In DMV, the agent inputs EVERYTHING in the system and w/in seconds info information is viewed and agent is able to inform you what is needed right than and there in your face. It makes me really think what kind of 1940s system this place is running, that i wasnt informed of what and why my paperwork was REJECTED by DMV, until hrs later. I paid for nothing but complete BS. They were confident and assured me they would be able to resolve my issue as quickly as possible. They also remained in contact with me on a regular basis, both through text and email, in order to give me updates as far as the status of the process. And despite the computer drama and delays of the past few weeks at the DMV, they were still able to quickly and efficiently complete the process for me. According to one of the staff's account the property manager called in a car at a certain address. They came to my address instead and towed my car. When I saw this error they changed their story to justify what they did. I asked to speak to a manager and the staff did everything but make that happen and kept punting me around to their coworkers rather than letting me speak to the manager/owner (I think they said his name was John... they probably made that up to) to cover their tails. Additionally, there were plenty of other cars (including the car at the address they wrote down that they allegedly had to pick up from) in violation and they did nothing about those even when the cars were reported again. To make matters worst, why would they quote $400+ to get your car back before 0800 and then drop the price to $331 after 8 am? Shady, rude, confused and unprofessional at all levels of their staffing from a scam company.

I found the process to be pretty seamless and straightforward. There was a checklist I completed and a contract I signed upon arriving at the dealership. I want to give kudos to Cassie Gorden, who was fantastic to work with. I ran into some issues with completing a transfer step in the Tesla app, and she helped me with patience and grace, turning what could have been a frustrating and stressful situation into a pleasant one. Honestly, I hope her manager sees this review because she is a STELLAR employee, and deserves the highest marks on her next performance review.
