Rating reflects the service only. My wife placed an order online, and I went to pick it up while ordering food for myself. When I arrived, they said her order wasn't in the system. About 30 minutes later, my wife went in and the store manager (Ray & Rural location) told her someone had already picked up the order--and they refused to make a replacement for a single salad. This has been my new go-to! Sorry Salad and Go! This place actually has better tasting salads made fresh! If you haven't tried this place yet, you can get a chicken Salad (any flavor) for only $4.99! It's insane! I just keep coming back and buying this at least 1-2 times a week because it's easier and cheaper on the grocery bill! The chicken breast is coked fresh and has amazing flavor! My favorite is the Cobb salad because you get chicken, hard boiled egg, avocado, and bacon - tons of protein! Sub ranch dressing and if you don't want red onions, get extra cucumber instead :) The breakfast combo is a great deal too! $10 will feed you for breakfast and Lunch! Feedback on the place: there is no indoor seating. This is walk up window or drive thru only. It is also a no-cash establishment, you order at the speaker and pay right there with Apple Pay or tap your card. Then you pull forward and they had you your food. Sometimes I feel like it's a 1-man show. The same person taking your order, is cooking your food. I think they work a little extra hard here compared to your typical fast food. Feedback to Management: the parking lot and building needs a power wash! Everything is a little blah. And the drive thru could use some lights, it's a dark tunnel. The inside of the kitchen also looks chaotic- I think you need some organizers for the containers and things. Employees always seem friendly, but very busy. Might need more staff. I was craving some $5 salad so I swung by the Pinnacle Peak location and boy was it busy! I turned into the lot and stopped because the line was that backed up. I decided to come to this location instead since it was still on my way home. It's a bit hidden in this complex but I only had to drive around one time before circling back. There's a few parking spots but not too many, and it's walk up only. You can order online for pickup or use their kiosk, which I did. It was easy to order and pay and I waited for my food. No indoor seating available but there are some tables outside. There's a self serve drink machine but I didn't buy a drink. Ambiance is alright, felt small and cluttered. My two salads were ready in 10 minutes and I was on my way. Salads were tasty and a great deal. I like that this location is less busy, probably because of the area and the lack of a drive thru, and I'm glad I have another option for the future. read more

Why do I keep going back there? At one point, the food they made was pretty decent, but man has it gone into the crapper Went in today the trashcan was overflowing. The soda machine was broken and just running constantly. The floor was sticky. The counter was disgusting and even though I ordered food online, I walked out and left it. I'm currently working with an organization that is mostly volunteer based. One of our amazing volunteers treated 4 of us (staffers) to a delicious lunch from Angie's! What a treat! The food was fresh, presentation beautiful & DELICIOUS!! We all cleaned our bowls! The energy drinks are amazing and definitely gave us the boost we needed. We love Angie's! The price is perfect and the food quality is always on par. We order from them frequently (2-3x - month - usually 6-10 bowls at a time for two people) for pick up. I would only order salads that you are going to eat within 2-3 days, otherwise the greens will get too wilty. I had one bowl have a little bug in it and I just threw it away - yes I was disturbed but I just grabbed a new bowl and it was perfectly fine. Had never been before because I didn't know they had a vegetarian friendly protein option, but a friend recommended and I had to check it out! I online ordered a spicy honey ranch bowl, half Romaine half rice, and falafel as my protein. I loved that it includes a drink, I got the cold brew with oat milk and vanilla. The staff was super nice and helpful since it was my first time. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered 2 steak wraps, one was Cobb, one was Mexican, and the third was Greek. The Greek was fresh, and cucumbers really made the flavor pop. Mexican was fully loaded and very warming to the soul. Cobb was perfect for me. We did a surf and turf, The lobster 2 pieces were done right, not overcooked and flavorful, but I did have them on the side not in with my wrap next time I'll put it inside. They have a small seating area and when the weather is right I dedicated recommend it but it's more of take and go spot. read more

I understand being busy but now I know it's pointless to show up and wait for food since it won't be done when it's supposed to. Easily takes 30 minutes from order to pick up. It's not quick at all. I found a BUG in my salad! I ordered 4 salads to eat throughout the week. I picked the salads up and went home. The first salad I opened and took a bite and then saw a big ole insect in the salad. I was so disgusted I threw everything away. I tried calling the restaurant to complain but there is only an email to contact for customer service - what a joke! I requested a full refund and they came back with a gift card for half the amount. They said if I wanted a refund I need to return the salads. So I drove back to the restaurant and returned the salads-the staff there told me they can't offer refunds in store that I still had to deal with their customer service email. It was such a hassle and they still wouldn't refund me. Imagine if their customer service is that grossly unconcerned about their customer's legit complaint, what else are they being stingy with their product?? Their customer service is just as dirty as their kitchen. I'm sad to say that Angie's Grill has been a letdown lately. I've been a loyal customer, ordering at least once a week, and I always pay extra for additional meat (which isn't cheap, btw). But the past couple of times, I haven't actually been getting that extra meat! It's like they're just pocketing the extra cash without delivering. I was thinking maybe it's just a one-time mistake, but it's happened multiple times now. Tonight I specifically asked the staff if it has double meat & they said yes but once I got home I didn't find the extra meat. There was only a little over 3.5 oz (keep in mind 1 serving is 3 oz). My wife and I have been coming here since this location opened, and we have found the food to be very high quality for the price, especially when you consider that many of the ingredients are organic. I especially like the fact that the grilled chicken tastes like it came right off a charcoal grill instead of having some sort of fake grilled taste or no grilled taste at all. You get to choose whether you want your chosen entree served as a burrito, bowl, or salad, and it's nice to have those options (though some of the options are a bit strange to imagine as something other than a salad, for example, but perhaps I'm just not thinking outside of the box enough). If you have been disappointed by salads that have a ton of lettuce but are skimpy on the other ingredients, you'll find that Angie's is practically the opposite--with so many toppings, you'll wonder if perhaps they should have added more lettuce! Adding a drink is a relative bargain, especially if you opt for the cold brew, which is actually pretty good. (They also serve breakfast.) Prices went up recently, but it's still a great deal. Don't expect a pretty dining area; this is strictly take-out unless you sit at one of the few outdoor tables. Situated in an industrial park in a location that you wouldn't expect to find a restaurant, it's clear that the owners are selecting less-bustling locations to help ensure lower prices. On most of my visits, the customer service has been friendly, and the food has been ready at the time quoted, if not sooner. Granted, I've never been here when the place has been hopping as some people apparently have, but my experience coming here on all different days of the week would indicate that you stand a decent chance of showing up when it's not crazy. Try ordering ahead using the Toast app to save yourself some wait time. Oh, and they don't accept cash. If nothing changes for the worse, we'll definitely continue considering this a go-to spot for the kind of tasty fare they offer. read more

Chicken strips costs 1/3 of what Kane's charges. Bowls cost half of what Chipotle charges. The lobster rolls are less than half anyone else too! Great way to feed your family cheap! read more
