Safer Nature was hired to perform a bat exclusion at my home in early 2023. Throughout the process, we continued to hear bats in our attic. There has continued to be bat droppings found as well. The exclusion was "completed" (note: it wasn't) in the Fall of 2023, but we continued to hear noises in the attic. Safer Nature continued to say there is no evidence of bats, which is false. We can hear them moving, chirping, and are still finding bat droppings. The job was never actually completed and Safer Nature says our 1-year warranty is up. How can the warranty period be over if the bats were never actually excluded from our home - not to mention that they didn't "finish" the exclusion until the Fall? How can a warranty period start before work is complete? I do not like to post negatively about local businesses, but bat exclusion is very expensive - Safer Nature never finished the job and refuses to back up their work. I now have to find someone else to do the job correctly, which will cost another significant amount of money Cannot recommend working with this business. read more

Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. You will be left with the same problems you started with and far less money! Owner Ryan Potts is only after one thing - your money. After a year of battling bats and 19 visits from this company (yes, 19) we are right where we started with bats in our attic. After contacting the owner yet again about our continued bat problems, the owner told me our 1 year warranty was up. The bats were never eliminated from our attic in the entire 1 year period. He refused to offer any refund or further assistance. Also, I don't know what he deems safer about his approach with wild animal removal. He put out traps of poison for mice and lied about sticky traps for bats. read more

Ryan and his team at Safer Nature are awesome! They do a great job keeping my family protected on our property. We live in a very woodsy area and mosquitos can be a huge issue in our area. With our Safer Nature treatments, we NEVER have mosquitos or other flying pests even though our neighbors struggle with them. Every person that has ever come to do a treatment has been courteous and efficient, even being sweet to and looking out for with my 2 derpy big dogs when they were outside one time when the tech arrived. Originally, we called Safer Nature for a wasp nest attached to the house. The nest was safely removed. We also had yearly issues with carpenter ants. Now, we use Safer Nature to manage our yearly pest maintenance. If there is an issue, Safer Nature come out and checks the problem and comes up with a solution. Since then, Ryan and his team have kept our home free from pests including ants, mice, and rats. Safer Nature has been a great partner in our home maintenance. read more

Ryan and his team at Safer Nature Pest Control have bailed us out more than once, and we're so grateful! The first time it was for flying squirrels that had gotten into our house through the attic, and the second time was for rats that had come in through the basement, so I guess you could say they've tackled our varmint problems from top to bottom. For $325, they put teeny weeny mouse containers in garage and 2 in shed. Looked like something that costs $5.00 each. Implied they would check on them. When I called back with continued mouse activity, they said it was a one time deal. Super expensive for what was given. read more

Nothing but rave reviews for Ryan at Safer Nature. We've got a vole infestation of epic proportions on our property. Other exterminators have run away from us because the problem is so bad.
