Seriously ask for him!!!!! Today we ran into an issue with the pool pump and collectively the whole team jumped in, figured it out, got the necessary parts and fixed it the SAME DAY!!! This prompt reaction saved us thousands of dollars! The attention and love is beyond our expectations and so so very much appreciated! This is how people should care for each other! The owner of this company, Rod, got right back to me within minutes. I was a little panicked…read morebecause my pool wasn't operating properly and I was about to have a large pool party. Despite the fact it was after hours (evening before the party), Rod actually spent 20 minutes with me via FaceTime to diagnose the problem, assist me with repairing a valve and priming a pump. He provided me with specific instructions and he was able to get everything working again all via FaceTime. HE DIDNT CHARGE ME ANYTHING! He was sympathetic to my time critical situation, and he genuinely wanted to be helpful. He would not accept any money despite my insistence. You just don't see this type of authentic integrity anymore. Excellent work ethic, extremely knowledgeable, quick response, and he didn't feel right charging me simply because he wasn't there in person. The FaceTime instruction was extremely educational and his thorough step-by-step guidance was spot on. He was very patient with me. Other companies said it would be $475 just to come out and take a look. This is the only company I will use for all my future pool service needs. Hard to find people like Rod these days.
