I went here with a coworker for dinner. I'm not usually a fan of Arby's but I went anyway. First off we were greeted by the nicest workers! They weren't young teenagers and it was a joy to have them help us at the register. Our order was correct and brought out quickly. As for the food let me say I really liked the curly fries!! I have been going to this location for 4 years now. Unfortunately it is the closest location to me.... I truly cannot remember a time when they have gotten my order right the first time.... Worst part is I'm usually in the drive thru... so by the time I realize my order is wrong, I'm already home ...... Just went there and ordered "classic beef n cheddar meal w/ CRINKLE fries and Dr. pepper".... She says "anything else".... "I'll try the peach cobbler rolls".... Apparently that threw her off because she then asked me to repeat the fries and drink to which I replied "CRINKLE fries and Dr. Pepper".... Got home and opened the bag to CURLY fries....‍‍‍ Which generally I could have just gone with it, not the end of the world even after confirming TWICE, but they were NASTY! When I parked to pick up my online order my car died. I walked in to grab my food so I could eat and then call someone to help me. Found out i Ordered online to wrong store (power and baseline instead of Power and Main). I was very upset crying because of my car and now finding out I ordered to wrong store. No offers to help me what so ever. They just ignored me as I stood in the restaurant as it was late and there was homeless people outside. So I tried to reorder through app but lost all my offers deals because they were used at the wrong restaurant. Terrible customer service!!! They only cared about closing and going home. I went to pick up my order I ordered the Reuben. I asked for extra sauerkraut because they never put very much on. They told me they had to charge me for it I said well as long as it looks like this picture I'm fine with it and I showed them a picture of the sandwich as it's advertised. WOW! Yes a wow for a fast food restaurant. If I didn't know better I would surmise everyone working there is family. When I reached the counter a very friendly gentleman named Vaughn said "I'll be right with you" and he quickly completed his task at the moment and with a friendly smile asked how could he help me. After I ordered I stood and observed the behaviors of the staff, I always look for happy employees that seem to genuinely all get along and enjoy their job. A+ for that! It's very obvious when staff are treated with dignity & respect & even more so when they're not. Another gentlemen Conner was very friendly and happily shared his animated opinion when I asked about the loaded Mac & cheese. The food was typical Arby's, good, hot & consistent. Really all you can expect from a fast food place. But the customer care, the cleanliness of the dining area and the obvious fun & harmony the staff showed made my visit a very enjoyable one. This was the best Arby's location ever!! We had the gyro and French dip meal. They both were delicious!! The food was piping hot, the portions were huge and the prices extremely reasonable. This did not taste like fast food. It tasted better than any restaurant lunch menu for half the price. I will be back!! read more

Arby's has pretty much become our "go-to" takeout fast food restaurant for their unique menu items. I love the Smokehouse brisket sandwich and the Greek gyro and always have a difficult time deciding which one I want to get. But either way, it is always satisfying. The curly fries are a good alternative to regular French fries, and the jalapeño bites are delicious, and on the mild side, and the sauce that comes with them is a nice touch. Other items are just as good. I am sorry that so many people seem to be dissatisfied with their dining experiences when writing their reviews. My wife and I generally get what we expect and what we pay for, and we seldom encounter any of the problems that others seem to continually be plagued with. Maybe they are expecting a little too much. read more

Just came in for a mothers day meal and i got a french dip and the sandwhich was hanging out of the box touching the metal siding and then they tried to give it to me and i asked for a new one cause thats where peoples hands go and the manager Naomi got mad and threw the sandwich in the trash with an attitude. I love this Arby's now! They changed the Interior to hip but didn't change their great food! I always loved this Arby's because they made great Roast Beef Sandwiches and great Curley Fries, but now it has an updated atmosphere. Everything is modern, but comfy. Stick with the plain, the cheesy one isn't near as good (cheesy taste funky) and check to make sure they put Horsey sauce in your bag before you leave. Large water isn't very large. I already called the corporate number and gave feedback to the corporate web site. I gave a scathing review of the Sandbar in Chandler a few months ago and after a while changed it cause I felt bad about the effect it had on some employees. Guess what. Don't give a rats ass anymore. We fire people at my place of employment when they can't cut it. Why should we tolerate from the food service industry incompetence that we would not tolerate in our own place of work. If you hired someone to paint your house, repair a dent in your car, or cut your hair, and they did a horrible job, would you pay them? Fast food is one of the few things not bought off the internet we pay for in advance. 99% of us would do nothing other than a cursory check of our food bag before we drive off and hope the sandwich inside was what you ordered. I encourage everyone o spread the word and start standing up for yourself. If you get a crap deal from fast food, don't just take it because our expectations are low. Call or write the corporate offices maybe if enough people get on board something someday may change. It's not like we aren't paying the same price as we would at a sit down restaurant. read more
