Best food in lake county! I love how fresh the food here is. The quality is amazing. I love the Pho Tai soup, fresh rolls with peanut sauce and sushi. I would eat here everyday if I had the time. I always treat myself when I'm in the area and sometime make extra trips over there just so I can stop in for a quick sushi or fresh roll. Always a pleasant experience. Wife and I dined there for the first time going out. Restaurant only had one other table occupied. Waitress who came to take order was wearing a mask, stood 6 feet back from us when taking our order, food came out fresh and piping hot and delicious. We used to go to the Lampu restaurant down the street and, while they are good, we wanted to try something different. We prefer Saigon Fusion's food and would make this our Asian cuisine restaurant of choice in the Mount Dora/Eustis area. read more

Where do I begin. My girlfriend and I spent a great day in Mt. Dora and planned to eat at Wave Sushi only to have an 1.5 hour wait. She found Saigon and we made our way over. Don't let the outside fool you, this place is full of delight. We each got the 13.95 Two sushi roll special with salad and soup. The miso was warm and house salad superb. We were the only ones in there eating ...It was 8:00 and they closed at 9:30... so that made me feel awkward to start. We were served our food and at 8:25 they came out with mops and buckets and started mopping around us as we were eating.. idk about you but that made me feel uncomfortable and rushed and not to mention who wants to smell cleaning products while they are eating .... not very appetizing. Definitely fast food. The sashimi does not come with Rice on the side. The springs rolls may or may not have duck sauce on the side.

Place was good food and good service. The only complaint is that the sushi rolls were not rolled tight and just fell apart.

I had a craving for Pho and decided to give this place a try. I was promptly seated and my order was taken. My spring rolls arrived within a few minutes. To my surprise they included both pork and shrimp which was a plus in my book. I ordered the beef and tendon pho. I was very disappointed when the basil arrived at the table. I love Thai basil and this was plain basil. Wilted. Ho hum. The pho arrived and it was satisfying enough. Maybe next time I will bring my own basil. read more

This is probably my most favorite restaurant to get sushi. Every time I get a sushi craving I call up and order it, when my baby is not fussing my husband and I will eat there. He's not as big as a sushi fan as me so he orders the hibachi or any one of the Vietnamese soups or dishes. There is a huge variety of foods that are all delicious. In the past 2 weeks, I have actually ordered sushi from Saigon Fusion at least 4 times. The employees have been polite and accommodating each time. I cannot eat cream cheese or sesame seeds and I ordered with those specifications. I appreciate that their menu states what each roll contains and is labeled whether it is cooked or raw. They met my needs each time without a problem. I do want to mention that I ordered a different roll one of the times that stated it did not contain sesame seeds and when I picked up my order and brought it home, I saw that it was covered in sesame seeds. I spent the night picking off each seed individually so I could still enjoy my sushi. It seemed worth it to me since their sushi is so delicious! I just know I need to specify my request of no sesame seeds each time I order! I still highly recommend this place! read more

We love going here! When we first moved to the area we were missing our favorite Vietnamese restaurant, but I'm happy to say it's no longer an issue! We love their soups, they are so flavorful and the serving is excellent for the price! We have also tried their delicious hibachi meals and in our most recent visit the sushi! I came here within the first week of opening (which was pretty hectic) and have been coming back since. It has changed so so so much since within the one month of opening. The very first day was pretty average - food was great but service was alright. Despite that, my more recent visits have been just perfect. The appetizers come out right on time and the food is always hot and delicious. The servers are very attentive and know how to accommodate to you. As a vegan, I am incredibly excited to know that this gem has plenty of choices for me (the lemongrass tofu and veggie pho are SO good). My friends got the grilled pork and egg roll vermicelli and said that it's extremely tasty. They also gave the hibachi a try and it looked just as good. Sushi hasn't been tried yet, but it looks beautifully done. Now let's talk about service - each time I've been here the place wasn't too busy so I can't say for sure that it's this same way when it's a full house, but the servers are so friendly. The manager (I think his name is Lan or Lang) comes around to the tables and checks on you which I think is so neat. Asked for more bean sprouts for my pho and was immediately given a heaping amount. I'm guessing these reviews have been from folks who haven't eaten at Pho 88 or other good Orlando Pho restaurants. The food here was OK at best. The Pho lacked the depth of flavor I'd expect from a good quality Pho. Almost bland. Maybe this is good for Lake County but far from good compared to Orlando Little Vietnam area. Also, the Tuna Kobachi lacked enough 5 spice powder and was cut way to big. Nothing we had that was supposed to be spicy was even close. Maybe tamed for the audience here but definitely lacking flavor. read more

The food generally tastes good and the service was fine. It seems like they cut a lot of corners with the food though. The summer rolls don't have any mint or basil (the best part!) and the sauce is blatantly watered down. The phad thai didn't have any cilantro, carrots or green onions. When we first walked in, I felt a little hesitant, because it had the look of a buffet rather than the ambiance I'd want from a full-service restaurant. I'm glad, though, that I was willing to look past that. We both chose to get the hibachi dinner with chicken and shrimp. Although there was less meat than I would have liked, the flavor of the food was quite good. They bring you a small salad and bowl of soup before your food comes out, so with that and the main dish, you definitely will leave full. The prices are fairly reasonable for what you get as well. The food here is absolutely savory and the price to portion ratio is very fair. Their hibachi lunch special is a personal favorite of mine, and keeps me coming back on a weekly basis. A soup and salad accompanies the lunch, and you still get a satisfying portion of food on the plate. When I decide to change it up, I have one of their excellent phos. Never had a bad meal here. So happy to see a restaurant offering Vietnamese options including my favorite, Pho! This restaurant is in the old Wasabi buffet spot, opened less than 2 weeks. We ordered spring rolls and the fresh summer rolls which were both excellent. The Pho was a very generous portion and also really great! We will be back to try the sushi and so many other things!
