Steaks are frozen but that's to be expected (truly fresh steak doesn't exist) For the price, marble is excellent and they will let you haggle. I cooked one up last week and the steam tasted great. Wow is all I have to say. The store is filled with so many different selections from wagyu, thin slices, and even some marinated. My family and I go here all the time for their amazing meat. We recently got Australian wagyu steak, bone marrow split, and chuck bone marrow beef patties. The Australian wagyu steak was mouth watering and tender. They recommended that we season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and that's exactly what we did and it was great. It seared perfect and we made it medium-medium rare. The following night we prepared for a bbq for memorial weekend by making burgers. They said that the beef patties were a new product they just got in. The burgers were so good!! They were so flavorful and juicy. I would pass up in n out for these burgers... and I love in n out! We also enjoyed some bone marrow that we roasted and put on garlic butter toast. It was buttery and fatty! The service there was good too. They recommended and helped us understand which would be the best choice for the occasion. Do me a favor and go try it out for yourself... We just finished eating com tam at Thanh restaurant and took a stroll around the plaza and my mom noticed this new store and wanted to go in. It is located between Thanh Restaurant and Vy Da. I've been wanting to make yakisoba and saw some thinly sliced pork belly. It was very nicely priced, I thought the stuff in the store would be insanely marked up but to my surprise, it's quite a deal. The sales guy also said I could salt the pork and make a healthier bacon, which is great since I try to avoid preservatives if I can. I also bought a pack of oxtail to make soup for my son for $7.49 a pound. Amazing price as I usually see oxtail for $9.99 to $12.99 per LB these days. It is super clean inside and the son and dad duo owners were really nice. They have been open a month, I will be back to get my meat here as everything is fresh and well packed. read more

I'm such a huge fan of ribeye steak in general but Saikou Niku's ribeye is top tier quality & the price is unmatched. You'd have to try it yourself in order to differentiate the taste. 10/10 would recommend to my gf's & I'm def coming back for more. They have a wide selection of premium meat, and this is currently our go to place to get USDA prime, Japanese A5 waygu and etc. I'm a big supporter of local business, and their price are very reasonable for the quality of meat they offer. They have a big frame poster that guide you on meat qualities so I highly suggest you look at it and understand why you are paying $20/lb for certain cut. The staff there aren't not going to pressure you to buy stuff, but they do give very good advice one what meat to buy for the meals you are trying to prepare.
