We also split a yummy piece of chocolate mousse dessert. But it doesn't end there. There have dirty sodas and other interesting self serve drinks. Both were very flavorful and tasty. It was nice to have something on the healthier side. The bread was soft and the sauce had a pleasant flavor on the sandwich. Usually pretty friendly and accurate with your orders. Ambiance is slightly nicer than the average fast food restaurant. They had a a steady business, but there were tables available. They were friendly and super quick with our order. We ordered the pick two option with a brisket sandwich & lobster bisque, and also a chickpea vegetable soup with a berry salad. The soup was hot and everything was delicious! We would definitely get the same order again or be happy to try some other things. They had some great drink options, sodas and juice drinks. I love that they have Fresca! They have some very nice dessert options as well, including brownies, cookies, rice, crispy treats, and cheesecake. They kept the inside dining tables clean and the restrooms were also very clean. I hadn't eaten at Café Zupas in a long time. I was pleased to see this location as I was driving down Ellsworth out of my way to visit a target, but I have not been to before. We drove 20-ish minutes back home to eat, only to discover my Avocado Ckn Chop was lettuce and some sprinkles of chicken. Zero toppings on it. I called to let them know, I spoke to an Ashlynn, who giggled when I told her & then asked if I wanted to come back for them to give me toppings. Wasn't worth the 45 minute round trip to do so. So happy to have more food variety here in queen creek. This is such a great addition. We have always loved cafe zupas but the closest one was in Gilbert so we are very excited about this. This location is nice but quite small compared to other locations. Food was good as always but they do have a lot of newer staff so our salads and sandwiches were made wrong but they fixed it and it was all good. Their they 2 combo is the way to go! The drive thru was extra busy and I think some orders got confusing but the staff handled themselves very well. It's too bad the waiting customers felt the need to make their evening more difficult. Two women from two separate cars marched in to complain (I had been waiting way longer than them) and my order finally came out and it was great. No need to make their jobs more difficult. Absolutely disgusting. I came in with the hopes of getting a good dinner yet I was beyond disappointed and honestly furious. As a business you need to get your workers on the same page. I ordered a try two with a California Cobb no cheese or tomato and a chicken pesto sandwich. As I'm waiting for my mom to finish with her order I'm watching one of the salad workers and she puts cheese IN MY SALAD. I immediately correct her to which she apologizes and remade my salad this time correctly. Then as I am waiting with my family I realize that they completely forgot to put my order in our bag and we were about to walk out so I told the worker and the finally located my Try 2 but the beginning line worker completely forgot to make my sandwich so we had to wait extra in order to get my dang sandwich. Now as I am writing this at home I stare at my try two with the wrong lettuce. It should not be this hard to make a simple try two especially if you work at a place that I'm sure makes a good amount of them a day. My family and I were so excited to finally have a Zupas in queen creek but not anymore, this service was atrocious and the worst I've experienced in all my time going there. Got my son a kids meal of chicken strips, two pieces of chicken super cold and soggy like they through it in the microwave from yesterdays fridge and the fruit on the side was warm and super old and soggy and only about 6 pieces of fruit. I love Zupa's in Queen Creek. I've had the strawberry salad and enchilada soup twice in the past few weeks. Their food is very good, service was good. On .y last visit, they did forget the tortilla strips in the soup, but quickly got them for me once I asked. The facility is clean. I would definitely recommend it. read more
