Ever since they started closing on weekends we haven't gone much. Its on the pricier end but what isn't and you get what you pay for. Not too much going on in the restaurant itself. You can eat there but not many tables and you get to go boxes no matter what. Staff/owners always look incredibly tired and as busy as they are you can see why.

To add on, there was just one party dining in which makes it even more difficult to understand as to how did they mess up the order. They charged $19.19 for this specific meal which totally went to waste. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant. As a courtesy of this goof up, I would expect this restaurant to refund this dish. Edit July2: I was reached out by the owner Amy, refunded half the charge for the incorrect order and was promised an on the house entree the next time I place an order. I also love that you can make your sauce exactly how you like it, if you go to a place where they put everything in the bowl for you, you may end up with a sauce concoction you do not love. I have perfected the flavor of my food. What I don't love as much as I used to, is that they switched to squeeze bottle sauces since covid, this makes it much harder to get the amount of garlic and ginger correct in my meal. I do hope they will consider switching back one day. My partner has been complaining about this, plus it makes everything all sticky and kind of gross but they do provide gloves and there is usually hand sanitizer available. Jin then tells me that the employees eat the shrimp today and are fine. Strike two. I explain im really not trying to be difficult, but Im concerned about the defensive posturing in light of a possible food poisoning situation. So Jin, to prove her point, goes ahead and eats one of the shrimps, the other male staff watching her with some discomfort. I tell her to spit it out, but nope, down the hatch it goes. Jim goes on to tell me that we eat dead seafood (you know us---People in Everett--and yeah maybe it's a little soft but that's just typical dead seafood. Strike three. She did finally offer to refund my meal in cash, and I told her I was really trying to just make sure the restaurant wasn't unintentionally making my neighbors, friends, and family sick. I wasn't interested in going on blast with a review and contacting the health district, but after sleeping on it, I'm doing the right thing. Sorry Jin, your ego got in the way of a resolution. Be careful.... PS A note for Jin and Flying Lemon Fish. When I was 23, I served some bad clams at a fine dining restaurant. The family called to tell us their daughter was in the hospital with some liver problems. We immediately went to the cooler and went through all the shellfish, called back the family and offered to take care of any medical bills or follow-up. It happens if you serve food occasionally, just be respectful with your response, it goes a long way instead of challenging a customer's dissatisfaction.
