I'm very picky with my AYCE sushi. I literally only had one other place I normally go to but otherwise I'm always skeptical to try new places since most AYCE sushi places aren't fresh & my stomach usually pays the consequences after. But Sake2Me was so perfect in every bite. I lost count of how many Cajun salmon sashimi I ordered because it was just THAT good. They also had Cajun escolar which was also tasty. The only thing that kinda sucked was ordering from the QR code that's on the table. Some of the orders didn't go through so we never knew until we realized our orders never came out. We recommend just placing the orders on the tablet that's on the table. The orders placed on their tablet is very convenient. Makes ordering so much more efficient. It was a very busy Sunday evening but the orders still come out in a timely manner. $42.99 for AYCE, not that bad. What's different about this AYCE place is the premium sushi including scallop, bluefin tuna, toro, & salmon belly are only allowed 1 piece per customer. (I know other places are usually 2 pieces at least). It would be nice if they had Uni/sea urchin! Their hot night roll was good. Other than that, would def come back to get my sushi fix!

First time here, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit! The sashimi was incredibly fresh with a clean, buttery texture and no chewy tendons like I've experienced at some other places. Every bite tasted fresh and high quality. The grilled chicken was another standout--perfectly smoky, juicy, and packed with flavor. The beef had a great texture with just the right amount of chew, although it was a touch saltier than my personal preference, less sauce will be much better. Still, it was delicious overall. The service was excellent from start to finish. Multiple team members checked in to make sure everything was to our liking and kept our water glasses full, which made the dining experience feel attentive without being intrusive. I also fell in love with the ambiance. The restaurant has a warm, cozy atmosphere with beautiful, thoughtfully designed décor that creates a relaxing dining experience. Add the background music, and it's the perfect place to sit back, unwind, and enjoy a great meal. If you're looking for fresh sashimi, flavorful grilled dishes, attentive service, and a beautiful atmosphere, this place is definitely worth a visit. I'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu!

I didn't realize that the old Wabi Sabi had shut down and became a sushi restaurant so I decided to try it out. The first thing that almost made me turn around and leave was the fact that you can't go in right away but must sign up outside on a tablet via Yelp to wait to get called in to get seated. In triple digit heat, that's not the business. I can't even imagine having to wait during the rain and cold season. So that right there was a big thumbs down for me. Luckily I only had a few minutes wait but for the number of patrons inside, the wait outside was not necessary. Now the inside is totally remodeled with a Japanese vibe and different sized tables depending on the parties. You view the menu and order via tablet. There are either 2 options, AYCE or ala cart. They have a variety of items of choose from and the sushi was delicious!! The rolls I ordered and sashimi was good and good sized portions. They're fast and didn't have to wait long for my food. The staff is friendly and anyone that was available would get whatever I needed. I hope they don't continue that practice of having to wait outside to get seated when there's plenty of space inside. I would love to try the other menu items again soon.

Sake 2 Me Sushi is a great option for AYCE sushi in Chino! I've been here with my husband and with other family. They have a wide selection and have quality fish. The restaurant is spacious with many tables and booths good for a group a two or more. They share parking with other businesses in the plaza and can get packed. Sometimes, you'll have to park behind the restaurant. You can join their waitlist via Yelp. Average wait time is about 20 mins from our experience. They have Lunch (open-3pm), Dinner (3pm-close), Fri-Sun & holidays, Kids, and Premium AYCE options. What I appreciate about their sushi menu is that each order comes with one piece to avoid wasting food. Our favorite items to order are everything from the premium menu, Smoked Salmon, Ikura, Cajun Yellowtail, Cajun Salmon, Salmon Skin Salad, Rolly Polly, and Salmon Skin Skewer. If I had to pick just one from this list, it would be the Cajun Salmon. I cannot have enough of it. It's so fresh, silky, and has that perfect hint of smokiness. Their fish to rice ratio is less rice, more fish. The staff are all attentive and friendly. If it's your first time, they'll explain the menu and how to order. You also have a 90 min time limit. Overall, I have had a great experience each time and will continue to dine here.

Relatively fast service depending on the busyness of the restaurant and plenty of food options for AYCE! We had kind service that checked in appropriately frequently. Restaurant is very busy in peak hours so it can be a bit loud but having booth seats helps with volume. 5/5 - Seared salmon nigiri - Our favorite dish to order! Super flavorful and well-seared. The rice ratio was small and the fish cut was generous. We couldn't stop ordering this! (Until we got full) 5/5 - Rolly Polly (salmon and crab meat) - Highly recommend this no-rice roll! Fish portions were plenty, and we were left wanting to order more. 5/5 - Chuck Norice - This no-rice roll doesn't skimp out on fish portions. You also don't have to worry about this being too filling as it takes out the carbs from a typical sushi roll. 5/5 - Bora Bora - This is a true tuna lover roll! You get a lot of tuna inside and then wrapped again with another layer of tuna and glazed with a sweet sauce. Not much crunch but a lot of soft fish that'll be very satisfying to eat. 5/5 - Fire Yellowtail - My favorite seared roll at this restaurant! You get the nice char from the yellowtail and the savory filling bite from the crab meat. The nice touch of sriracha on top gives a unique spice kick that tops off the whole dish! 4/5 - Sotteok - Sotteok Skewer - A skewer that has both rice cake and sausage. Small portions and great to order once to bring a change to your typical sushi and nigiri orders! 3/5 - Fried Calamari - Nothing too amazing with the appetizer though very crunchy and well-salted. Great to order if you want a fix of calamari that is not too filling or a change in texture profile in your food. 4/5 - Fried White Fish Skewer - Fried well and soft on the inside. The sauce and green onions complement the main character well here. Pretty satisfactory mix of texture profile from the other skewers we ordered. Definitely try this out! 4/5 - Heart Attack - The two sauces mixed in with the jalapeno popper filled with cream cheese gives a real kick to this appetizer. Since it is also fried, you'll get a lot of crunch and a unique appetizer on their menu. 4/5 - Salmon Boat - A fried salmon appetizer topped with avocado and a creamy spicy mayo sauce. You get crunch with a mix of soft texture profiles from the avocado and the salmon. Super delicious and highly recommend trying! 5/5 - Las Vegas (fried roll) - A filling roll but very savory with the sauce and tobiko combination. You'll love the crunch on this roll and the fish that is inside! 5/5 - Sake2Me Special (spicy tuna and cucumber inside) - One of my favorite rolls at this restaurant. The spicy tuna is very flavorful and complemented well with the cucumber but is not too spicy. The salmon and unagi on top are my favorite fishes and so to have this on top was just chef's kiss. 4.5/5 - Popcorn Scallop Roll - Large slices of sushi with well-fried popcorn scallop! If you love crunch, definitely try out this roll!

Their AYCE menu hits different with the 2 tier system. Even with just a standard menu, there are so many options to choose from. But should you look to be a little extra bougie, you can indulge in the higher tier menu for each guest gets one whole lobster with melted butter. Presentation why you can't get better than this . Fish to rice ratios are always on point, attentive, service that got your back, and there's plenty of seating with smaller booths, perfect for date nights, but also bigger seating arrangements just in case you gather the troops!

Came here on a Friday for lunch and was disappointed in my last visit, I used to enjoy coming here but now the quality has changed. Hoping it was just an off day but the salmon was not as fresh as it once was and the fish to rice ratio looked different. The rolls and hot food were still good & the servers were nice and attentive, but if you were looking to get your nigiri fix in you might want to try another spot.

The lineup .. HAWAII ROLL, RAINBOW, SAKE ROLL, EDAMAME, SKEWER - SHRIMP (2R), SALMON SKIN SALAD, SALMON BOAT (2R), KARAAGE (7R), GYOZA (6R)

Lots of parking available. Lots of available seating inside. Follow the warm glow through the window to find this food oasis. Service was very quick and the waitress was very helpful with explaining the menu. Once you turned in your paper with your order the food started flowing like water. Everything that came out tasted so fresh! The miso soup was piping hot a tasty. I LOVED the cucumber salad. But my absolute favorite was the green muscles. I could have gone and just eaten 4 or 5 orders of those. It reminded me of "oysters Rockefeller" with an Asian flavor profile. I would avoid the shrimp skewers, they're extremely dry. The gyoza and karrage also left alot to be desired. Make sure to leave room for dessert. They offer frozen desserts as well as a Dubai chocolate cookie. The Dubai cookie dessert was interesting. It was my first experience with the flavor combination. I found it enjoyable, but it was definitely more of a mochi than a cookie. I would love to come back here but I would only stop on my way to Vegas or something. Unfortunately im rarely in this part of town, but this was definitely worth the drive!

Came here for AYCE. To be honest, I have had better quality with this price in LA. Took one star because of that. Service, ambiance, and everything else were ok.

Excellent food and selection of rolls etc. they have ayce as well, but I just get a la carte cuz nobody in my family can eat that much. Great fast service. Enjoyable ambiance. I would recommend removing all these rules posted everywhere and just let individual parties know the rules for ayce when u sit down, makes the place look a little bit tacky- but otherwise great place. Busy on the weekend.

Sake 2 Me was phenomenal! Cannot beat the quality and price AND it was AYCE. The rice to fish ratio was extremely well. Only thing to note is their sashimi options are limited unless you get the PAYCE option. Service was fast, appetizers were great as well.

Highly recommend this spot I discovered, Sake 2 Me Sushi. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out fast, and the whole place had a lively vibe. All-you-can-eat is $35.95 and the value is excellent. They even had a limited Dubai chocolate cookie, and the wine pours were generous. The menu is huge with over 50 sushi rolls, and you order by marking items on a paper for each round, which makes everything simple and smooth. Standouts for me: the carpaccio was super flavorful and fresh. Green mussels were juicy, thick, and perfectly cooked. The salmon boat was done just right. Miso soup was warm, comforting, and hearty. The cucumber salad with chili oil was spicy, refreshing, and my favorite bite of the night. The rainbow roll and Hawaii roll were both fresh and well balanced. The scallop and shrimp skewer was tender and satisfying. Fried chicken was decent with a great crisp. The salmon skin salad was incredible--super crispy, not soggy at all, and honestly to die for. Far drive but 100% worth it. Plenty of free, wide-open parking and the restaurant itself is huge. It was packed on a Wednesday night, which already tells you everything you need to know. Great service, fresh food, big portions, and I would absolutely come back.

Chino's hidden gem! Everyone go try Bengee Sushi!…read more We were in Chino over the weekend for some board games and randomly searched for a lunch spot nearby. Ended up at Bengee Sushi and... wow. Completely exceeded expectations. I honestly didn't know Chino had such solid Japanese food We both ordered their Lunch Specials -- around $25 each, which is such a great deal. Since I'm not a big tempura person, we skipped the bento boxes and went straight for the good stuff. We got one Chirashi Bowl, and the moment it came out we were shocked. So much sashimi! Thick cuts, super fresh, and none of that fishy leftover-trim vibe. The sushi rice underneath was really good too -- not overly sweet or sour, just balanced. The other dish we ordered was the Sashimi Lunch, and again, super generous portion with way more variety than I expected. No shortcuts, no skimping. It also comes with miso soup and salad, both clean and tasty. We added hot tea, which hit the spot on a colder day. That feeling of "randomly picking a place and accidentally finding a great spot" is honestly unmatched They also offer a $79 omakase, plus a more premium $135 one (reservation required). After seeing how generous they are with their lunch portions, I'm definitely coming back for that next time. In short: amazing value. If you love sashimi and find yourself in Chino, this place is absolutely worth the visit.

This place is unreal and every time we come here we are blown away with how good it is!…read more This review is long overdue! The rolls are stuffed so big that they can barely fit in your mouth, the fish is incredibly fresh, and the variety is top notch. Some of our favorites include... the sunset, 4 corner, the crunch hand roll, the Cajun yellowtail, the samurai , and the salmon belly. Holy cow the 4 corner roll is our new favorite! What the heck the magical seared Cajun salmon literally melts in your mouth. And because it's Cajun it has those smoky flavors that mesh so well with the sauces. Our eyes were rolling to the back of our heads with this one. Sunset is our go to. Salmon outside and crab inside. Perfection and the bite size portions are huge! The crunch roll was ginormous!!! So good! I was craving a shrimp tempura roll but wanted the nori so this hit the spot. It had shrimp tempura, avocado, and an overflowing amount of crab! We loved the 4 corner roll so much, our server recommend the Cajun yellowtail nigiri.... Insane. The samurai was really good too. Shrimp tempura, crab, and avocado inside and spicy tuna and fried eel outside. The salmon belly was crazy good. I've never tasted salmon so soft and melty. Asha our server was so so amazing! She brought us the salmon belly on the house, she was patient, kind, attentive, and so friendly :) Please do not hesitate to come here when you are craving some good sushi, great service, and the best ambiance!!!! Our favorite hands down!

WILL NOT BE RETURNING. poor food quality and service, but on top of that, terrible management.
