doing wrong. That's right, I *tried to hire them* and instead they helped me do it myself and saved me the money. (4) Earlier this year our water heater started leaking, and again we got quotes even though at this point we get it: Rishon plumbing is the actual best. And yeah, they still gave us one of the best quotes, and were even able to come out the next day.

Yes hi, I'm sure we could figure out. When are you trying to get scheduled? Thank you It's supposed to rain this week, and I need the line clear before it starts. Chris S. We could come out on Monday in afternoon to you Before you take the time to come to see the problem, give me some idea about cost. If I'm going to have to rob a bank or embezzle an old lady's pension, I know I won't be able to afford it. 12/16/2023, 3:58 PM I'd like to make a decision today, Chris. Any chance you can provide an estimate so I know whether this is a project I can afford to do with Anytime? 12/18/2023, 7:55 AM I tried calling this morning, but I wound up with a recording that thanked me for calling (I think) Noblemaker. I'm still hoping to get a ballpark estimate on clearing a 22 ft. line that goes from from the downspout inflow to the street 12/18/2023, 8:07 AM Never mind, Chris. I found another provider. SOMETHING WORTH KNOWING: Chris's first response to my review was that it was, as he said, bogus. When I posted our exchange of messages, he deleted his initial comment and decided that a sarcastic reference about cost was his reason for not responding. If you want to work with a guy who misrepresents facts and makes excuses to cover his error, that's a choice you'll have to make.
