So the home warranty company denied my claim. This caused unnecessary long delays in repairing and fixing the old sub-panel. So based on my experience, I couldn't recommend them. Luckily my home warranty company dismissed Safewire assessment and accepted my out of network quote and compensated me for the entire cost. My home warranty had these guys come out for an electrical issue I was having, the guy that came wasn't here for long and overall was completely incorrect with the actual issue causing my problem. Therefore, warranty would not cover the repair. The "report" I was given from my home warranty company stated overcapacity as the cause of failure. Overcapacity is not covered by the warranty. This company is extremely inconsiderate and under qualified, the service was scheduled to be in between 3:30 to 7:30 pm and the lady tec#227 smooth talker tells us she's guna be late and so we went ahead and proceeded after telling her why so late, anyway we told her ok and the reason as in why she's going to our rental. We told her EXACTLY what she needed to look at and she agreed. Our tenants called after 10 min and told us that she said she didn't know why she was there and that she had no equipment!!! Initially, I found Safewire through my home warranty insurance. But after their outstanding service the first time, they became my go-to company for all my electrical problems and issues. The technician, Chuck, is excellent, kind, thorough, and very knowledgeable. He walked me throughout the entire process and explained everything in layman's terms. So far, Chuck and his team have replaced my electrical panel, rerouted wires throughout my house, fixed GFCI electrical outlets, and installed a Tesla charger. The company's prices were more than fair compared to the other quotes I received. Buying a 45 year old house needed a lot of updating and they were honest with what needed to be replaced/fixed and were able to explain to me which items I need to prioritize due to the amount of work the house needed. Overall, I can't recommend them enough for their excellent service and quality of work. Will definitely keep using them for future services! read more

We opened a service request with First American when our microwave (and the ignition for our gas stovetop) stopped working. A very rude technician from Proper Appliance Repair told us it was the circuit breaker. The service request was re-directed to SafeWire, and LaTecia provided terrific service! She unplugged the microwave from the outlet, plugged in my hairdryer, and the outlet was fine! The previous guy never even checked that. The short is in the microwave. She took pictures and documented everything, which the last person did not do. SafeWire was very efficient in texting and emailing us each step of the way as we scheduled the appointment. We knew when LaTecia was 10 minutes away, and she was right on time. She was careful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I'd use SafeWire's service any time. We still need to get the microwave repaired or replaced, but at least now we know where the problem lies - and it's NOT with the circuit breaker. read more

First time 2 years ago instead of fixing circuit breaker they said the problem is appliance, which was proven not to be the case. This time safewire sent Alexis to my house and after going back and forth for a month I learned the report(s) were clearly submitted in order to avoid doing their job and warranty closed my case.
