I'm a regular customer and always order the same thing- Kale Caesar salad with double grilled chicken and only kale. Today, when I came in, there was a young lady with blonde braids who had the worst customer service ever!!! On top of that, the salads that I ordered were not even filled to the top, like they usually are.

I was in the mood to try something new and happened to stumble upon Chopt. I've been trying to find a new Wrap/Salad place so this was right up my alley. I'll start with the shocker! You know how when you go to the Farmers Market you are cuddled by the smell of the fresh produce? That's what it's like walking into Chopt. The smell of the fresh vegetables hit you at the door. This is not only a sign of quality product, however, it is also a hunger increasing tease. LoL! As this was my first time, I was excited to see how the staff engaged with the customer. They were rushing you to hurry up, instead, they took the time to help you make a selection. I was helped by a gentleman named Markus. As I was undecided on whether to pick the Kale Caesar or the Sesame Ginger Crunch, Markus asked me a few questions and suggested I go with the Sesame Ginger Crunch! "Grilled chicken, rainbow carrots, broccoli, pickled red onions, crispy shallots, romaine, cabbage & cilantro blend." If you know me you know I asked for extra pickled red onions. Hehe! When we got to the dressing station, I swapped out the Sesame Ginger for the Limited Time Zia Chile Caesar. One word, WOWSERS! Between me and you, the dressing tastes just as fresh as the produce, not bottled. Hmmm! Could it be?? Ok. I decided to go with the wrap instead of the traditional salad. Biting into the wrap was a mouth shocking pleasure. The freshness of the cabbage and cilantro blend paired with the pickled red onions and the chicken! Oh my. Then top it off with the Zia Chile!! Who in the word decided to play with my taste buds like this? Everything about this crunchy, fresh, well thought out blend of goodness was an experience of bite after bite deliciousness. Because of this, I will be back to try all the other blends of salads/wraps. Gone are my days of lettuce and cucumbers. I have entered the world of Chopt and I am here to stay.

Overall the salad dressings and flavors were just ok. The greens were wilted and they seemed to be out of a few salad toppings. Also I wish the bowls were bigger or at least more rounded...the toppings fall/sink to the bottom so it's more like you're shoveling to get to the good bits. They do have a rewards program and app. There are a variety of salad options so I may have to try another location or a wrap next time

Salad was good, but halfway through, I realized I wasn't alone. Dead cockroach right in the dining area.

This is my usual go to place for lunch from work. I love their bowls both warm and cold. Service is exceptionally quick, I call it the "healthier" chipotle. The interiors are extremely casual like a regular diner. It is pricey for a fast food joint but it's so healthy and delicious, I don't mind the price at all. I wish they had more ready to order options , because sometimes I feel like I've tried everything on their menu. Overall a great work lunch station for me because it's close to my office, I'll obviously revisit.

The gnat that was in my food

Let me begin by saying I hardly ever write pretty bad reviews on restaurants. I ordered a chicken kale salad via DoorDash and I discovered a gnat in my salad. Shocked and surprised I called the restaurant to express this and the person could care less and was not pleasant. Basically, the person said you need to take it up with DoorDash and click the call was ended. I understand you're having a bad day but don't take it out on me. I am stating that I had a bug in my food and you could care less. What kind of customer service is that?! No sympathy and poor customer service. I will not be going to this location. Mistakes happen and I get it but hanging up on me wasn't cool. There were other ways to handle that situation.

The salads here just are not good to me. Nothing has any flavor. Everything is so bland every time I've came here. I tried the warm chicken, I regret it. It's so mushy that I can't even enjoy my salad. The food is terrible. The fried chicken looked weird and old so I didn't get that. I should have went to Sweet Green instead. However, the establishment is clean & the staff is friendly. UPDATE: I can't eat anymore of this salad, it taste like tuna fish. I'd love to have a refund.

I come here for lunch quite a bit! When I visit, I always get the same thing, Kale Caesar Salad, with Panko Chicken (don't forget the bread!) This salad is amazing and is only 180 cals, and did I mention that it's huge! I love that you get to watch them make your order and you can customize anything to your liking. My salad cost about 9 bucks which I think is fair. The staff is friendly and I'm usually in and out in less than 10 minutes, even during lunch hour. Parking is very accessible in the shopping plaza. I'd highly recommend giving this place a shot.

My first time hearing about Chopt was seeing this event on Facebook. For the opening, they gave away free salads with a donation. I got there when the line was short. It was a steady revolving door though. It's located in Ansley Mall off Piedmont Ave. Plenty of parking spaces or a great place to walk too if you live in the area. I tried the destination salad, Georgia Summer Cobb. It was fabulous with sweet & spicy chicken, blue cheese, peaches, spinach, and romaine with honey dijon dressing. I'm missing 2 ingredients but it was delicious. Destination salads are only available for 60 days once they are released to the public so hurry up and go try it. The staff was suppppperrrrrr nice. There are plenty of spaces to eat inside or you can take it to go. They are fast and efficient. The materials they use are recycled. They only offer paper straws. The sweet tea was amazing. Not too sweet not watery. They now have 3 locations in the Atlanta Metro area so stop in and give them a try! You won't be disappointed.

Customized salad. Note the half slice of bread.

Moist, nicely spiced and topped with a luscious vanilla mascarpone mousse, candied oranges and walnuts. The mascarpone was especially good -- creamy without overwhelming the cake. Exactly what I wanted. We also had an affogato and an Espresso Martini, made with organic vodka, espresso liqueur and organic espresso. Dessert and coffee with a cocktail thrown in for good measure? We got: - Chicken Satay: The chicken itself was so believable, stringy and smoky! And crunchy (though I'm used to satay meat being grilled). The sauce was tasty too- peanut-y, sweet, hint of curry. However, for $8, I'd expect at least 4 skewers. - Shrimp Chow Kway Teow: CKT is one of my favorite noodle dishes ever, and Mamak's version certainly did it justice. The wok hei was so present, the noodles perfectly chewy, and the veggies (snow pea, onion, carrot, bean sprouts) well-cooked. The shrimp was insane, so bouncy and real-feeling. - Olive Fried Rice: Can't say I've ever had olive leaves before, this dish was delightful! Lots of great toppings (tofu, carrot, green bean, mushroom) that gave some textural diversity. - Black Pepper Beef: The black pepper essence was clearly distinguishable, but the sauce was too sweet for me. The beef was truly reminiscent of the actual thing. Lots of tasty veggies again (cauliflower, celery, jicama, carrot, bell pepper). Overall, taste-wise, all of the dishes were great; however, we did not feel portion sizes matched prices. Service could also stand to improve, with regards to attentiveness. To note, the restaurant is self-seating (I wish there was something that said this at the entrance). You can pay the bill via QR code, but there's a platform fee (I wonder if you could avoid that if you pay physically). Lots of parking available. 9/10 would recommend!

I have been here many times, and the people that work here are absolutely incredible, but they are slammed with a lot of orders so it takes a while to get prepared.

There were about four customers in line when I arrived but it moved as slow as molasses. I recommend ordering online if you don't have extra time to wait. Also know what you want when you arrive, it helps move the line a little quicker. This is a raw vegan restaurant that is known for their kale mix. You have your choice of wraps, spicy kale, mild kale or you can do a 50/50 blend. The spicy has heat which i love but I'm glad I did the 50/50, it was perfect. There is a free parking lot a few steps away from the business and it's large so you shouldn't have a problem finding parking. I had the south of the border with a chili wrap and all ingredients. I had the half size which was extremely large and enough for two people to share or enough for two days. It's such a beautiful wrap but personally not my favorite. All the ingredients were very fresh but it was something that I just didn't enjoy about it. Maybe it was the Moroccan couscous flavor. I'm willing to try another wrap and will probably go with the OG or Dat Ish. Prices were okay for the serving size you receive. There are tables outside. And the employees were all pleasant.

There appeared to be only one server, and she was busy with another customer, so I sat myself and patiently looked over the menu while I waited. About 15 minutes later, two other patrons walked in and also seated themselves. Once the waitress became available, she went directly to the two women who had arrived after me, brought them water and menus, and began taking their order. At that point, I stood up and let her know that I had been patiently waiting and had arrived before them. She seemed confused, so I explained that I had been sitting there waiting for service. Her only response was, "Would you like to order something?" There was no apology or even acknowledgment that I had been overlooked. I decided to leave, but before doing so, I asked how long the wait for food would be and was told around 30 minutes. Overall, the experience felt very unprofessional and unwelcoming. I completely understand being busy or short-staffed, but acknowledging customers in the order they arrive or at the very least apologizing when someone has clearly been overlooked.. is basic customer service.

We intentionally avoided reading reviews because we wanted to form our own opinion, and we're so glad we did. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly by the host, which immediately set the tone for a great dining experience. Once seated, our waiter was attentive, personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care that we enjoyed our meal. The food was outstanding, the drinks were excellent. Poor Calvin's delivered from start to finish. If you're visiting Atlanta or you're a local looking for a restaurant that combines exceptional food with outstanding hospitality, Poor Calvin's is well worth the visit. We left with absolutely no complaints and look forward to returning the next time we're in Atlanta.

Jojo was an excellent waiter and he took care of the table very well. The last time I went was the first time I went so I went ahead and had him give the list of things that were good and the perspectives on the food. He knew his stuff and did it in great detail. Trained really well. Awesome experience . I took an Uber. I don't actually know about the parking situation but you can probably find parking because of where it's at. Just keep in mind that it's in an area where it's going to be pay-to-park so don't think you're going to get away with something for free . The ambience is nice and it's a lot more elegant than what you would think. Not over-the-top elegance though, not at all, but it is very neat and well-placed. Everybody is super friendly when you come in and the establishment is very clean . Shanghai pork belly eggs - I saw something that said that the deviled eggs were good so I gave them a shot and they did not disappoint. They were super flavorful. That was almost a little confusing because you had egg there and you had it lightly deep-fried and you had pork belly and you had what it seemed to be like was jelly. It was a whole lot of flavor happening at one time. I don't have any issue with it, not whatsoever. It was a really good appetizer and you get about four of them so you actually get to taste it and then taste it again and make sure you're tasting all the flavors correctly lol . Drunken noodle scallops and lobster - so the noodles were really good. They came in a little bowl with a tea light to keep them warm. That was pretty cool as far as optics go but the food itself was good. Now when you get something like seafood you kind of expect it to be little or not huge portions but this was a different story. They had two pieces of lobster tail in there so you peel the lobster tail out and you chop it up and there was plenty of lobster meat and the scallops that were in there as well were huge. You have to be able to probably cut those in half to eat with your pasta as you use the fork in the bowl. It was plenty of seafood. There was almost more filling in the bowl than there was pasta, which is crazy! The flavor of it was sweet and savory and it wasn't as if one thing carried the dish. All the way around the dish was good. Lemongrass steamed mussels - now these are pretty good. Originally I was going to order the soup on the menu but JoJo said that the soup was basically the broth for the mussels so I just went ahead and canceled that. They were good and they were savory. They weren't the best mussels in the world but they are really good and the broth had the lemongrass flavor everywhere in your mouth. Super good. Also usually you may get like eight mussels or maybe 12 of them but this order came with like 25 of them and it was a huge order so that's not to be slept on. It came with a really toasted bread that you would use for the broth at the bottom. That broth after you finish could definitely be used for something else. Very tasty . Overall this is absolutely a stellar spot. I have zero complaints about it. The food was good. The ambiance was great. The service was superior and they might have another customer returning soon enough . It was a great fusion of food and flavors.
