Fresh, fast, friendly! This is my go to stop whenever I need something fast. It is not a sit down location ( I don't believe any of them are), it is just drive thru or window walk up, but they do take your order and customize it however you would like. The new chicken is a game changer! It is excellent! If you're looking for something that is fresh and fast that won't break the bank, this is a place to go. I can get a full lunch and drink for $10. My personal favorite is the autumn harvest, but I have yet to have a bad salad from there, I like them all.

BBQ Ranch Salad with Chicken - asked for no tomatoes or pico but request was NOT honored - 9/10/25

I ordered a BBQ salad with Chicken here on Wednesday, 9/10/25. I asked for no tomatoes or pico. They said ok & it was on the receipt but when i got home I noticed they gave me tomatoes. I should have checked better before I left, but the tomatoes/pico were hidden under the avocado. (See my pics) That is why i deducted 1 star.

I had a fresh salad from Salad and Go. The lettuce is crisp and cold. The croutons are crunchy and not soggy. I thought the croutons were a bit salty but not by much. They were pretty big sized croutons. I didn't think they had any specific flavor. I like the little mozzarella balls. I wish there were more of them and they were bigger because more mozzarella! Others might like them as they were. I like that the dressings came in their own packets so I could add as little or as much as I wanted. They also helped save the salad from getting soggy that day or next of there were leftovers. I like the pesto and the balsamic vinaigrette. The service was fast as usual. The tomatoes are mostly fresh but one time I got a slightly older batch. I had to throw those away. The chicken was fine, I think it tasted a little like rosemary to me.

I visited another one of my long standing favorites today...Salad and Go! It's no wonder this franchise blew up and has expanded. It's inexpensive, delicious, nutritious and fast! My two favorites are the Jalapeño Ranch and the Cobb. The Caesar salad is also very good! They're located all over the Valley of the Sun so odds are you're only a stone's throw away from one. Give it a try, if you haven't yet! Everything is very fresh. It's walk up, or drive thru, only. You can even pick up breakfast AND lunch on your way to work.

This has always been my go to Salad and Go. We started going less and less. Salad sizes very small. 3 tomatoes instead of 8. Blue cheese crumbles almost nonexistent. But ok, times are tough and businesses aren't here for the people. They exist for that dollar. Today we decided a Salad sounds good. No complaint about the salad. I know what to expect now. However, these 2 protein boxes are identical. $3.98 each. There's maybe a 4th of an avocado and the bacon and shaved parm are barely in existence. The boxes were then put into the bags sideways. Hence why it's all mixed up. And again, had to request the dressing that has a required item when ordering. I'm very disappointed in what was received. Drinks are spectacular! Salads are standard. I now expect that it's closer to a side salad than a meal, maybe somewhere in-between. But totally has more room to shake and spread the dressing around. The taste is excellent and freshness has never been an issue. The 2 is because the drinks and salad I got were fine. But $8 for what's in the picture? Really? Those protein boxes are just sad.

Love salad and go, but ... check for bugs . Maybe they could use an extra rinse & spin.

I went to this location minutes ago only to continue to experience the very poor service. I have been coming to this location for quite some time and I would now suggest that anyone stop going to this location until the owner makes personnel changes and helps us understand that they really want our business. The young girls that they are hiring have very bad attitudes. I will not be back. read more

I used to order form Salad and Go several times a week until my favorite items were removed from the menu. Today I decided to give it another try after a year. I will never be back!! I ordered online, pick up time was 1pm. Arrived at pickup window at 1:05 and rang the doorbell per instructions on window. I was finally acknowledged at approx 1:15pm after the doorbell had been rang twice and the window was opened and closed twice without acknowledging I was standing at the window. My food was thrown out of the window like a bag of garbage!! Salads upside down and on their side as if just thrown in the bag. Then proceeded to shut the window in the mans face who was in line behind me to pick up his online order. I will never return and never recommend this place again!! Service was horrible, rude staff and food quality has definitely declined! read more

Not sure why there are no reviews of this place, but this place is awesome. Super fresh salads. Everything tastes like it is from farm to plate. You can customize any of the salads they have. The chicken is amazing and doesn't taste like that weird processed or pre made chicken breast you get at fast food places. I've been twice. The fist time I went I got the Caesar. The second time I got the Caesar in a wrap and let me tell you that decision was life altering. The tortilla they used tastes homemade, and they are so soft. Therefore, if assume the breakfast burritos are killer. Finally, the real icing on the cake at this place for me is they have Boylans soda on tap here. I had NO IDEA This existed, but it is a gift from above. I work from home so having this place decently close to the Seville area is awesome. It's a little hidden if you're headed north on higley. You won't see it until you actually turn east on williams field. Anyway highly recommended. I do wish they maybe had a meal option that subsidized the cost a little it's about $10 for a drink and salad/wrap. However, based on quality I don't argue it's a fair price. read more

I was so excited to have one open near my home. It had been over a year since I last visited a salad-and-go. Dissatisfied with the entire experience. Ordered at the walk up window and thought the attendant was less than interested in my order. Dressing was not tossed in and there was an overwhelming amount of onion. Albeit, silly things to complain about..but if you're going to claim to be great you should not be stumbling over the basics. read more

I love this place! I come here daily. The salads are huge for what you pay and they use local produce. The food is amazing and you can tell it's so fresh. A must come to place. I am currently in love with the Santa Fe salad. Fresh Jicama and the salad dressing is like crack. Now let me rave about my customer experience here. I was in a rush to work and left my wallet by my computer after a late night of online shopping. I was pulling up to the window when I realized I didn't have it. I asked the worker to Cancel it and explained I didn't have my wallet. She said it happens and not to worry. She then gave me a copy of my receipt and said I could pay it back later. I was completely shocked. Of course, I made sure to come back and cover my lunch from the day before but just that small act of customer service done right has made me a loyal customer. It has also become a reminder to make sure I have my wallet at all times. read more

We ate here for the first time today. We both got the citrus pomegranate salad with grilled chicken and the blueberry rosemary lemonade. It was seriously delicious and fresh--none of that cheap white lettuce. Everything was fresh and green, which I love. My only complaint--and it is a big one--is the price. It was $25 for drive-thru food for two people. That is pretty crazy. We would love to try other items on the menu, but this will have to be an occasional takeout option. We have five people in our family, and we cannot afford upwards of $50 for drive-thru salads on a regular basis. read more

I could eat here every day! Great customer service and food. I had the Caesar Salad with chicken. The chicken is perfectly seasoned and grilled. The Caesar dressing is very good and doesn't have that over powering taste of anchovies like I've had other places. I highly recommend the season ginger lemonade. Can't wait to go back. read more

This place is legit! The family and I are always looking for convenience with a healthy and this place is exactly that. The salad and the wraps are delicious, and the best part is you can add steak, shrimp, chicken, or tofu to any salad or wrap. I know what your thinking, "shrimp at a drive through? Yeah right!" Just try it. Food is high quality and the service is good every time. Try the pumpkin chai smoothie if your feeling extra healthy, it's great! read more

Only negative is I've had my order wrong a few times either with blue cheese or nuts that we asked not be on it and didn't notice until I got home (should have checked before pulling away). i had a somewhat complicated order (NOT)... the guy taking my order at the drive thru window didn't repeat what i had ordered so i was hopeful everything came out correct. well it wasn't. i ordered a bbq ranch and a cobb wrap and got the cobb and an asian wrap. when i told the guy at the window my order was wrong, he began to argue with me about what i had ordered which was totally rude & uncalled for. he also practically threw the bags of food at me. just bad customer service all around... the wraps were poorly made and falling apart. i'm glad i don't normally eat here ! read more

WE LOVE THIS PLACE!! We eat here several times a week. Never have to worry about ingredients. Our kids love the smoothies, lemonades, and kids salad. We love literally everything on the menu, especially the Buffalo Chicken salad, Turkey Sausage breakfast tacos, soups, and their cold brew coffees. The employees are SO nice and friendly. Really really good, yet good for you too! I was hesitant when my wife suggested we go here since I wasn't really in the mood for "healthy food," but it was great! We had the santa fe and southwestern caesar salads as wraps for lunch. Delicious! This will definitely be our go-to spot for a quick bite. The map location is wrong though. I asked for the dressing on the side so my salad wouldn't get soggy however when I got home it was already soggy. It's way too expensive for what you get. I paid extra for meat and they gave me a few tiny pieces of chicken... The salads are already expensive plus if you want some protein you have to pay like $3.00. It's totally not worth it. If you want a good salad I suggest order from a restaurants and pick it up if you want it to go. read more

She almost ordered breakfast food which they offer all day. The counter service was very friendly. We found an open booth and they have many condiments available. Unfortunately, our food was bland. The fish batter has no flavor (better than super salty but barely) and my fries were tasteless. My wife's chicken strips were pressed and looked decent but again no flavor. Maybe we ordered the wrong items but first impression was plain Jane. As everything else was favorable I'll likely try this place again and get a burger or chicken sandwich. I will also check Yelp to see if others rave about any entrees here.

The service was good, just a little slow. I think it was because we were the only people sitting outside, so it was probably easy to forget about us lol. It was about 5:30 PM on a Wednesday and the place was Poppin! The bar was completely full and it was loud!. We did not have a reservation and the only open seating was at the bar or high tops in the bar area. We were quickly greeted and our server was incredibly on top of it! I noticed that the main menu had a line at the bottom that stated a gluten-free menu would be available upon request. I did ask to see this menu as gluten-free is my dietary preference, not an allergyand I was brought a complementary gluten-free bun instead of the pretzel bread. I thanked our server and told him not to worry that it was just a preference and he told me that he treats all gluten friendly requests as an allergy. I really appreciated the care and concern he had for my health and well-being. This is unprecedented at most restaurants. They had a very extensive gluten-free menu and I can't wait to go back and try so many more items. We did try the Leonard burger and made quite a few modification requests - all of which were 100% accommodated. This burger was so incredibly juicy! My entire hand was dripping by the time I got done eating it. Everything else we tried was delicious. I have no complaints or suggestions for improvement and will definitely be returning soon!

I've heard this place was good and reviews are great so I decided to stop by. I asked the girl in the drive thru what the most popular salads were and she said the BBQ Ranch and the Cobb. I ordered the Cobb with the dressing on the side. It cost 6.19 with tax. When I got home and unloaded groceries I sat down and opened the salad. The dressing was mixed in instead of on the side, but I didn't mind. It still looked great! I took a couple bites and it was good until the 3rd or 4th bite I bit into something hard. OUCH! I thought it was probably just a lettuce leaf but second guessed myself because it hurt my tooth... I instantly took it out of my mouth and was shocked to find a GOOD SIZED Twig over 3.5 inches long. I must have not noticed it under the big lettuce leaves. I grabbed a paper towel and put it on that and tried to examine it. It was then I wanted to puke because this filthy twig had been in my mouth and now mud was all over the paper towel- so it wasn't just a twig it was a muddy twig- and 3 1/2 inches in no small thing to miss when tossing a salad together. I rinsed my mouth out and tried to call the store several times to warn them so this wouldn't happen to someone else. The phone number listed on google only gives the store info option or catering option. After trying three times I pushed the catering option and got a guy. I told him what had happened and he told me several times that in his three years working with the company this has never happened. At first he acted like he didn't believe me then he told me he'd call me back. Thirteen minutes later he called me back and told me I could go to the store with my photo ID and receipt and get a refund. Too bad I can't post a picture of this filthy twig on here so you could see how bad it really was. I did drive back to the store for the refund but it hasn't fixed the sickness I feel about biting into a disgusting muddy twig. And when I showed the girl who gave me the refund the photos, she said they've had problems with twigs in some of the romaine lettuce but never that big of twig. I've never posted a complaint about any restaurant I've ever been to but this.... wow... be aware! Super disappointed! And I will never be back! read more

The service is terrible for a decent salad the one girl I talked to at this location had one of the worst attitudes I've ever seen in a fast food worker she had no time to listen to my order And kept closing the window while I was talking. This dark haired individual should not work in the fast food industry if she has no sense of how to communicate with a customer eating at her location. This used to be my FAVORITE place to eat. I have gotten the Mixed Greens and Apple salad with Gardein EVERYDAY for almost a year. They have now replaced the Gardein with tofu.
