Terrible customer service. What if I had been some teenage girl who needed the medication because she made a mistake or god forbid was raped!? Would she talk to the girl like that? My step daughter is 18 and I would lose my shit if she came home and told me she was treated like this. My mom politely asked her to scan a clothing item since the cart was wet, and Rachel didn't respond -- she just grabbed it and threw it back into the cart without saying a word. We hadn't even spoken to her before that, so there was no reason for her attitude. She was friendly to the customers behind us, which made it feel personal and very disrespectful. I bought some sushi and tried to eat them at home. About 40 % in two plastic cases, are too hard to eat. Bad sushi's texture is not only hard but also weird maybe because of overcooked rice or too cold or inconsistent fridge temperature or under-cooked rice. I returned and complained to the sushi staff and they advised to me "Microwave sushi before eating!". It is unbelievable. It sucks very much.

All the manager said was that he would talk to her about because it was unacceptable behavior. He also agreed that she should be fired cause it was not the first they had problems with her.
