This place is owned by the same people that own Saigon Deli which is in the same complex. The store seems a bit overcrowded because the store isn't shaped like a normal market, it feels almost confined but there are many treasures there to be found that can't be found at other oriental stores. It can get stuffy if there are a lot of people there since the aisles are small but everyone is respectful. They have meats, veggies, refrigerated items, fish, etc. The selection here is definitely comparable. The cashier and bagger were very nice and thanked us for coming. They were very friendly and made us feel welcomed. I would definitely return if I am in the area. I highly recommend.

Saigon Marketplace is an Asian market that is owned by the folks at Saigon Deli , just a hop, skip, and jump away in the same plaza. Once you enter , you can tell by the smell that it is an ethnic place. They have prepackaged snacks and candies towards the front and produce and frozen meat/fish towards the back. It is smaller than some of the Indian groceries I've been to, but they do have a wide range of stuff. They have items from different Asian countries like kimchi, Thai snacks, etc which is nice. As Megan-Joy stated in her review, there is no credit card minimum because I bought 2 items for $3 and the transaction went through. I was curious to see if they had any fresh jackfruit since someone posted a picture on Yelp but it was for naught. This is a nice location for Carrolwood folks and wanting to get stuff after eating at SD. I dont know how good that snack in my picture is because I bought it for my parents lol.

5 stars, I love this place! I go almost every weekend to buy my produce and kimchi, they make the best and I'm addicted to it.

I would give this 1,000 stars if I could. Finally a restaurant that is not a chain in Brandon!…read more The most attentive staff, the owner was awesome, and the place is quaint and clean! But let me tell you about the food! Oh mygahhhhhhhhhhh! I had the Monica sandwich, my friend had The piggy sandwich, we mentioned we love meatballs, but hmmm, how are they? and the sweet waitress said how amazing they are just try one & the owner insisted we not share one and brought out two... I WILL be having that meatball sub soon! Yummmm! Then Robby (I believe that's his name), the owner, got sneaky and brought us both a mini cannoli! Holy cannoli! How can a cannoli be crunchy and creamy and light at the same time? idk but it was! This place also has items you can buy all from Italy! Pastas, sauces, etc. the coffee, beer and wine bar looked enticing too. But since I was on my business lunch break I had to pass. But... i will be taking the hubby and/or family there for dinner. They have pasta dishes that I know I Neeeed In my life! They had gelato toooo! I gotta go back! Soon!

Bomb! Drive down for a 2nd go - I live about 30 minutes north of Brandon - totally worth the drive. Thought tonight, I'll get Luca Brasi. Jeeez Louise - SO GOOD. That horseradish hits on another level! Employees are super welcoming and helpful. Chill, hole-in-the-wall, locals-vibe with authentic Italian decor. Will def make the drive again. Skip all the other Brandon crappy chains. This is THE SPOT.

Success!! This is my 2nd visit to Sultans Market, the last nearly 2 years ago. The guy that helped me is likely the manager or owner, I did not ask. But to my delight he was a friend of Chef Yousef and was able to direct me to the olives, zaatar and olive oil I needed to complete my mission. The olive oil was freshly pressed Palestinian Extra Virgen oil very high in polyphenols (43 X) for you health aficionados. Better, less expensive and larger quantity than the expensive "polyphenol-rich" version (34X) sold online and advertised in social media. It was a perfect match and compliment to the hummus. Also found a delightful jar of olives from Jordan, packed in olive oil with lemon, bay leaf and slightly zesty yellow pepper that paired nicely with my other ingredients. Then, the perfect resealable package of Zaatar to mix will the olive oil for dipping pita bread. Last I bought some halal mediterranean style seasoned chicken for the air fryer at home. The last picture shows the results of my adventure today, I can not believe how many olives I ended up eating! On my 1st visit shopping at this Mediterranean Market was an impulse for me as I drove down Busch this morning. A pleasant surprise for an adventurous cook. There was some beautiful fresh lamb. I bought cryovac greek olives, some Indian Spice, baklava, hummus, fresh zuchini and other items. I disliked the cryovac olives intensely, not sure of their purpose but avoid them. This place was well stocked, diverse, somewhat busy and fun to browse. A nice lady shopper volunteered cooking advice on items I bought. As I venture into that genre of cooking, this store is going to be essential with their treasure trove of spices, fresh halal lamb, veggies and halal chicken and myriad of other products. The more I learn, the more I like this place. One large advantage is the variety, cost, quality, scope and breadth of products compared to the tiny amount of shelf space dedicated to these items in a grocery store. A place to broaden your horizons. Come get ya' some!
