I have not been this impressed with a salad bar in a very long time. I went to Salata with my teammates for a workday lunch and got the large size. They have great options and it appears as though you are getting optimal ingredients for your salad. I filled mine with so many ingredients but they still filled it and closed it up for me. I couldn't finish it and had to take it back to my hotel. They even threw in a free croissant, which is a sweet touch. I felt so wholesome and healthy afterwards. Lined moved quickly and place was clean.

Wheat croissant accompanied my salad. Loved avocado jalapeño dressing. Not hot, flavorful

Fresh. Friendly. Clean Variety of Tea flavors and coolies to tickle the palate. Efficient service. Went through line quickly and checked out. Small salad is A LOT OF SALAD! I was excited to see I had enough leftover for work lunch the next day.

We were visiting Atlanta from out of state, decided we wanted something non-greasy for dinner, and went with this place. We were definitely happy with our decision! The place was very clean and the workers were friendly. My sister and I both got a small salad ($9.90) which was still a pretty large amount. It also came with either a croissant or baked pita chips. Protein was an extra $3.90 so we opted out but it was still delicious. Everything tasted fresh. They also had a good selection of teas/ lemonades.

Salata is a classic salad place and just what all of the business people in Atlantic station need at lunchtime. The food is fresh, the crew is wearing masks and relatively efficient, and other than a few packaging mishaps, I've never had a bad experience there. That being said, I have to give it a 3.5 (I'm rounding up to a 4) based on my experience today. When I went today around 1pm, they were out of a lot of basics. Also, I paid $14 for my SMALL salad, which I get that the ingredients are fresh and all,but that's pricey. Additionally, the silverware is not kept at the checkout counter, and I didn't know that. So, I walked away with a salad and no way to eat it at my office. I was forced to go to another local store to buy something just to be able to get a fork. They should have silverware closer to the checkout or at least remind people where they can get it. Or for a to go order, they should include it in the bag!

The other half I didn't eat before realizing I didn't take a pic!!!!

Outside of the slow service, it was pretty good!!! I got a custom made cucumber Caesar wrap with shrimp, spinach, diced tomatoes & onions, parmesean cheese, banana peppers, and avocado!!!! The only downfall is that there were still bits of the shell on the shrimp...only found it as I tore into it....

If it's a salad you want this will be your must go to place. I had heard about Salata from my cousin and was happy she brought me here from the airport. This is not like any other salad place you have ever been to. First you pick the size bowl you want. The small is quite large. The large would be more than enough for 2 people in my eyes. Maybe even a family if used as a side dish. Then you start by picking your greens. If it is green they have it. Romain, spring mix, kale, spinach. You name it, they have it. You get as much as you want of anything as long as it fits in the bowl. Now the fun really starts. There are more toppings than you can imagine. It starts with all the regulars...tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, carrots. They also have beets, jicama, radishes, green onions, hard boiled eggs...way too many to list. Again you get as much as you want of as many topping as you want as long as they fit in your bowl. (The kids portion only allows you 4 toppings) Then you get to pick a cheese topping. There must have been at least 6 different cheeses. Maybe more! Now comes the protein. This was a $4 upcharge. There were your regulars like chicken or salmon but numerous other choices as well. I had the seafood medley. It was delicious. They offer different lemonade drinks and ice teas on tap. Salata gets 5 stars from me for food and service, but the decor and ambiance was a bit cold and sparse. I would definitely come back if in the area. Do you have any locations in South Florida or any other states? Great concept! I love it!

The sweet and savory combination with the ham, egg, and cheese worked really well. The potatoes were good too, and between those and the croissant, the meal was surprisingly filling. I've gone in often and they've run out of inventory with no timeline of replenishing. I was able to get a B.E.C. sandwich ONCE in the handful of times I've been here. It was decent and fairly priced, but unavailable the following visits I made. At some point I had to have a sandwich made with no bread because they were out. That was my last time there. Most of the baristas appear to hate working here or simply being on the planet lol. My last visit I was looped into an unwarranted political conversation when just trying to grab a coffee. I get that it's near a college campus so EVERYTHING is made unnecessarily political these days unfortunately, but maybe they should coach their folks to not engage unsuspecting customers in these conversations... literally just prioritize the JOB and the BUSINESS and the customer experience. I don't need or want a lecture on how unbearable you think our country is when I'm just trying to get a drink.
