Honestly, I thought I had misheard her, as I had never encountered this situation in any store before. Of course, I asked again, "Are you telling me to put it back myself?" She firmly replied, "Yes, because you're not buying it." This was the first time I've experienced something like this, and I found her attitude very rude and unprofessional. In my opinion, she is not suited for customer facing sales work. Ironically, her attitude was more like giving orders than providing customer service. In short, this experience left me with a very bad impression and severely impacted my shopping experience. After telling me they would accept Medicare Part B for Dexcom sensors, asking me on a Friday to get a paper RX, THEN saying they needed it electronically, on Monday, they call and tell me THEY CANNOT ACCEPT PART B!!!! They said the only option was for them to 'send it to a 3rd party mail order provider'!!!! Oh and because they couldn't process it on Friday? I had to pay $200 out of pocket at Costco, just to have sensors. LEARN YOUR POLICIES!!!
