I really don't understand how can anyone rate this less than 4 stars, trust me this outlet is at least 4 stars, I'm a shopaholic, a fashionista, a bathing suit addict and designer sunglasses addicts, earrings too, I bought all of them here! I have bought 30 pairs of designer sunglasses from Saks, all at a deep discount, all brands, my favorite is Ferragamo, they have tons and tons of them all $99 from $350 original, they are very comfortable and light weight. They made me feel like I was an Italian starlet dreaming to buy these when I was a kid. I wear them religiously so I don't have cataracts, people who do not will have them in the 40's like my sister did. I love them all, Dior, Prada, Chanel, Roberto Cavalli, Valentino. Do I need more shades, you bet I do! LOL!!! I bought 2 today, 1 Ferragamo and 1 by Tom Ford, I didnt even know he made them too. BTW I bought a BARBIE Swarovski glasses I saw in Paris Champs Elysees $350 I didnt want to pay that much, imagine my shock to see it here for $90! they have swarovski crystals all around the lenses n this was made in Italy, whoohooo! I cannot find an aviator glasses that fit my face coz I do not have a nose! LOL ! so cannot wear these cool shades, I went to Porsche and they had amazing looking aviator of all types and they all fit my face 100% but at $400 was too expensive, they never ever marked down so imagine my thrill when I received an email telling me LONGINES AND OMEGA WATCHES sunglasses were on sale from $560 to $99, WHOA! I went immediately but they were gone, each only had just 1,2 in stock, the Swarovski now is made in China, I don't buy anything made in China except IPhone. I gave up and as I was leaving I saw this Tom Ford glasses, it was just spectacular, i immediately took a picture, take a look, if you like hurry it's on sale labor day week end. I love the bathing suit, I must have bought 15 from here despite not knowing how to swim!!! I just love bathing suits to run on the beach, that's my only exercise when I cruise then sit in the jacuzzi. I usually paid $60 or so, tummy tuck suits. When my babies were at home, I bought all their clothes here too clearance. Bloomingdales, Nordstrom have very limited sunglasses and most were made in China.

i came to saks fifth avenue off fifth after the disappointing location in ontario mills and this place is a shithole the selection is horrible it's very sketchy in here and the lines are always long when i walked in the security alarm went off very loudly and everyone stared at me and i didn't have anything besides my purse with me WTF kind of shit is that the prices were good but horrible selection no offense everything looked very cheesy it smelled like ass in there i am never coming to a saks off fifth avenue ever again

I was super excited to shop at Saks off 5th in Costa Mesa. I found a pair of shoes , waited in line for 20 min. When I got home I realized there are two different prices for the same exact shoe. I called the store and see if I could get an adjustment. I was told that they go by the price on the shoe , I said it's the exact size and upc number . Jackie quickly told me to call back and speak to the store director , they would be back in 10 min. , I asked for corporate number she told my GOOD BYE AND HUNG UP ON ME. I tired looking for an email to email chief executive officer and my experience. I couldn't find just an email where you place your comment. I can spend my money anywhere . I think consignment stores are the way to go. Half the items look worn and returned . In fact my shoes look worn now that I'm taking a closet look and photographing.

Aquascutum suitcase purchased at Saks Off 5th immediately broke! But not returns it's past 30 days

I purchased a large suitcase from Saks off fifth Avenue. The minute I used it I landed at the airport and there is a stress fracture down by the wheel on my return flight the whole thing had cracked open and when I went and talked to the manager summer at Costa Mesa she let me know there's nothing they could do because it's been past 30 days and no one else had had an issue with it. She gave me a phone number to their online portal but they said they only assist with all my purchases. Then she told me to contact the airlines but everyone else is bag was just fine when we got to the airport why was it an airline issue.

After seeing how my friend was treated, that's poor customer service. She just wanted to make a return and they gave too much hassle for it.

I always stop by this place but I never seem to walk out with anything. I come expecting good…read moremerchandise the next time around but it doesn't always happen. This was the closest place here in OC to find BBC stuff but it doesn't look like they have much of it anymore. I only look at the shirts and hats because the jackets and pants/shorts always seem way over priced. I know some of these are limited edition but c'mon.. if you want $250 for a jacket you're gonna have to add more than a patch or small graphic to a regular looking jacket/hoodie to get my business. Also, this place could use some better customer service. I don't know how many times I've stopped by and the guy at the desk just sits there clicking away on the computer.

Commissary is probably the best streetwear boutique in the OC. They carry brands like Stussy, Huf,…read moreSupreme, Bounty Hunter, Undefeated, BBC, Clientele, Ice Cream, Fucking Awesome, and their own self-titled brand. The signs in the store are hilarious! "We don't care about your 'brand'. So please, don't ask if we want to sell it." I forgot the other one, it went on the lines of "no shirt, no shirts, no bullshit??" or "we don't take any of your bullshit"...I forgot, blunt..but real and funny. The store itself is real sleek. One of the nicer shops I've been to. Workers are chill, they have displays out, most of their supply is in the back, just ask for various sizes.

Only based on shopping experience…read more I had a lovely experience. Tried on multiple items, had an associate help bring my items to a room (because I had so many), and I continued to shop around. He was so lovely, and even remembered my name and checked in with me prior to leaving. I can't remember his unfortunately (he was tall, dark, and handsome). I got lucky enough to purchase items that were new/clean and for an extra 50% off. A Levis sweatshirt, Aritzia tank top, Princess Polly jeans, and a Patagonia dryfit shirt, for a total of $23 with tax. Surprised they have 12 employees working that day, a lot for a thrift shop. Checking out took abnormally long due to one register, and a buyer being upset from a past purchase and not agreeing with stores policy, felt bad for the worker handling that issue/confrontation. Apologies to everyone else who had a terrible selling and shopping experience. Hopefully they improve, and I definitely will return again for the meantime.

As a buyer, I love this place--so I figured I'd try selling here. Almost a huge mistake…read more The offers were honestly shocking. An Alo hoodie? $2. A vintage 100% silk Victoria's Secret top? $0.10--yes, ten cents. A rag & bone handbag? Also $0.10. When I asked for clarification, they said maybe the buyer didn't realize the brand... but even then, how does that justify ten cents? The only offer that felt remotely fair was $50 for my Balenciaga hoodie. Everything else? Basically nothing--$1 total for four additional items. They were also "authenticating" my vintage Dior bag, and at that point I just stopped the process. I wasn't about to risk them offering me such a low price for it. It genuinely felt absurd. I understand resale businesses need margin, but this felt extreme. It honestly made me feel bad for people who sell here--like you'd have to be in a really tough spot to accept those kinds of offers. What's more frustrating is that nothing in the store is priced anywhere near that low. As a buyer, I've spent real money here--I even bought a beautiful vintage D&G belt for $250. Now I can't help but wonder what they paid for it. This experience definitely changed how I see the store. I still think they have great pieces, but the selling side feels incredibly one-sided. Offering even 20-30% of resale value would feel a lot more reasonable. Their "coding" for buying, It's a huge scam. As much as i loved shopping here.. you are better off not selling. Don't give your items away unless you're truly okay with the price--don't make a decision out of desperation. (If you have that luxury)

One of the most uncomfortable retail experiences I've had. I returned a dress that didn't fit, and…read morethe employee repeatedly accused me of wearing it even after I explained I had not. I understand store policies, but the way she spoke to me felt extremely demeaning, dismissive, and unprofessional. I will not be shopping here anymore after this experience. The employee was a tall white woman with blonde hair and very bright pink blush, which made her easy to recognize. Her attitude and facial expressions came across very arrogant, judgmental, and discriminating, which made the situation even more embarrassing. It stopped feeling like a normal return and started feeling like I was being looked down on. I shop at Alo frequently and have spent a lot of money there over time, which made this experience even more disappointing. It wasn't even about the store credit at that point, it was about how poorly I was treated. Customer service should never make customers feel humiliated.

I also felt there was judgment and discrimination toward customers who may not fit a certain body type or appearance standard, which made the shopping experience very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. As a customer, everyone should be treated with respect regardless of their body shape or appearance. Unfortunately, this location did not reflect the inclusive image the brand promotes. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both professionalism and customer service.
