They arranged for a technician to come out to my home within forty-eight hours and would have come sooner if it was not for my busy schedule. The technician was polite, diagnosed the problem quickly, and initiated repair and maintenance all in the same trip. He spent less than an hour performing his duties and was extremely polite, clean, and professional throughout the event. I would say this is some of the best repair service that I have experienced in the area and would recommend this group, with particular emphasis on Alex, the technician who came out to aid me and my family. Truly outstanding! I would definitely recommend that you consider their services if you are in need of HVAC services.

My oven had already been worked on twice within the first year warranty, but the company that Home Depot sent was unable to fix the problem after two attempts, even though the oven was new at the time. Nick, on the other hand, diagnosed the problem and fixed it successfully on his first attempt. His work was very efficient and he could not have been more professional, courteous, or pleasant throughout the entire process. The second appliance was my washing machine, which presented a little more of a challenge because the necessary part was difficult to find, but Nick was able to locate the correct part and complete the repair really quickly. The three visits to work on both appliances included the initial evaluations, identifying and obtaining the correct parts, and completing repairs to both appliances. Considering the amount of time Nick spent working, and the fact that three separate visits were required, I found the prices to be extremely reasonable. By today's standards it's worth repeating....the prices were extremely reasonable ! I highly recommend TJ Appliance Repair, and if you have the opportunity, I would recommend asking for Nick. Everything in my life is breaking , again!…read more It's been a minute Yelp. Just When I Thought I Was Out, They Pull Me Back In! This time around my wife says she smells something burning, somethings not right. She pin points the dryer as the culprit. We notice the drum is white hot. There are water drops coming out of the crevices. Witchcraft? Demon possession? No, blocked exhaust hose Alex from Swiftec Services explained to me over the phone. He says I can be there at 8:00 a.m. tomorrow morning. Blocked it was! Our poor LG dryer was a mess. Tons of lint had built up inside this thing. Alex took the thing apart and cleaned it thoroughly. He also replaced the exhaust hose. He got our dryer back in business. Before I called him I thought oh great, time for a new $900 dryer! His price was more than fair. Call him, you will be in good hands!

We scheduled a 2-hour window and Michael showed up on time. He inspected both of my appliances.. and wouldn't you know one of them didn't show the leaking it was doing for me when he was here. Michael said the leaking in my fridge could be solved by thawing it out for 24 hours. But I opted for the quick remedy that Michael offered. As I wasn't ready for so much food that might get spoiled if I went the 24 hour route. All in all, I'm very happy with Michael and will recommend him to whoever needs an appliance repair.
