Unskilled and unethical We feel ripped off. We called for service and they did show up on time. That is the end of nice things to say. The service person arrived, told us we needed a new sensor and a new fan to fix our refrigerator. Two days later he was unable to install the parts because he ordered the wrong parts. said it would be 4 to 5 days before he would return. He could have said something about the inconvenience but he didn't. It was like he had nothing to do with attempting to install the wrong parts. He showed up 4 days later, installed the parts and the error message was gone for an hour. I could do that by unplugging and plugging it back in. We contacted the company both by email and calling the phone number telling them the repair did not work. Both people said we would hear from them soon but no one called. Now it is 4 days later. We had asked him as he was leaving the second time what if it did not work. He said there was a 3 month warranty and added if it does not work he could try to replace the motherboard. We do not have any confidence that another repair would have worked considering he thought it was the fan and sensor. Another repair would have taken us to close to half of the price to buy a new fridge. Looking at the response from another 1 star review from a few months ago, the owner said it was their policy to leave the old parts here. It did not happen there apparently and certainly did not happen here. I did not watch his work. Hopefully he installed the parts. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. Then i got an invoice it has a very high cost $2000 repair fee without any reason of the issue and the approach of the repair, not break down, etc. Not professional. I was not on site when they come in. So we open the door for their tech to come in to check. So i didn't get chance to has any diagnostics results in-person neither. My Speed Queen washer started leaking. I chose SL since they were local and had a medium price for diagnostics, that was applied toward repair. Andre, service tech, came out on Monday. He was very professional, thorough and explained to me what the issues were. He cleaned up his work area, ordered the parts, said he would contact me when the parts were in. A week later, Sean, office tech called to schedule the repair. The whole project took one week . Andre returned, replaced the parts and went the extra mile and cleaned the area out. He ran a test on the washer, no more leaks. He also checked the dryer and cleaned that out as well. Andre showed me the damaged parts, which impressed me. He was very personable and honest. Overall, Andre and Sean are very polite and accommodating, and I could tell take pride in their work.
