I really liked this place. It was not at all what I expected. I really enjoyed the whole experience. I didn't know what to expect when I peeked at the menu but I was open and I was not disappointed. I had such a great time. The inside is all dimly lit and intimate. Now I will say, if you're a big girl be prepared to force yourself to sit very demurely, very cutesy. Cause those chairs are not for big backs. I found myself praying over more than the food. That being said it was so freaking nice. The drinks did not disappoint. I LOVED my drink called the Black Widow. My husband had the Negroni and he loved his drink as well The part my husband was most excited for which I didn't know until we sat down was the food. He has always LOVED any and every dish from Chef Gedra. Apparently I have too but my husband is a true fan of his dishes and lo es to see the food he creates. For dinner I had Nonna's lasagna and my husband had the beef katsu sandwich. I will tell you that I loved every single moment alone I had my lasagna. It was hands down the best lasagna I have ever had. It was filling and savory. It was the ultimate comfort food that I never knew I needed. My husband said is sandwich was delectable. The flavor was amazing and the meat extremely tender. We were both smiling and eating the whole time. Two fat kids in love just vibing over bomb ass food. For dessert we went with one of two choices. The 24K gold Budino. Baby listen. I'm not fancy and I don't know much but if you have only two options for dessert you're clearly that bitch! Cause I ordered dessert and it was amazing. I'm not a huge chocolate person but my husband is. I don't know how to describe the rich smooth texture that is chocolate budino but I want it again. It was perfect. It wasn't overly sweet. It was so good. I thoroughly enjoyed the meal the experience and the service. I cannot wait to go back.

I was a little iffy giving this place a try after my first impressions from online drama, but I'm glad we came and look forward to going back, hopefully with room for dessert next time because the 24K Gold chocolate budino looks amazing. My husband and I came after dinner elsewhere so we just tried a couple cocktails. It wasn't his favorite Old Fashioned, but I loved The Godfather. It has scotch and amaretto. My husband was impressed with the decor and simplicity of the layout. I love the leopard print carpet and appreciate the gold leaf details on the walls and even the pipes, but I was overwhelmed by everything else being different shades of gold as well. Goldmember "I like GOOOLD" vibes. Service is friendly and welcoming. I'd love to try other drinks next time, but The Godfather will be hard to resist. It's, well, liquid gold.

We started at Saint Neri for a 3-part Resturant tour. We made a reservation very easily on a Saturday night (but the Savannah Bananas game so it wasn't busy. My husband ordered a cocktail - something like a cantaloupe sour and I had an espresso martini. Both were EXCEPTIONAL. We then had an appetizer (Arancino) and it was a smidge cheesy for me but I am not a strong cheese flavor person. For the average cheese lover it would be perfect. The only detractor was the atmosphere. All the servers/bartenders were in these shimmery tassel-y dresses (they looked comfortable and cute) but it felt very competitive with wall to wall cheetah print carpet and cheetah print bar stools. For a bar that's supposed to be speakeasy-esque, I was hoping for a little more art deco touches and style and even music. Beyond that, I can't think of anything I didn't like!

Super cute ambiance. Love the cheetah floors and velvet curtains. It definitely gives rich vibes that's for sure. I came here on a late night when it was nearing closing for drinks with friends. I've always heard great things about it especially when they first opened. The music was cool vibe and the dim lightning made it such a great chill spot. The staff was friendly and the location was very easy to get to. I'll def be returning for my caviar bump.

Such a cute place! Very pretty inside. Delicious cocktails and fun, intimate atmosphere. The workers even offered to take our pics which was super nice of them

We checked out Saint Neri this weekend, and I absolutely loved it. The whole experience is a vibe. There's nothing like it in Buffalo. From the drinks to the food to the atmosphere, everything about this place is fire. You step off of Lexington Ave and into a bygone era of elegance and sophistication. We had the lasagna, arancino, and stuffed pepper, all of which were really flavorful.

A Culinary Journey at Saint Neri: Saint Neri is a hidden gem that promises an unforgettable culinary experience. Nestled on Lexington, Ave., this charming restaurant & bar exudes an aesthetic that immediately triggers all the feels. There's a warmth & cozy sophistication from the moment you step inside. As I entered Saint Neri, I was immediately struck by the elegant yet inviting ambiance. From the dim lighting, coupled with thoughtful decor: swafts of elegant fabric draping throughout, candle light flickering off 24k gold leaf walls, while listening to the perfect playlist setting the vibe for the evening... indulgence. The menu at Saint Neri is a testament to the chef's creativity & dedication to using the freshest ingredients. From starters to desserts, each dish is thoughtfully crafted to tantalize the taste buds & awaken the senses. Steven, the bartender, is fantastic. His welcoming presence made you feel as if the attention was all on you. His knowledge & detail of the cuisine & intentionally thought out bar program was a welcomed surprise. He genuinely seemed invested in his position & his descriptions of the libations & food enticed me to try multiple dishes. From the caviar sliders to the "secret" off-menu burger - cooked to perfection - were the stars of the evening. The staff were attentive, kind & knowledgeable, ensuring that every aspect of the dining experience exceeded expectations... & facts, it did. Saint Neri is a culinary gem that should not be missed. Setting the bar high for a new level of dining in Buffalo, NY. You don't want to miss out on a movement!

First time to Saint Neri and it was wonderful! 5 stars. Can't wait to go back. I went for a friend's birthday on a Saturday evening and they accommodated a group of 10 of us. We loved the corner couch / booth vibe! Jessica our server was great. I loved my espresso martinis. The chicken parm was HUGE and so delicious! The meatball sliders with marinara and mozzarella were also a treat - so yummy. The floor to ceiling drapery covering the walls and the leopard carpet are so cool. It didn't seem too loud. Will definitely be back soon!

Loved visiting this space! Very cool vibes and chic decor with gold walls, venetian glass chandeliers, and gitchy stemware. Loved the cocktails and service. Definitely a pre-dinner or nightcap spot. Thank you to Michaela for excellent service and patience and time answering questions. Definitely try the bump, meatball sliders and arancini.

Excellent service!…read more From the moment we walked in we were greeted and welcomed heartily. We were the only customers and literally had this place to ourselves the entire time. Made for a 5 star private dining type experience that although I appreciated, I couldn't quite understand as the food was magnificent. If you're looking for a great meal that won't leave you heavy and weighed down, this is it! I had the lasagna because I was told by the chef and the friendly waiter that it was fresh hand made pasta and didn't use ricotta cheese. A total winner for me (not a ricotta fan). It was delicious! Melted in my mouth. Buttery, velvet-like texture to the pasta makingit delightfully delicate. Nice balance of sauce and cheese. Meats had a great flavor. I didn't like I had to order a full appetizer size salad because they didnt offer side salads, but the salad was good as well. My birthday guest ordered the NY Strip steak of which I took a taste. It was FULL of flavor and cooked as ordered. Tender and everything you'd hope for in a steak entree. The mashed potatoes were another story. Lacked flavor and I don't care for the chunky mashed potatoes. I like my mashed thick, but creamy, buttery, and seasoned. I do not recommend them. This review is a 5 due to service and both main's being excellent. The chef honored the birthday boy with a complimentary homemade tiramasu that was airy, slightly sweet, great textures of crunch on top, moose in the middle, and spongyness on bottom. The fruit as garnish paired well, but as we shared the slice it made me wonder "if this is REAL, fresh made tiramasu, I have no idea what "tiramasu" I've been eating all these years." So good! I had no idea why this place was empty at 3pm on a Saturday, but my guess is they are new. Once the word is out I'm sure business will pick up. At least I hope, because I'd love to bring my son back to try so he can compare to his culinary experience in Italy. The restaurant itself was very clean...including the bathroom. My daiare wasn't fond of the hard wooden chairs. The ambiance is more bright, sophisticated modern than dark, tavern-esque as the name may suggest. Check them out and tell Chef Stephen I sent you

Arrived just after 6 pm and was asked about reservations despite a thin crowd. We were seated on…read morethe patio and after several minutes, served water by a staff member who admitted he was not our server for the evening. Christopher arrived, shared a very loud video to attempt to entice us to order the specials; however, several were not available. We had browsed the menu ahead of time and had our choices in mind. We also advised we were hoping to make the show at Revolver Records, if that wasn't too much of an issue for the kitchen staff. My companion ordered the salmon, broccoli, and rice while I ordered the smoked salmon tagliatelle. My companion was pleased with her entree even though her rice was a ridiculous amount of chunky skin-on potatoes and she was not informed that there was a menu change, while I was disappointed at the lack of salmon in the dish. A cute rosette on top with a few flakes scattered throughout does not make for a salmon dish. Christopher was friendly and helped my companion with a replacement napkin (from the waist band of his apron) when hers blew off her lap and onto the sidewalk. Finally, we waited quite some time for the bill, then for the bill to be processed. The reatrooms are gender neutral and adequately lit and stocked; however, patrons are required to climb a set of stairs to reach the restrooms. Other patrons that we conversed with during our meal were still on the patio when we left the jazz show next door and when we asked how dessert was, that we mught be coming back from "round two", they said not to bother because most of the desserts were out of stock. Convenient for our plans but sadly nothing special to write home about. If I were to return, I'd ask for the salmon & broccoli entree and confirm the starch was lemon rice per the menu.

We try…read moreto get together for brunch at least 4 times a year and we have yet to repeat a location - let's just say, this place now holds a top 5 place in our hearts to the point that we talked about revisiting to our top 5 locations. Starting with ambiance.......2 full sized bars with plenty of tv viewing if that is what you are in to while there. The seating area is well lit with natural light and comfortable, well spaced seating. We were greeted by our quiet, yet smiley server, Raymond. He was warm, efficient and also gave us great recommendations (coupled with personal stories as to why they were recommended). We ordered drinks (their craft cocktail menu is one of the best I have seen) and then perused the menu. We went with Raymond's recommendation to order 2 cinnamon rolls for the table (we were leary as many places whose claim to fame for having the "best" cinnamon roll, fall short). We also ordered 2 of the multigrain breakfast sandwiches, a smashburger, Brasserie breakfast sandwich, and the biscuits and gravy (highly recommended by Raymond as well). Everything was OUTSTANDING! Phrases like "seriously the combination of this breakfast sandwich with pancakes as the buns is the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had." And, the cinnamon rolls!!! Raymond wasn't lying when he said they were the best. All 5 of us agreed that they were the best cinnamon rolls we have ever had, and lo and behold then had a conversation about what makes a good cinnamon roll - these check ALL of the boxes. We are still talking today about the great atmosphere, service and drinks/food at this establishment. And yes, there may STILL be talk about the cinnamon rolls. Don't sleep on this place!

Hubs and I came for dinner with four friends a couple weeks back and though it was a splurge, I have no regrets. Everything I had was delicious. We had: Focaccia Roasted Carrots Wagyu strip Rhubarb Panna Cotta Pineapple Pavlova I also had a Freakin' Beacon mocktail. Everything was SO GOOD. That focaccia was like no other focaccia I'd ever had but was delicious; crisp on the outside, soft on the inside. The steak (med rare) was perfect to me, hubs thought it was a tiny bit too rare for him. It was super tender and easy to eat, perfect char. I couldn't eat the chimmichurri it came with as it has Thai basil (not usual in chimmichurri, but I'm allergic, and the server was very good about asking about allergies) but honestly, it didn't need it. That steak stood on its own. Both desserts were delicious, but to my surprise I think the pavlova was even better than the panna cotta (and I love panna cotta). The portions were very generous and I was pretty stuffed by the time I got home. Our portion of the bill was over $200 (hubs also had some cocktails and the steak alone was almost $90) but it was so good, we'll want to come back when we're in town for sure.
