After watching Alex on YouTube nonstop for the last few years, I FINALLY got to try Saint Honoré, and it was absolutely worth the wait! I went with a mixed 4-pack and got crème brûlée, apple pie, cookie butter, and Mexican chocolate. The crème brûlée had the perfect crunchy sugar shell with a rich vanilla bean filling. The apple pie was seriously like eating a slice of apple pie in donut form! It had the perfect amount of apples and spice. Now let's talk about the cookie butter... LIFE CHANGING! Easily my favorite of the four and one I would order again and again. The Mexican chocolate was also delicious and had such a great flavor. Honestly, all four were amazing! I also grabbed a dozen of the original donuts to surprise the bell boys back at my hotel, and they were SO excited when I brought them in. Definitely a fun treat to share! As an added bonus, while I was there I got to see the famous baker himself, Juan! I went around 8:15ish on a Saturday morning and there was no line, which I was so happy about. I finally got to try their couture donuts and they are amazing. I went to Las Vegas this weekend and this was on my itinerary. First, the donuts look delicious and beautiful. And everything is at the right level of sweetness (not overwhelming). I love that they have unique flavors and fancy designs. I got 5 flavors and this is my order of preference (but all of them are goooood!): 1. Passionfruit Blanc - Bright unique fruit taste, not too sweet. This was the last flavor I picked based on the suggestion of the staff and it turned out to be my favorite. 2. Creme Brûlée - love the crunchy candied top and the creme is not too sweet. 3. The Cannoli - both Cannoli on top and the donut are good. You get 2 items in one. 4. Mixed Berry Toastie - mild berry flavor, not too sweet, with a nice toastie crunch 5. Pistachio Dubai Chocolate - good chocolate, rich pistachio filling, heavy. Service was fast. Went here around 2pm and there was a line but it moved at a decent pace. The ambiance was chill donut cafe vibe. They have a good number of seating and I was able to enjoy a donut (The Cannoli) before we took the rest to go. Decided to stop in when my lash appointment got canceled last minute and I was already in the area. I'm not the biggest bougie donut person, but I wanted to try it out and I'm glad I did! I walked in and was surprised by the amount of people sitting inside and enjoying their donuts and pizza (yes that's right they also have pizza!). I walked up to the front and started to scope out the menu. The girl working was kind and walked me through all the season flavors they had too. I've seen a handful of reels about Saint Honore so when I happened to drive past, I got excited and had to go in. The donuts were beautiful and the flavors were amazing! However, there was some confusion during our order that I wish the staff had explained better. We ordered a box of 6 donuts and included the Dubai Donut in our selection. The lady helping us did not explain that the Dubai Donut was a separate purchase and was NOT counted as one of the 6 donuts. When we paid, we were charged for the box of 6 PLUS an additional $10 for the Dubai Donut. Had we known that, we would have picked 6 regular donuts for the box and purchased the Dubai Donut separately. Instead, we essentially paid for 6 donuts plus the Dubai Donut, even though we thought the Dubai Donut was part of our box. My only suggestion would be for the staff to clearly explain which specialty donuts are priced separately and which ones are included in the box, especially for first-time customers. A little clarification would definitely prevent confusion at checkout. The good: Amazing donuts, beautiful presentation, unique flavors, and definitely worth trying! Ever since learning about this place on YouTube I try to visit when I come to Vegas (3 times to date). Be sure to come early or place an online order as they get busy quick. The donuts are definitely couture and the pricing reflects that. Love the brioche dough and custom flavors. I think I walked into that location and just walked out. Here, I was surprised with the line of people and they've done a great job putting the donuts on display. I got the box of 4 donuts. Out of all of them, my top fave was their crème brûlée. The other ones were good, but either too much sugar or just was not doing it for me. The crème brûlée on the other hand is one of their best sellers, which is why I decided to try it. I really like the cream inside. They were sold out of a lot of donuts but a few were still on display plus pizzas. I tried Lemon Blueberry donut ($3.95), the donut itself is moist and very sweet, but the icing was intense with lemon and overpowers blueberry. I paired with unsweetened Iced Matcha Latte ($6.80), they didn't have coconut milk so I opt for oat milk. The drink comes with a donut hole that's soft, yummy, and not too sweet! The latte however was overwhelmed with oat milk. Preston visited my table and kindly checked in, he asked how everything was. I mentioned the donut icing taste very lemon and hardly has any blueberry. Also the iced matcha latte has so much oat milk, I could not taste any matcha. The only thing that was really good was the donut hole. I appreciate that Preston offered to remake the drink, that is so nice! The second matcha latte is delightful. I have tried Saint Honore a handful of times. This location is in a nice area, surrounded by lots of other businesses. My most recent visit was with a group of friends. We were in line for awhile. The outside of the restaurant was clean and pretty, but when we entered the store, it was a different story. All tables appeared dirty and trash was strewn across the floor. It did not appear that there was anyone cleaning. Although we came in the afternoon, nothing had sold out yet, so we had a good selection to choose from. The donuts themselves were okay. What an amazing women own local business! I haven't been down to Saint Honore in years, I tend to go more to Café Lola and three little chicks. Just because I don't live near a Saint Honore, but one of my best friends has been dying to try their donuts for years and I was in the area on my way to her, so of course I had to pick them up! She was so excited to try the crème brûlée doughnut! She was almost in tears with how happy she was and it was absolutely delicious! I also got their strawberry and salted caramel donuts and they were phenomenal! I also did the beignet flight just as good as they were when they first came out years ago I haven't had them in forever! The churro with Nutella was absolutely delicious exploded literally and figuratively with flavor! lol and also the powdered sugar with honey I really love that one! Just know they are super messy, definitely have napkins for that! Just like all of their other businesses, the decor is just super cute! Really nice neon signs, super clean, tons of seating, indoor and outdoor with a massive variety of donuts as well as pizza (which I still need to try. I have been dying to try the pizza for years. Nice wall décor with sayings for photos, including 'It was all a dream' with a melting slice of pizza or 'life is better couture'. Lots of menu options and some tasty sounding ones as well including the Dubai Chocolate Pistachio, dulce de leche, candied hazelnut & Nutella doughnuts, couture and classic doughnuts, gourmet pizzas, milk shakes and the reason I came today, French Quarter style beignets. Beignets are $5 for 3 per order and come with powder sugar, churro Nutella filled or raspberry filled. Service was quick and friendly!! My group of 5 stopped by around 11 AM and it wasn't super busy. They have a lot of couture donuts and we decided to split a 6 pack. We got the Salted Caramel (top right), Cookie Butter (right middle), Rue (bottom right), Crème Brûlée (top left), Candied Hazelnut Nutella (middle left), and the Pistachio Dubai Chocolate (bottom left). I came here while visiting Vegas and honestly I was really excited because it's so rare to find vegan and gluten-free donuts. I got the vegan gluten-free chocolate chip and double chocolate donuts, plus an iced vanilla bean matcha latte with oat milk. The matcha had a really good flavor, a little on the sweeter side but not overpowering. It's not your traditional matcha taste, but I actually liked it because it was smooth and still balanced. For the vegan gluten-free donuts, I was pleasantly surprised. They had a great consistency, didn't fall apart, and were super moist and fluffy, almost like a cake. Obviously alternatives are never exactly the same as regular donuts, but these still had really good flavor and texture. Definitely something I'd get again. My mom got the Dubai donut and a regular coffee, and she said it was super delicious. I also got a couture box where you can choose which donuts you want. I picked four donuts, including the crème brûlée, seasonal strawberry shortcake, cannoli, and I added the Dubai donut for my siblings to try. The couture box is $25 for four donuts, and I paid an extra $3 to add the Dubai donut. They also have larger options, $38 for six donuts and $76 for twelve. The donuts individually are pretty pricey, especially their specialty ones, but honestly what do you expect in Las Vegas. That's also probably why they've gone viral, not just for how they look but the flavors too. And honestly, they're really good donuts, so I feel like it's worth the price for what you're getting. One thing to note if you're celiac like me, the vegan gluten-free donuts are kept on a separate tray, but they are still next to the regular donuts, so cross-contamination is always a possibility. The staff will change gloves and take extra steps if you ask, but it's still at your own risk. I had been wanting to try Saint Honore for a while now. I heard so many wonderful things about how fluffy and delicious their doughnuts were. And since I was visiting my sister and her family in Vegas, it was the perfect time to stop by and try it for myself. The staff was nice and the inside was so cute. It was very social media friendly with cute signage. Mix & Match Box (2 classic and 2 couture) 4/5 My husband chose the classic doughnuts and I chose the couture ones. For the classic doughnuts, my husband went with the Maple Pecan and the Lemon Blueberry. No surprise there since he loves maple anything and fruity flavors. For the couture doughnuts, of course I had to try their viral Crème Brûlée and seasonal Strawberry Shortcake. All the doughnuts were perfectly fluffy and delicious. The Crème Brûlée was unique and unlike anything I've ever tasted before (doughnut-wise). Visually, it was very pleasing to the eye. Once you take a bite, you have so many layers and textures of flavors... crunchy, crackly shell on top, gushing custard (a very generous amount might I add) in the middle and the pillowy dough at the bottom. The Strawberry Shortcake was also really yummy, but it just has too much filling for us. We preferred the classic doughnuts because it wasn't as heavy nor decadent as the couture ones. Beignet Flight 4/5 Honestly, I couldn't fully enjoy the beignets because I was too full from the doughnuts. I know they are only good warm, but our eyes were bigger than our stomachs. The bite or two that I had though was good. It was airy and light, but it was a tad bit too sweet for my liking. Iced Vanilla Latte 3/5 Sadly, it was probably my least favorite drink I had in Vegas that weekend. The coffee was still hot and I didn't even taste the vanilla. The donuts here are insanely fresh, like super mega fresh, and even though they're definitely on the expensive side, they're worth it. I ordered the Dubai Chocolate donut and it was unbelievably sweet, so sweet that I had to eat it in parts, but honestly it's made with such luxurious ingredients that you can taste the quality in every bite. It really feels like walking into a luxury boutique, except everything is donuts. The service was fine, nothing special, but still good. They also sell pizzas, savory options, coffee, and there's plenty of space to sit. The place itself is beautiful, very clean, very aesthetic. I think the manager was there and it was a bit strange because he didn't greet customers when they walked in. He wasn't rude, he just stared and didn't say hello, which felt a little odd for someone who looked like the manager. But the girl who actually helped me was very sweet, very kind, and she made the experience great. The Dubai Chocolate donut is a little over ten dollars, which is a lot for one donut, but you can understand why. Everything tastes premium and fresh, and they have so many seasonal donuts for December that it's actually exciting to pick one. This is the kind of place you go to when you want to treat yourself, and it delivers. Only one barista on Sunday morning!!! We beat the crowds. After we entered, there was a long line. I can't stop barging about their Dubai chocolate doughnut which is insanely delicious, not overwhelmingly sweet and coming with the baklava texture as the filling. Love it. Must try. The seasonal Halloween smore, pumpkin doughnut, and the creme brûlée doughnut are pretty good, too, but you do get those at other stores as well, not as exclusive as the Dubai chocolate doughnut . But we all agree their donut doughs are definitely in good quality. I also tried the crème brûlée hot latte, which is very enjoyable, rich in flavor, and it also comes with a mini donut. read more

Poor Customer Service I had a very disappointing experience at Saint Honoré, located at 5020 Blue Diamond Rd. The person who assisted us was rude and did not provide good customer service. When we were trying to place our order, she told us that she could not take our order until we knew exactly what we wanted to order. I understand that customers need to know what they want, but the way she spoke to us and her attitude were very rude and unprofessional. Customer service is very important, and customers should be treated with respect and courtesy. I hope management can address this issue and provide better customer service training to their staff. read more
