That meter showed consistently that we are at 1-2 pCi/L, which is an acceptable level. I am really impressed with this company that values integrity and honesty above profit!

They even went directly to my insurance adjuster to request payment, bypassing me entirely. To make matters worse, their so-called $5,000 report is only valid for 60 days. If you don't complete the abatement work within that time, they charge you again -- even though all they do is reprint the same report with a new date. No new testing. No new work. Just another charge. When I filed a small claims case against them, they refused to accept the delivery of the court documents by not opening the door for the serving man, dodging service attempts by not answering the door. It was clear they were trying to avoid accountability. I had to find alternative ways to serve them because they simply would not cooperate. Attached is the invoice they charged against my insurance policy. I have also reported them to the California Department of Insurance and is pursuing them through small claims court.
