This place is pretty cool. It's a small grocery store with bahn mi sandwiches and boba. Got excited for a closer little Asian store. I called an order in on my third time going there. Was greeted on the phone by a women. Ordered spam bahn mi with egg. Asked for no Liver pate. Was informed they don't put any on. Which is NOT true. 2/3 times I wasted money (cause they put so much pate on the bread). The bahn mi are great and taste fresh if you can get past the pate.I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried them again and again. I've been to this place twice now. The staff is VERY nice, and the Bahn-mi pork sandwich is EXCELLENT. It's over a foot-long, delicious, and only $5.50. I grabbed a Diet Coke, and the total was $7.07 with tax. The sandwich is big enough for 2 meals. The restaurant is clean and well kept. Service is fast and friendly. Food is awesome. By far the BEST chicken Banh mi I have ever had, period. I have had these sandwiches all over the world, including in Vietnam (which wasn't very good). The chicken was very flavorful, the abundance of jalapeños (because I requested) were perfect and all the pickled veggies and cilantro obviously, make the sandwich as well... But what was really the winner, was the bread rolled out of came on. A lot of times you get a super crunchy dry bread that completely destroys the roof of your mouth, this sandwich had a mild crispiness with a very nice chewy bread inside... Dined in today with the Grilled Pork and Egg (Com Thit Nuong ) and had an avocado smoothie! It was delicious and the rice was the perfect moisture and texture ( important to me ). The meat was well seasoned and tasty! USE the fish sauce included! It was a delicious lunch that was filling and substantial and didn't leave me feeling heavy. Natomas definitely needed a spot like this! A great place for a Banh mi fix if you don't want to drive to the south sac area. I always get the combination Banh mi (pork patty + ham + Pate ) at Huong Lan, my favorite Banh mi place and this place can compare! A bit more priced but definitely hits the spit. Found this cute little spot on my way to The River Bike path...it did not disappoint...i just wanted a quick sandwich and boy was I delighted!! I am so excited that a good Vietnamese sandwich shop has opened in Natomas. I went here today for the first time and ordered a grilled pork banh mi and the Vietnamese iced coffee and unicorn boba drink. The sandwich was filled with flavorful pork and lots of toppings. It was delicious! The Vietnamese iced coffee was strong (the way it should be) and the unicorn drink is now one of my favorites. This place also sells snacks and some Asian groceries, which I will be buying some of on my next visit. The lady at the counter was very friendly too, which is always a plus. M2 grilled pork bahn mi sandwich is amazing! We have ordered from them several times and they are always consistent with the taste, freshness, and quickness. We've tried their Thai milk tea with boba & it was really tasty as well. I've tried the saigon wings, they were fresh but we didn't like the taste so would probably never order it again. Maybe I just ordered the wrong thing, but $10.50 for the korean short ribs over rice was an overpriced pretty sad disappointment. Ribs had a nice flavor but were very chewy, rice was plain and there was no sauces to redeem it. The fried egg was fried to oblivion. Unfortunately the salad was ruined because the vinaigrette had a very fishy taste to it. Maybe their sandwiches are better but I don't think I will ever find out. read more

Stumpled upon this place when I was browsing through yelp to find a place to eat (i'm new to the area). I got the B2 grilled pork and B7 bbq pork (my go to for all banh mi places). It did not disappoint. Both were flavorful. While I was waiting for my sandwiches, they had me sample the bbq pork and chicken wings. The bbq pork was one of the best I had in awhile and was excited for my sandwich but was kinda disappointed as it didnt appear to be the same kind in my sandwich. I'm thinking its going to be for their bbq pork entree. The chicken wings were on point. They reminded me of home when my mom made them growing up. The staff is super friendly.
