My husband was going to install the shower doors and Jeremy was very kind and said he would talk my husband through the installation process if needed. Well, as it turns out the doors came in, Jeremy called and said he would deliver them for us (for a nominal fee, (which was totally worth it) and that his guys could install for us if time allowed. They came out on a snowy day and did a great job installing and were very professional and nice. The seedy glass looks great in our cabinet doors, which Jeremy installed as well. All in all it was refreshing to deal with such a nice man, business and employees and that they actually did what they said and went above and beyond.

I was not only dissapointed by this but then noticed my rear view mirror shaking so bad I coukdnt see out of it. Then the next morning my rain sensor box fell off the windshield. He offered to meet me to fix the problem. His solution was apparently to use some sort of double sided sticky tape which then fell down within the hour! He then said he would replace the windsheild! Now he wont respond to my phone calls! This guy is a jerk that apparently has no desire to please his customers! I try to work with small business owners but this just goes to show next time I will be sticking to the well established places that are there to help you when something goes wrong. He says his stuff has a lifetime warranty? What a joke! Very dissapointed that I now have to go pay someone else to fix his mistake!

Then when I said I need to go it's my lunch brake a guy came out. Did an estimate and he said he would get back to me tomorrow. I waited 3 days I called. Left message. They never called me back. I called my insurance adjuster and he said I canceled the order. No I did not.... shady place cause they knew I would give a bad review with USAA. They get dinged if they get bad reviews through insurance company and they started out bad.​
