They never showed up! When I called an hour later and asked when are they going to show up they said that they will get back to me because they don't know where there technician is. They never called back they just text me and said they aren't coming, very unprofessional. read more

We checked with our Dealership first. It was going to cost us more than $200.00. Ridiculous! I decided to call around to Locksmiths. That was a task because most of them would only give me an estimate and said that the final price would be given after they come to assess the car on site. If I was not happy with the final price and should turn them away, I would have to pay a fee for their time (average $15 - $25.00). This Company, Safety Locksmith Services, was my choice. They were honest and to the point. They took the information on my car and gave me a fair / firm price before coming to the house. There would be no tacked on extra fees if the job took them more than their predetermined time ( I would not be paying extra for someone's learning experience or in-efficiency). That's all I wanted!!! Oh and I should mention, the cost was at least 30- 35% less! It took me over 3 hours of calling before I found them. I was so satisfied I shared their information on my Facebook Page in case any of my contacts ever need their services. Francis arrived quickly and was very knowledgeable. He fixed a deadbolt with a screwdriver stuck in it. He had us back in our home in 10 minutes. He was very personable and made the best out of a bad situation. Cost was reasonable just make sure you pay cash to get a discount. Great service. read more

The gentleman who came out to fix our doorknob came promptly and made the keys within (estimated) 30 mins. The problem was the mechanism in the door knob was broken and while we were inside, we were unable to open the door again. I thought the price charged was fantastic and we even have extra keys! He was knowledgeable to change the doorknob and make the doorknob fit our old keys. So thumbs up to the Safety Locksmith Services!! read more

So greatful for this guy! After calling around for TWO DAYS and not hearing back from any other company. I called Safety Locksmith Services and not only was my call returned right away but Fares was here within 15 minutes just like he told me he would be. I needed a new key for my ignition- my car was a little bit of a hassle to deal with but it was nothing for Fares- he stayed so calm and didn't rush anything. Customers were calling him back to back for more jobs, he took care of their calls but also made sure that he explained everything he was doing so I knew everything he did and why. He double checked everything over and made sure it was perfect. Seriously can't even explain how greatful I am for this guy. He was also very affordable and even though he took his time he was done in a timely manner. I literally don't have one bad thing to say about him, such a positive outcome for an unfortunate situation. So so stoked to have my keys. THANKYOU SAFETY LOCKSMITH SERVICES!!! read more

My old fob wouldn't unlock the doors anymore, even with my changing the battery. They jumped right on the job, and even with some obstacles, we're able to make me a spare key and identify the problem with the truck that prevented making a new fob until additional repairs on the vehicle were made. At no point during the Google quote process, email confirmation, or prior to the visit were we informed there would be a fee. At the end of the appointment, my husband was surprised to be charged $95 with no prior disclosure. If we had known there was a cost just to receive an estimate, we would have made a different decision. Transparency matters, and this felt misleading and unprofessional. To be fair, the technician was nice and knowledgeable, but that doesn't make up for the lack of upfront communication about pricing. I would not recommend using this company based on our experience. I've had multiple technicians come out, and each time they've blamed the issue on superficial causes like cobwebs or nearby leaves. Despite these repeated visits and new system, the core problem has never been addressed or resolved. When the system was installed, I was told that my purchase came with a membership that would cover future service visits and repair costs. (Every visit came with a $69 charge -- even when no work was done). I recently called in to report the same recurring issue and was told they would check on my membership status and call me back. They never did. A technician showed up anyway, gave the same vague explanation, and again did not resolve the actual issue. Afterward, I was informed that my membership had expired just two weeks prior. Not only that, but they claimed that even with an active membership, I'd still be responsible for the $69 fee -- completely contradicting what I was told at the time of purchase. The technicians themselves were polite, but friendliness doesn't fix a broken system or justify misleading service terms. I'm now left with a garage system that I'm almost certain will continue failing whenever the weather gets extreme. The worst part is the total lack of transparency and communication from the company's management about what the membership actually includes. If I had known my membership had expired -- or that it didn't cover service calls as promised -- I would not have scheduled a visit at all. This company's service model is misleading and ineffective. If you're looking for a reliable garage door provider with clear policies and real solutions, look elsewhere.

I lost my key after a pool party. Saftey locksmith was on it though. They responded in a timely manner when most "big name" lock Smith's didnt even respond until the next day.
