The food was delicious! Very high-quality and they did not skimp on anything! The rolls are full size rolls. Very large variety, even for lunch. The lunch menu is smaller than the dinner menu, but we did not feel like we were missing out on anything. They have ice cream cups for desert. It is pre packaged, but sill tasty!! They charge dinner price on a weekend. Food quality is good. Sushi rolls are small. It takes awhile for the food and servers to take your order. So order as many as you want from the menu. And be sure to check to make sure they got your order right once it comes out coz they messed up some of ours. Ambiance is just okay. Fuji or Kura is much better. Im not coming back. read more

My buddy and I arrived around 7 o'clock on a Monday evening, to see at least 30 people waiting outside and inside for tables. Inside the door was a sign in Sheet and after asking the host how long it might take, he said one hour, and we headed Across the parking lot to enjoy a few beers at the pizza place next-door to the gym. There is also a little sports bar door, in the plaza, if you prefer that. I suggest as a waiting room for Sushi. Approximately 35 minutes later, we walked back to the restaurant, and thought we wanted another beer, so I asked the waitress if we could sit down and order a beer and she very quickly obliged us. What happened next was nothing less than incredible. We started ordering I happen to like Nigiri my buddy ordered sashimi, so I went with two pieces of four different fish, and he ended up with the big bowl of sashimi, which I will try to add to this post. The product was amazing. Not only was a fresh tasty and well put together, but when I tell you how excellent the service was, how friendly everyone was, and how they didn't even blink when we ordered I want to say through the time we were there, 15 different rolls, did I mention I like Nigiri, softshell crab, the sashimi , fried oysters, and fried rice. Everything was great, obviously our eyes were bigger than our stomachs, but the table across from us was happy to take anything we couldn't eat and get right down to chowing . Now the easy math would tell you that 15 rolls, at the average price in Napa Valley, $16, and these were really lovely rolls. Would be approximately $240 plus the three beers etc. oh and these were three large Asahi beers. I asked if they had a senior discount she took the slip back and came back with it $10.60 less so for $96 at sake all you can eat, Sushi Sushi restaurant, we walked out, of course, full, but with the best feeling that a restaurant could with all the joy in their eyes and their delivery, give you excellent Sushi Sushi as much as you want and charge only $40 per person, less 10% for folks that are born a few few years back. Big shout out to Mina, and Mary, who are both absolute standouts as servers. Anything you asked for they went and got it with a smile on their face, even though we thought we were ordering too much food, they were very happy to put it into the pad and then have someone deliver it. Big shout to the owners who, I know I reading this and thinking wow that guy eats a lot, I know what averages out with folks who don't eat as much., And I wish you all the best. And thank you for doing this in a town that has restaurants that cater mostly to larger wallets that come to town who could care less what anything cost. Footnote. Not sure if you come earlier that there's no wait. But if there is just bring something to entertain yourself for the 30 minutes or ask if you can sit down and have a beer while you're waiting . read more

I've been to Sake in Napa twice already, and both times were really solid. The food quality is amazing, and you can tell right away that the fish is fresh every time. Me and my group eat sushi pretty regularly, so we're a bit picky, but this spot definitely impressed us. I'm just hoping they keep this same level of quality over time, because a lot of AYCE sushi spots start off strong and then fall off. So far though, Sake has been excellent, and we'll definitely be coming back! read more

Best ALL YOU CAN EAT SUSHI!! Sashimi is fresh, Nigiri's are solid and great fish to rice ratio. They put lemon zest and salt on the salmon belly which reminds me of an Omakase style. The waitresses are very attentive too. The Dinner menu is $40 in comparison to $28 for lunch. The dinner additions that I like are sashimi, soft-shell crab, fried oysters and Hamachi Kama which takes 30 minutes to prepare so order it as soon as you sit down. read more

Came here with my husband and everything was so good! This is exactly what Napa needed! Something more for the locals and less for the tourists. We definitely did not need another hotel or fancy restaurant. Love that we don't need to go to Fairfield, Walnut Creek, or SF for great sushi! The staff was really nice! I would say this, if you care about sashimi, just come at night. They have all you can eat sashimi for only 40 dollars per person. Just went today. It was 2nd day of opening. Dining area was new and nice. Food was good. I think I like better than sake Pinole and sake Roseville is too far for me. Menu was pretty much the same. Loved the nigiri and hamachi Kama. They didn't have salmon belly though. Fish was fresh and presentation was pretty. We tried a little of everything. I liked the soft shelled crab too. This place is awful. Don't expect quality with any roll. From Fake imitation crab in every roll, to hard chewy rice, chewy tempura and the pressure to hurry, order and leave. Lastly, getting charged for any left overs, no boxes to take your food and a time limit on how long you can be there. That was the first and last time for me. read more

The only downside is after putting my name on the waitlist my name was never called and the waiter checking the list was crossing names off without calling names and this happened to 3 customers ahead of me as well, the only reason I was seated was because a customer that came in after me was called and I said something, since this was a soft opening hopefully they will get that fixed. read more

Wasn't sure about a sushi buffet concept but we were pleasantly surprised and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The restaurant offers two options- one all you can eat (buffet) and an al a carte. The all you can eat option allows you to order as much as you can eat adding items over the course of your meal. Quality of sushi was really good- especially given the price point and concept. There are also plenty of cooked options. Service staff were friendly and attentive to ensuring you enjoyed your experience. We'll definitely return! read more

My first time coming here, my daughter took me for Mothers Day with my granddaughter. The server wasn't very friendly and didn't believe my granddaughter was 10. She questioned us and after she brought us our food she never came back to see if we wanted more or to fill our drinks. There was one Latino server working and he brought us stuff when we asked him. When I finally asked for more water she brought it to us and slammed my cup down and when she brought the bill she still charged us for an adult for my granddaughter! It was disrespectful and tasteless for her to treat us as if we were liars! Do better on customer service! The employees , with exception of 1, aren't friendly, don't smile and aren't pleasurable at all!! Food was great now they just need to retrain their servers! For the price I expected better service!
