I was told it would be ready on Thursday or Friday and they would give me a call. Friday afternoon about 4pm I called to see what was going on since we were going to have rain over the weekend. No answer even though they are open till 5pm, I guess the weekend is more important than a customer! I did not get a call and could not leave a message. I looked on the their website and they are open till noon on Saturday. Drove over and they are CLOSED. Website is for shit! Talked with the call center on Saturday and they told me the window was ready on Friday, but no call so I could pick it up before the rain. Monday I called and finally picked up my window. DON'T DUE BUSINESS WITH THEM. NEXT TIME I WILL USE TWIN BAY GLASS! This way I know a promise is a REAL promise!

We ordered glass shower doors and seedy glass for our kitchen cabinets for a new home. My husband was going to install the shower doors and Jeremy was very kind and said he would talk my husband through the installation process if needed. Well, as it turns out the doors came in, Jeremy called and said he would deliver them for us (for a nominal fee, (which was totally worth it) and that his guys could install for us if time allowed. They came out on a snowy day and did a great job installing and were very professional and nice. The seedy glass looks great in our cabinet doors, which Jeremy installed as well. All in all it was refreshing to deal with such a nice man, business and employees and that they actually did what they said and went above and beyond.

He offered to meet me to fix the problem. His solution was apparently to use some sort of double sided sticky tape which then fell down within the hour! He then said he would replace the windsheild! Now he wont respond to my phone calls! This guy is a jerk that apparently has no desire to please his customers! Then when I said I need to go it's my lunch brake a guy came out. Did an estimate and he said he would get back to me tomorrow. I waited 3 days I called. Left message. They never called me back. I called my insurance adjuster and he said I canceled the order. No I did not.... shady place cause they knew I would give a bad review with USAA. They get dinged if they get bad reviews through insurance company and they started out bad.​
