    Tofu Pho - Large
    Melinda L.

Haven't been back here in many years and decided to eat here for old times sake. The place had been renovated and the ambience was nice. However, the portion for the pho shrunk a lot from what I recalled. Ordered the Large Tofu Pho and what used to be a large white bowl was now a much smaller red bowl and way less vegetables. It was easily finished by 1 with no leftovers like before. Had to confirm with server if this was indeed the large size. Was craving a pad thai and ordered chicken breast pad thai as stated on menu. But what came was pad thai with chicken thighs. The server told us that they changed this a while back but was able to make a new plate with chicken breast. Much better. Portion was fine and it was freshly made. Got my pho and pad thai fix in but really miss the classic and hearty large white bowl of pho from before where leftovers were a sure thing. I don't see the lady owner anymore but the menu looks the same!

I went to this place with all my girls and had a good time catching up but you're here for the review ... in total I payed $25.67 for a mango tea with no add ons and a SMALL! pho with eye round and for the quality of food I'll say not really worth it like everything was just okay but nothing to write home about i've been to other pho places that have been better and for cheaper - also only one restroom that was a little spooky. *photo was of my friends sea foods pho I forgot to take a photo of my food * service wise was okay no cash but very pretty place to eat at .

Service sucked and the food was ordinary. The lady was in sucha rush to get my order but when it came time to pay, she was MIA. Her service honestly was a huge disappointment. The food was descent. I rather drive into Houston and have pho there. Would I go back? No

Awesome people + awesome food and Vietnamese ice coffee makes this a great experience for anyone wanting to try Vietnamese food and coffee!!

I ordered the pork rice combo, and while I was eating, I found a strange garnish that I believe was the wrapper for the meat.

I ordered the pork rice combo, and while I was eating, I found a strange garnish that I believe was the wrapper for the meat. It completely ruined my appetite. As a first-time customer, I have to say I am not only disappointed but also grossed out.

Sorry, didn't take any pics of the pho cause my aunt and I ate it to quickly . Very flavorful broth. I'm hooked. I have a favorite place in Katy Asia town but this will be my spot when I'm in Tomball. I order the Specialty/Combo Pho which has a little bit of everything in it. There's plenty of meat which was really nice. My aunt had the regular rare and brisket and she said that was great too. The service was great too as the lady who took my order was really nice. The only drawback was that I asked for extra bean sprouts and she only gave me a small handful. Ambiance 6/10: it was freezing in the place but I was getting my order to go so I didn't have to worry about eat in there. But everything else was fine.

This place is such a gem to me i come here once in a while to eat some pho during my lunch break, the pho is so flavorful the dumplings are crisp to perfection and the sauce is fantastic, i get the Peach tea and it's so good and balances the spicyness i add to my soup i just went today and tried the Udon noodles and they were super good and gave the lychee tea a try with boba and i LOVE. the service is always great i go and i always have the same server she's super great at answering my questions since i am allergic to pork she makes sure i know what has it and what doesn't the place is always neat as well

This has been our favorite Vietnamese Restaurant since we moved 5 yrs ago. It has changed. The Vietnamese Fried Rolls were too doughy and over cooked. The sauce was changed, prices went up and quality has dropped. A Boba Tea was $7. Banh Mi $9. The one remaining person from old times, was still very nice. .50 for take outs. It wasn't busy, but it is Monday. I think we will try once more, and decide then. The remodel from last visit is nice.

I ordered P1. Chicken Pho via Doordash. Not only did it look odd but I found a small black hair. The broth had brownish flakes all on it & appeared extremely greasy as if oil had been poured into it. This is the second time I've had an issue. Normally I love their food but what is going on?? New management? Also- anyone know what the brownish flakes are??

Best pho in Tomball and the surrounding area. The restaurant just underwent a makeover and looks lovely. Pho-nomenal food!

Callie's Kitchen is hands down a vegan gem in Tomball and I am so glad I finally got to try it…read more From the moment the food hit the table you could tell everything was made with intention fresh ingredients and real care for flavor. On top of that the customer service was top tier. The staff was friendly welcoming and attentive which made the experience even better. I ordered the Houston Street Tacos and they were amazing. Two large organic tacos filled with jackfruit and quinoa that were perfectly seasoned and very satisfying. They were topped with avocado tomato marinated cabbage and a house turmeric queso that brought everything together so well. The side of kreamy kale sauce was a standout too and I found myself dipping every bite into it. To drink I had the Organic Mango Hibiskus Lemonade made with house brewed hibiscus and pure organic mango. It was refreshing not too sweet and tasted incredibly fresh easily one of the best lemonades I have had. My friend ordered the Orange Buffalo Tahini Cauliflower and it was packed with flavor. The cauliflower was roasted just right tossed in a bold orange buffalo sauce drizzled with tahini and topped with roasted cashews and sesame seeds over seasoned jasmine rice. She also had the Catalina Rolls which were crispy hearty and filled with fresh cabbage herbs and house taco meat and they were so good. She also tried the Heal All of the Rainforest Pau D'Arco Latte which was warm earthy and comforting. It is made with Peruvian Pau D'Arco heirloom cacao ashwagandha catuaba bark cinnamon maple syrup and almond milk and it truly felt like wellness in a cup. Everything we tried was flavorful filling and never felt heavy. Whether you are vegan plant based or just love good food Callie's Kitchen is absolutely worth a visit. I will definitely be back.

It almost seemed like they weren't blended properly. I even tried shaking them myself and the flavor still varied from sip to sip. I usually like my drinks very sweet, and even though I selected 100% sweetness, they still didn't taste very sweet to me. I ordered the Strawberry Matcha Latte, Strawberry Breeze, Crème Brulee Dirty Boba, and Bursting Dragon Fruit. The Bursting Dragon Fruit was definitely my least favorite. It wasn't sweet at all and I personally didn't like the tea base. The Strawberry Breeze was probably my favorite out of the drinks I tried, but even that one tasted inconsistent throughout the drink. One thing I did really enjoy was the dessert. The Cookie Snowfall was actually very good and probably my favorite thing I ordered overall.

STRAWBERRY PRINCESS - 6.49 The cake was light and fluffy…read morewith a good texture, but the cream and strawberry jam/drizzle was really melted and warm, which threw some of us off. It wasn't too sweet, which I enjoyed. MANGO BREEZE - 5.95 + cheese foam + 25% sweet + 0.75 for mango popping boba This was creamy and heavy, and a bit too sweet for me (the mango popping boba probably increased the sweetness). It did have a fresh mango flavor that we enjoyed. This originally was my drink, but I ended up swapping with my friend since I liked hers more and vice versa. KIWI BASIL GREEN TEA - 5.50 + 25% sweet + 0.75 for crystal boba This was the drink I ended up getting after swapping with my friend. This was incredibly sweet, like 100% sweet kind of sweet, and my soul left my body upon the first sip. We asked them to remake it since it was much too sweet to be 25% sweet. It was much better after that, very refreshing with the juicy kiwi flavor and basil leaves. The green tea flavor was strong and well-steeped. I didn't think the crystal boba was necessary since it already had basil seeds. CITRUS LORD - 5.50 + 50% sweet + 0.75 for aloe This one tasted like 0% sweet, and I actually liked it. It was a nice citrus and tea blend that was perfect for my palette. Aloe was a good topping option. Sadly, this wasn't my drink. Overall, the drinks were delicious, but we felt like the sugar level was very inconsistent across our drinks. They're nice and accommodating, so we appreciate them for that. They open decently late too (until 11 PM on a Friday) so we had plenty of time to enjoy boba after a late dinner.
