Very good, my son had the chicken Caesar wrap and I had the caprese salad. I was very satisfied with the portions and taste!

I am typically not a big fan of chain restaurants, but Salad and Go is locally-based (AZ) and has been completely successful in providing reasonably priced, healthful, fast food! Just under six dollars for all salads, with chicken! I love the ease of the menu and the seasonal menu refresh. I even ordered a wrap the other day that I could kind of eat on the road. I at least ate @ 1/2 of it at stop lights that satisfied my hunger, and I put the rest in a bowl when I got home for another meal. I love their salads, the kids love their salads and I love, love, love one dollar iced tea and lemonade. Thank you for not ripping us off on the drinks! read more

This place is all in the name. It's a nice place to break up normal fast food options. Overall they are quick to serve you but word of caution, they are super busy at lunch time. So just be aware of traffic around the place during those times. I do wish they offered more salad dressing options. It's completely a drive thru establishment, so it's as clean as your car. read more

Salad and Go is a great concept! You can literally eat breakfast, lunch and dinner here!!! They have $1 drinks and $2.99 burritos. Their salads are so good too! My favorite drink is the cucumber mint lemonade and my favorite salad is the southwest bbq. read more

I will say I usually love Salad and Go but this location constantly disappoints! I'm done trying. I ordered the Brussel sprout Caesar salad. First they gave me someone else's order and waved me down. When I got out of my car and went to the walk up window they ignored me and I had to knock on the window. She gave me my food with an apology. When I got home there was literally 4 Brussel sprouts!!! The salad was pretty much mostly lettuce and a huge heap of tofu. Extremely disappointed. No more attempts at this location. The scrimping has happened way too many times!!! Not paying $7 for a bowl of lettuce. Taking my business to a different location. Heads up manager!! Teach your employees to care about what they are doing!!! read more

I have certain things I am extremely picky about--one being restaurant salads. I will gladly pay for carefully crafted collections of greenery and accompaniments but getting a handful of the bagged iceberg with a limp half-ripe tomato infuriates me. So, when my husband informed me he had stopped at our new Salad and Go I inwardly groaned. I shouldn't have. My Greek salad had romaine and other greens, tomatoes, some red onions, olives, green onions, crumbled feta cheese, and an appropriate amount of chicken on top. It came with the perfect amount of dressing! My husband loved his antipasto salad (except for the artichokes which I gladly ate for him). I admit it. This salad was not what I was expecting from a "fast food" takeout place. Yes, I carefully inspected every piece of greenery (looking for wilt or brown edges) but the organic ingredients tasted and looked perfect. I must say I was very pleasantly surprised by the quantity, the quality, the ingredient combination, and the price. For approximately seven dollars this is an excellent salad to share. We looooove this place! You truly can't beat the price. Is it healthier than fast food? Probably not haha. But it makes me feel better that it's healthy-ish and so fresh. I've only been here about 3 times, but have loved everything I've had. I've tried the chicken pot pie soup, the corn chowder soup, the buffalo chicken salad and the jalapeño ranch salad. My favorite part about the place is that their quality of chicken is AMAZING. And I am extremely picky about chicken from restaurants. I've heard that their iced coffees and lemonades are amazing, but I've yet to try them. I also love that they have seasonal items that change all the time. They keep it interesting! The set up is a little strange because there's no indoor area to eat. It's kind of more of a grab and go place. I kept hearing about this place. Some people I know were surprised I'd never been. Figured we'd give it a go. They seem to popping up all over the place. First visit to a Salad and Go. After figuring out that this was not a walk in and order establishment, we learned the ropes. There's an option to order at a kiosk or use the drive thru. We opted for the drive thru. Service was pleasant and quick. We ordered the BBQ Backyard and the Cobb salads (both w/chicken). The salads were fresh and hearty. The hubby gives his bbq salad a 4.5. I give my Cobb 5 stars. They don't skimp on ingredients either. The salad dressings are very flavorful and not too thick (felt less guilty this way, lol). Now the prices! Woohoo, under $6 for a salad that tasted like it could be sold for at least $8 is unheard of these days. I had to look at my receipt twice. Think they forgot to charge us for adding the chicken ($1 up charge for chicken and a bit more for steak or shrimp). PS ~ The iced coffee for $1 (any size) is a bonus. Yummy. Hello this is for the Owner & Manager of the store on 59th and Union Hills. About a week before this last incident I got a salad that was definitely not what I ordered by the time I got it home. This last incident was the other evening before we were on our way to a ball game. I couldn't once again for God knows how many times I've tried get your app to work correctly so what I end up having to do is take a picture of the ingredients for the driver to tell the person who is taking the order in the drive-through. We ordered a wrap with lots of goodies no sauce on the inside & asked to cut it in half. We are waiting in the parking lot to ride with someone else to this game and took the first bite, and it literally fell completely apart! I go up to the window and I said I need a bowl and a forks. My wrap fell apart. The young lady that opened up the window. I didn't catch her name. She had a microphone on and she comes back & said I'll have to charge you for the bowl, I said your wrap just completely fell apart and so she just stands there and stares at me. I'm not planning on paying for a bowl I mean I'm trying to figure out how to get this mess out of this paper. I said I need forks then. She comes w/1 fork, I said I need another fork. I said you know this is really ridiculous!! If this cost 2 bucks nobody would really care but when I'm paying $9 and $10 for a wrap and I go to the window ask for some help because whoever made the wrap did a poor job & did not listen. We asked for two dressings on the side, we got 1. We asked for it to be cut in half, it was not! 1st bite falls it falls apart and I'm gonna have to pay for a bowl to put this in....That is ridiculous!!! read more

I absolutely love this place for their fresh salads in a convenient wrap to be able to eat it on the "go" this location however does not offer their salads in a wrap form. They have breakfast wraps on the menu so tortillas are in their kitchen they just refuse to put a lunch salad in one?? You can not eat a bowl of salad in your car while on the "go" but you sure can if it's in a nicely packaged tortilla. I was told by the person who took my order that they are trying to get rid of the wraps which makes no sense to me whatsoever. If you're going to continue to serve breakfast wraps/burritos why would you not give the customer the option to make a salad into a wrap! This honesty is just a stupid business decision and I'm sure they are trying to eliminate anything that could be a carb at this place, but for the people who don't need to eat like a rabbit there is nothing wrong with a tortilla! Come on guys, you are literally going against your own business name and making it impossible to eat a salad on the go! I hope this doesn't go into effect at all locations so until then I'm not coming here again and will give my business to the salad and go's who let the customer have more choices for what I get to spend my money on. read more

Another great meal. Super fast, friendly service. Order placed at the drive thru and I was in and out in a few minutes. This time I opted for the Chicken Pot Pie soup. It's great on a chilly night. They are quick at this location and always get my order right. I get the Chicken Greek Wrap with a bunch of modifications - so that's saying something. Not to mention the wrap always tastes great. Absolute best salad/healthy drive thru out there! They are quick, tasty, organic, and shockingly reasonably priced. My kids love the kids bento boxes and the kids salads and for only .50 they can have organic apple juice. The mango iced green tea is so good and refreshing, also the iced coffee is only .99! The Cobb salad is wonderful and to add chicken or shrimp it won't break the bank. My family will be lifetime regulars here. I finally don't feel guilty about eating or feeding my family fast food. Didn't feel like cooking and wanted a light, healthy meal. This is nearby and I've passed it so many times. Gave it a shot. I like the little kiosk where you can order. I like that they are eco-friendly and tell you to let them know if you don't need all the landfill-clogging things like a bag, plastic forks, and paper napkins. I was just picking it up to eat at home, so I didn't need all that. The portion was perfect. I had the BBQ salad with steak and regular ranch dressing. The regular ranch dressing was superb! Made with real buttermilk! I grew up near the place where that was invented and we used to swing by the farm to pick up the mix from them. We always made it with buttermilk, and the packets and bottles you get these days are far from the original! So that was a special treat. I really enjoyed my salad when I got home. We are stopping by there on our way to the Baseball game to pick up some food for a picnic. I'm excited such a place exists! Definitely enjoyed it. Oh and there's a kids menu as well. If you want, you can order ahead on their app, and have a scheduled pick up time, which works best for me. If u want a salad at a very reasonable price - this is your place. Got the BBQ salad for about $6 and a strawberry freeze for $1. To be able to eat a huge salad (with chicken) and freeze desert for less than $10 - that's a bargain. It was as economical a meal (and still tasty) as you can buy. Honestly, I'm still amazed at the price. The salad even had a quarter of a fresh avocado! Salads are always awesome, service is always fast, but not always friendly. The fuller figured dark haired girl working the drive through today at 2:30 PM always has such an attitude. Today we asked her if she could read our order back to us as we didn't fully hear her the first time after rambling it off so fast like an auctioneer.
