"Would not recommend this shop. Took my car to USA Auto on West Charleston for repairs and paid to have the alternator and intake sensor replaced. After service, my car is still stalling, warning lights are coming on, and I'm still dealing with check engine issues, from them not putting in the sensor correctly they also tack on work that's not needed , I expected proper diagnostics and a real fix, not temporary results and ongoing problems. This is a very bad place for anybody to go to, man or woman. They have ripped us off immensely, and they do not want to give us our money back. They have taken advantage of a young girl. And now we are left with the truck that does not work. They are offering to fix it for $4000 more!!! We went in, in May for Just a oil change, knowing that the truck engine was going out. We had it checked at a different shop. We were going to let the engine run out until it died before we replaced it. I told my daughter to take it to this shop for just an oil change, the Manager there at the time was named Angel. He convinced my daughter that it could be fixed and that it didn't need another engine. He charged her 3,000 2 months later. Same issue! Went back charge us another $500 ! Two months later same issue. And now they're telling us the same thing we already told him! That the engine was going out! Now they want to charge us an additional 4000 to replace it instead of give our money back!! Do not go to this place. This is not the first time they've done this. I ran into a Uber Driver who picked me up from there and he had the same issue. He spent over $4000 there. read more

So I had a coupon for a smog test for $9,99 {what a deal) ... I was up early that morning with my husband when we decided to get moving on our errands. We went out for breakfast then headed to a rather "New" USA Auto Service on west Charleston. How pleasantly surprised I was when I pulled in at 8:23 am and was the only customer there. I was helped at the counter immediately, dropped off my keys and waited. My car passed the smog test no problem. The staff was awesome! I will definitely return to USA Auto for all of my cars needs. The best thing was no one came out and tried to tell me stuff was wrong with my car or I needed this and that for my car!!! I appreciate the honesty!!!! read more

BUYER BEWARE. I took our car here for a coolant flush and oil change. A few days later, we were having engine problems, it didn't want to start. Our vehicle was running perfectly with no problems or issues before I took it to them. Just took it for routine things that I needed done to keep it running smoothly. I don't know if they gave me a full synthetic oil change or the coolant flush. Honestly it looks like it was filled with water that had turned rusty. I don't believe he used coolant or did an actual flush - just a drain and mostly water fill. As for the oil change I don't trust that it's not full synthetic. Save yourself time and money and take it to a mechanic that has a 5 star review. I'm just saying. SERIOUSLY, if you don't want to end up having to replace your entire vehicle, AVOID this shop. Just a note: The manager and his workers were laughing as I was leaving after requesting a refund. They found nothing wrong with damaging our vehicle, SCAMMING me and showing a lack of professionalism by laughing about it. They don't deserve to be in business. Don't trust them with your car. First time I took one car there for service as soon as I drove off lot my check engine light came back on less than 5 minutes after leaving USA Auto Service . Had to junk car after they lied and made me pay an arm and leg for things I didn't even need. They lie to you to make you pay more money. Second car had to junk also told me they could fix oil leak car leaked even more then told me after messing up car that I needed to get an engine. Please do not go here, I got a diagnosis for low oil pressure and spent 900$ to fix my oil pump, and the oil pressure is still so low. I came back after test driving it and they told me they forgot a hose!!! It could have totaled my engine, and once they "fixed the hose" I took it for a test drive, and still the oil pressure was low. Once I took it back again they dicided to raise the RPM's at idle to increase oil pressure instead of fixing the actual problem it's self. USA Auto Service is a scam please don't waste your money, please let this shop close from no business. read more

People put up reviews alot to complain, so here's a positive one for a change This is for 5000 w. Charleston blvd. Had to have repairs done to one of the family cars. They got it in and were able to inspect it rather quickly. We thought it it was just a leak. A radiator hose or thermostat housing. They showed us there was actually a break in our axel, transmission mount, a crack at the bottom of the radiator, the struts had bent our son said they had ran over good size rock in the road, they didn't see till the last minute at night. Their shop offered us the ability to get financing for the repairs which was a great help. They kept in contact with my wife about the repairs and status of parts. It was completed faster then we expected. The guys working there were cool about answering questions and more then willing to show us the repairs. I had my car smoged there a few months back and there was a different crew during these repairs. They have a more chill attitude now. Didn't talk down to my wife when she asked questions.
