The downside is that I have to allow at least an hour for an appointment, even though it's always scheduled as 30 minutes (that's why my review isn't 5 stars). And I might have to wait an extra 15 or so minutes for her to start the appointment. Jake is the R.N. who manages the patient portal for Dr. Houlberg and he's very reliable. Just allow a day or two for the response. I'm very happy with the treatment I get here.
