    Parking and checking out are the biggest reasons I try to avoid Walmart. It's a trade off cheaper prices but at a greater degree I would rather pay a bit more for easier checkout and better parking. They also always have people pushing something when you go in the door. Either homeless people or drug dealers doing stuff in the parking lot. To be honest I don't feel that safe going there. It will be a rare occasion when and if I go.

    Rather large Walmart store, In Federal Way just off of the Highway, It's very busy to get in and the parking lot is full generally. But plenty to get inside, the set up is a little different than other walmarts been in, Overall, Meh on Walmart and they need more checkers!

    Granted, I always go to Walmart for my ammunition I expected the experience would be the same at every location, however, coming to this location was oddly disappointing... for starters it's strike me as a huge surprise that the weaponry department is included inside of the toy department, I would expect some type of separation from the two, like most other Walmarts that I've been into. But besides the poor location of the guns and armor, there was a shortage on the amount of ammunition they carried. That being said, I decided to purchase all the cases they had in stock (which were only three) after asking for all three cases I was told I could only be sold one case because of the department policy... again I say I always purchase my ammunition at Walmart in bulk because of the great prices they hold. So now I'm frustrated with these "department policies" that are new to my knowledge... Whatever, I'll take one case. The guy at the counter also didn't have the keys to open the cabinet because he allegedly doesn't work in that department, so he called over the intercom for the key holder... So I waited, and waited, oh and also waited some more..... After 17 minutes and 43 seconds of waiting, the keys magically arrived and I was finally granted access to my ammo. The guy at the counter did his best to call for the key holder at least 4x before they arrived and he apologized for the wait. He also sold me 2cases vs the initial one I was quoted. All in all, I'm not in this area enough to need to return to this Walmart ever again.

Jin's consultations have been handled with genuine care and attentiveness, a refreshing change from the typical rush-in, rush-out pharmacy experience. She takes the time to walk me through my medications and has even helped ensure I can get my prescriptions continuously filled without any gaps. And besides, customer service at Fred Meyer's is somewhat lacking. Jin quickly took my personal information to put me on her customer list. Very small business located about two blocks west of PAC Hwy. Jin indicates they offered competitive prices. While waiting for my info to be transferred, a customer stated I would like the personal service received at Onuri. She's been coming for a while and has always been treated well. Good enough for me. A good review/suggestion by a complete stranger.

The biggest issue for me is consistency. Almost every time I walk into a CVS, I struggle to find the item I came in for because the shelves are either partially stocked, completely empty in certain sections, or the inventory system says something is available when it actually isn't. At times, it genuinely feels like the stores are just being maintained rather than actively improved or fully supported operationally. And unfortunately, the customer service experience often reflects that same energy. It's rare that I walk into a CVS location and encounter employees who seem genuinely happy, supported, or engaged. I'm not even saying that critically toward the staff themselves because honestly, it feels bigger than individual employees. It feels like there may be pressure from corporate expectations, staffing shortages, impossible metrics, burnout, or operational stress that eventually trickles down into the customer experience. But customers feel it. The worst experiences I've personally had tend to happen at the pharmacy counters, where interactions can sometimes come across rushed, cold, dismissive, or lacking empathy altogether. And when someone is already stressed, sick, or simply trying to locate an item they need, that type of environment makes the experience even more frustrating. My most recent visit was honestly simple: I walked in looking for a specific item and couldn't find it. But what stood out wasn't just the missing product -- it was the overall atmosphere. The store felt disconnected from the actual customer experience. Retail today is competitive, and customers notice when businesses stop feeling welcoming or fully functional. I've left positive reviews for many businesses because I believe in recognizing good service when it's deserved. I also understand retail is difficult right now. But I also believe companies need to revisit employee support, staffing, inventory management, and customer service culture because people absolutely notice when those things decline. At the end of the day, customers don't expect perfection. They just want to feel helped, acknowledged, and able to find what they came in for.

I'm there maybe 5 minutes and all of a sudden the shudders start coming down and a small older lady appears and says "we are closed". I said, I was standing in line already. She responds very rudely and says "well what do you need!?" So I say, "there is no need for attitude, I was in line." I tell her that I needed a Plan B. She then says very loudly (now I'm not embarrassed to buy plan B) "Plan B!? Do you have a prescription!?" Now I didn't even know you could get it prescribed but that's another question for another time. But I told her that I do not. "She then says "you have to ask Target for Plan B. We don't have it." I then found the contraception aisle and it was there. All this terrible woman had to say was "oh it's in that aisle right there next to the pharmacy". Not to mention"go ask Target". Terrible customer service. What if I had been some teenage girl who needed the medication because she made a mistake or god forbid was raped!? Would she talk to the girl like that? My step daughter is 18 and I would lose my shit if she came home and told me she was treated like this. I will be moving all of my pharmacy needs from CVS because this interaction was absolutely absurd and her attitude was unwarranted. If I could give zero stars I would.

They used to have a small health clinic inside, but it's no longer in operation. The bathroom is located toward the back, which is convenient if you know where to look. The cashier on duty wasn't particularly warm, but with another employee available to help with general questions, it balanced out the experience.     This is one of the most unorganized pharmacies. I have ever done business with they give you wrong…read moreinformation about your prescriptions. They have multiple profiles that they don't check and just give you an answer. That is incorrect. They leave messages for you that are incomplete and incorrect I hate this Pharmacy with a passion. Their lines are always long. They will close the window for you even though you've been sitting there for a long time before their lunch break. They don't care they will shut the window in front of your face this is a horrible place. I am going to be finding a new Pharmacy. I have been dealing with them after leaving the horrible Rite Aid that I went to now I'm in the search of another Pharmacy.
