Combination steak and chicken with Veggies // Chicken fried rice

Very attentive service. Extremely clean inside. The waiter and waitress were very sweet. The food was delicious. I ordered my steak medium it came out flavorful & tender. Everything tasted fresh and came out hot!! I was surprised at this restaurant in the corner of the plaza.

    Shrimp and veggies .

Food was good, service was great and very interactive. Quick service and clean resturant. The amount of food you receive at the hibachi is also plentiful. I ordered the chicken and steak hibachi meal, it comes with a soup, salad and shrimp appetizer, rice and vegetables. This was easily 2 meals.

I love Saito's! This was our first time at this location. The plaza is under construction and extremely difficult to navigate. It took us three turns before figuring it out. The inside of this location is gorgeous and well thought out. You can feel the culture in the decor. Our waitress was fantastic and had everything to us before we even had the chance to ask. They have protocols in place for those who are scared to sit with other people. There is also a drop down menu that comes from the ceiling all fancy and technological. The food was great, and it felt good to sit with other people and be normal!

From the parking lot... showing they are upstairs (from former Panera bread).

We'd been to the Saito's in Boynton Beach several times, so we were curious when we saw the signs saying "coming soon". When we heard that they were finally open, we stopped by to have lunch -- only to find a sign on the door saying (only) open for dinner. The other day we were heading to another sushi restaurant for dinner when we remembered we still hadn't tried this place... It's upstairs from the former Panera Bread restaurant in the Pompano Mall. The elevator lets you right out in front of their door. The restaurant inside is huge and artistically decorated. On one side as you enter are the hibachi tables for cooking in front of you; in the middle is the sushi bar; and to the right the "regular" tables. Off the area to the right, there's also a private room for groups. The impressive decor is elaborate and ranged from a huge Buddha in one corner to wall art and small fans. You can tell they spent a lot of money to make it attractive. We decided to sit in the regular area and have some sushi. The server was efficient and friendly. We were warmly welcomed as we entered and thanked for coming on our departure. We each ordered a couple items. I started with their angel hair cucumber salad. I've had this before. The cucumber is thinly cut to look like spaghetti. The krab pieces are also shredded thinly into strips. It's all mixed together with red fish eggs (masago). Their version was good, but I would have liked a bit more krab in it -- and a tad larger portion for the price. After the salad, I had their shrimp tempura roll. It was fine and reasonably priced, but just okay. My husband had two pieces of sushi -- he chose a la carte Saba (mackerel). In addition, he had their large futomaki roll. This is a fatter wrapped roll with egg, avocado, cucumber, krab, and flying fish eggs. We had a satisfactory sushi dinner here. It was a bit expensive, but to be expected. I'd be curious to hear about those who tried their hibachi experience. I'm glad we came. Now we know.

The food was really good. I got the hibachi lobster. They also give you shrimp samples. The place was almost empty which almost made me rethink sitting down lol but great customer service and friendly environment.

My husband brought me here for my birthday. We arrived around 8:40pm. The restaurant closes at 10 and there was only one other table sat. The decor is amazing and although I've been to 2 Saito's before this, this is my favorite now. You can see from my pictures it's a really nice place. It was also very clean. The mai tai I ordered wasn't very good but that was the only down side to our night. The sushi, and food were delicious. Our chef did the whole show, made us laugh, etc and did not rush even though it was towards the end of the night and it was only the two of us at the table. The ginger sauce is amazing with the meat and the yum yum sauce is amazing on well... everything haha. Since we ordered sushi, edamame, and each dinner plate we had enough to take home. The food was delicious and I can't wait to come back. At the end they brought me ice cream and sang happy birthday.

Been here 2twice this year so far !!! Food is so gooooodddddd. Customer service could be great but my server and I had a little bit of a language barrier and a couple of miscommunication and she didn't take having to fix the issues kindly . But the hibachi cook was very funny, attentive, great conversationalist, energetic & kept you on you toes all in all he had great energy and kept everyone happy . Didn't like the spare ribs at all. the Shrimp Tempura App,margaritas, special sauce & Shrimp & Lobster is to die for . It was clean, portions is good (had left overs) , they paid attention for food allergies, alcoholic beverages was strong enough, food wasn't planned and had flavor, good parking, and elevator lead right to the front door. Rate: 10/10

I absolutely loved the decorations and overall ambience. We thoroughly enjoyed the service and presentation of our food. It was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing! I highly recommend it.

We were seated as soon as we entered the restaurant, which was nice considering I have waited for long periods of time at other hibachi style restaurants. The employees were friendly, constantly waiting on you and asking what you need, and our hibachi chef was entertaining and hilarious! The environment was very clean and all employees were wearing masks. It has been a while since I've had hibachi and this was a pleasant surprise. We had the chicken hibachi and it was delicious and very filling!

Not sure why the low ratings but we had a 5 star experience. The new location is excellent and transports you to Japan without the the price of an airline ticket. I ordered a blue long Island ice tea (top shelf), it was properly made and started the evening properly. We ordered a sashimi app and it came with 9 pieces of fresh fish in very thick slices. The freshness of the fish could be tasted and appreciated. We also order a hamchi with jalapeño that was just rich in flavor and yummy. The habachi experience was entertaining and the food was perfectly seasoned and mad quickly. I had the filet mignon with shrimp and fried rice (upgrade charge). It satisfied my taste buds. I've been to many hibachi places and this ranks up there in my book.

The polenta is no longer served at the table, but it isn't really missed. The salad bar is well-stocked with fresh greens and several savory sides that are always plentiful. The meats are served frequently and are always cooked to your preferred temperature upon request. For dessert, my favorites remain the passion fruit mousse and the brigadeiro cake--they even brought me the mousse with chocolate sauce when I asked! The atmosphere is private and cozy. It isn't ostentatious, yet it feels special enough for a celebration or a nice casual dinner. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

You can really tell it's made with quality ingredients, making it one of the best margaritas I've had in a while. The salmon appetizer was equally impressive. Great food, excellent drinks, and a relaxed waterfront atmosphere make this a place worth coming back to. Highly recommend stopping in, especially for the margaritas.

Very disappointing experience…read more We arrived for lunch with a group of 8 people and, from the moment we walked in, the hostess made us feel like she was doing us a favor by seating us. She repeatedly told us she was "making an exception" for our party. Then she lectured us about having to sit at two separate tables with two separate checks. What really crossed the line was when she said, "If I see you passing food between tables, we'll stop serving you." That comment was unnecessary, disrespectful, and completely inappropriate. We were paying customers, not asking for free food or special treatment. There's a time and place to explain restaurant policies, but the way they were communicated made us feel unwelcome before we had even ordered. Hospitality is about making guests feel valued, and unfortunately, that was completely missing here. We chose to leave rather than spend our money somewhere we clearly didn't feel wanted. There are plenty of restaurants that appreciate their customers, and we'll be supporting those instead.

Our server was Tiffany and she was lovely, very attentive and answered our questions and requests. We got the parmesan fries as our appetizer and It was great. It wasnt out of this world but combined with the provided ranch id say its worth a try. The free bread is also decent but I got it parmesan crusted upon request and that really transformed it and I highly recommend it. For entrees I got their outlaw ribeye parmesan crusted, with lobster tail and the shrimp lobster chowder and corn on the cob on the side. Now my only gripe was that the lobster tail was pretty small for $15 but other than that the ribeye was absolutely amazing, super flavorful and juicy. The chowder was fine but lacked lobster and was mostly just tiny pieces of shrimp. As for the corn on the cob, it was good for corn but I wouldn't say you couldn't just make something similar. My partner got the parmesan chicken with ribs, Mac and cheese, and mashed potatoes. All of which I would say are very good and nothing that lacked behind the other. The mac and cheese was my personal favorite just ahead of the ribs that were "fall off the bone" good. We finished off with the chocolate stampede which was absolutely huge. Now im a very big chocolate person, and this dessert was heaven for me. The various chocolates combined with the delicious vanilla ice cream was perfect. The cakes were fudgey and full of that chocolate flavor that if you love you will absolutely tear up this dessert.

Our friends chose this poorly managed restaurant. #2 I called in ahead of time for seating and was told we would be seated promptly when we arrived. 20 minutes later we were seated. Not the hostesses fault. The girl with the long braids who was at the seating station never said a word to our party. She grabbed menus and started walking away. We stood in place. When she turned around and and saw that we were still standing there she came back and said I was seating you. We all replied you didn't acknowledge us when we gave you our name you grabbed me us and walked away without saying anything. That was the time to leave. Although our friends waife was hungry and didn't want to leave. This was last night. Saturday June 13th 2026 arrival time 6:50pm, seated at 7:12pm. Drinks ordered at 7:20pm, at 7:30pm went to bar to order Drinks. Bar tender said the waitress will get your order and bring them to the table. What the he'll is that all about! 7:40pm Drinks arrived, I ordered an old fashioned and it was red with no flavor. I saent it back. Wife and friends wife ordered Jack and coke and those came out tasting sweet as if the coke was flat. Friends sprite was fresh. We had to ask twice for water. #3 Our waitress was nice although a ghost most of the night. She would always approach our table apologizing how busy it was. Eventually I said you must be the only waitress working. The other guests didn't seem to have a problem with their orders as we did except a party of 10 or 12 guests. #4 We ordered 3 Longhorns and a ribeye. All cooked to temperature ordered. My friend ate his without a word said. Mine and my friends wife's filet side was good and the strip side was not tender. A little too much seasoning on them also. The house salads were pretty made and kept in a chiller or fridge making the lettuce soggy. That's just not appealing especially at an average restaurant that's a tad overpriced. #5 I wouldn't recommend this restaurants location or any of their locations. It's probably been 15 years since we ate at a Longhorn and last night was the example of why. And the guy who gave 5 stars and said it's better than a $300 steakhouse is probably getting paid to leave 5 stars. Looks at his profile. All his rev6are 5 stars. Save your time and money and do not choose to eat here.
