I did an online order and went through drive-through not realizing I could pickup at window, but I was now trapped in the lane. There were 3 cars ahead of me and took over 20 min to get my food, the guy in front of me only ordered a drink but the 2 in front of him took over 20 min to give food, I saw 1 of the cars only get 2 salads. This is supposed to be quick and conveient. On top of that, they did not give a fork, which is extremely annoying being I was bringing this to my daughter at a dance practice at church, so she could not eat her food. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst drive-thru experiences I've ever had. I pulled up, trying to place my order, and was immediately met with two employees yelling at me like I had personally insulted them. I was literally just trying to order my food. Completely unprofessional and downright bizarre behavior. The food itself was disgusting. It looked thrown together with zero care or effort, tasted awful, and left us genuinely concerned if it had been tampered with. That's how shady it felt. Then, as if the complete lack of professionalism and terrible food wasn't enough, they managed to keep my credit card. We sat there waiting for someone to come out and return it -- no one ever did. After several minutes, we left without it. Absolutely unacceptable. This location is a joke. We went tonight and got 2 Salads and a Frozen Strawberry Lemonade and we tried the Cucumber Mint Lemonade for the first time. All of this for 14 bucks and change. Fresh, awesome, healthy Salads that are very huge by the way for 5.74 each!!! With 2 large drinks a dollar each. Dinner was amazing, the drive thru worked flawlessly and we were in and out in less then 5 mins start to finish. You can also order online which we do unite often and pick up your order at the walk up window or at some locations a drive up online window. Not sure what it was about the thought of a drive-thru salad place that I was nervous to try, but I did today on a whim and I'm so glad. This place is super healthy and affordable. For under $10 you get a large salad with all the fixings that is delicious in every bite. I got the Greek salad with steak and the green vinaigrette dressing was very refreshing. They also have wraps which I'm definitely going to try in time. If you're dieting this is also an ideal spot to go if you're feeling too lazy to cook. The calorie count on each menu item is low but the protein and greens will keep you satisfied for hours. The salads here have about half the calories and fats as Panera, and they're just as good. This was a drive-up but the guy who helped me at the window was very nice and efficient. He was wearing a Hawaiian t-shirt and necklace. Not sure if that's part of the uniform but I dig it. It still has the decal that says walk up window but I guess this is closed now and they will completely ignore you even if they pretend to take you order. Loved every single thing about this place! Fresh, quick, and very tasty!! And the salad is WAY bigger than I expected.

So the last experience was not good but I figured it may have been a bad day. Well this one was as equally bad. Paid for extra chicken and didn't even get the regular serving let alone additional. So after an exhausting day at work, we had to get in our car and drive back. Who really wants to do that at 7pm..not I! We took the salad back and because they didn't want to "mess" with our salad they threw extra chicken in a cup. Our consolation prize was a free lemonade.
