Steak with roasted broccoli and Red Chile Glazed Sweet Potato

We decided to try the West Midtown location, for a change (we usually go to Buckhead). The sides especially the roasted broccoli and sweet potatoes were good and flavorful. The steak was seasoned but was a little tough. We grabbed what the cashew chocolate chip cookies too, but they were underbaked. Still a cool spot , just disappointed on the tough steak and the undercooked cookie.

The food at flower child is always wonderful and the food is just as great! I went for the miso ginger crunch this time with added chicken and it was so filling! I didn't ever get halfway through before I had to pack up the rest for later. I know this spot can seem too healthy for some people but they truly have something for everyone. Whether you're in a wrap, bowl, or salad mood, flower child will have the options for lunch break! The parking is validated from the adjacent garage but only remember to get it on your way out as it lasts for about 10 minutes before expiring.

The food was so good! This was my first time trying flower child and I will definitely be back. Tasteful, healthy, nice aesthetic

This place is still a 10/10. I've been to both locations and have no complaint. Their summer sangria was amazing. I am obsessed with the Mother Earth bowl with salmon and extra miso vinaigrette. I've tried it with steak as well but prefer the salmon. Their restaurants are always clean and well decorated. The lady at the cash register was super friendly and recommended I get my salmon blackened. Can I get a chefs kiss! The olive oil lemon cake is to die for and the rose lemonade was just average but accompanied my meal well. FC has a forever customer. PS open one in East Atlanta please and thank you!

Went here for lunch 3x this week. My go to: steak entree with Mac & cheese and roasted broccoli. Staff here are attentive and kind. Great spot for lunch.

I met a friend here for a working lunch and had a lovely time. I had never heard of this spot before but I must say for a Friday afternoon it was full of people lunching and working and hanging out. It's located in the Westside Provisions District so parking is available in the parking deck but be sure to ask for validation (good for 2 hours) or you'll pay at least a million dollars. If you're picking up an order they do have designated spots for 10 min parking right outside the restaurant. It's a super cute, casual space and you'll place your order before grabbing a seat. They have all sorts of options for any diet (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free) with salads, bowls with fancy stuff in it, and entrees where you can pick a protein and two sides so you're bound to find something that you'll want I'm sure. I didn't get too adventurous during this visit and opted for the avocado Caesar salad with romaine, parmesan, bread crumb, chive, a delicious avocado caesar dressing and I added chicken. This salad was so filling and soooooo delicious! The portion size was perfect for the price and I was definitely pleased with what I got. Super cute spot and actually a pretty decent place to sit and work if you needed to. It did get a little loud from time to time but of course it was lunchtime so that's expected but it wasn't super noisy or unbearable. The staff who I interacted with were kind and I must say for a place I'd never heard of before they definitely won me over and I'll be back soon!

The food and customer service is amazing! They validate your parking too! The service is fast. I went there 3 times in 2 days. I went and it was so good I went back to get my friend the chicken enchiladas. She loved it! Then I took my sister the next day and she love her food too.

The food was refreshing and made to order. This was an airy Bohemian vibe with salads and earthy food available to purchase. You place your order at front and receive a number to place at your table for the server to bring out for you. They have natural flavored lemonade and water as an option by the drink fountains. The parking deck was conveniently located next door in between Amili apartments. You can get it validates by the cashier when you order too!!! I will be back to this spot.

Barely any wait time, great customer service and there is a parking garage located right next to the building. Cute aesthetic & great ambience Food: I was really nervous with my choice but shoutout to Sous Chef Kason for the suggestion I got CHICKEN YAKISOBA NOODLES: grilled chicken thigh, wok seared vegetables (snap peas, cauliflower, bok choy (all that I can remember)), sesame garlic sauce, roasted cashew. All I can say is this meal was a great balance it was really delicious and the garlic sauce was amazing. The bowl looks intimidating and I'm super picky about texture the bowl was perfect. I also got the chocolate chip cookie cashew cookie. Drink: They has two sangrias and I tried them both and the peach pineapple was a perfect balance and definitely my favorite, the sangria watermelon was on the drier side.

The service was wonderful but the special was really bad. Not sure if they added something im not use to having in this dish. I'd stay away from the specials that are not traditional American dishes unless you're sure sure. Also, this is a hot dish with a cold salad thrown on top and I think I thought it would be separate with how it's described. This meal cost $20 and im basically about to trash it. :/

Flower child is the perfect spot for a healthy meal in west midtown. The outdoor and indoor seating options make it a great place for a quick lunch or dinner. The open kitchen allows you to see your food being made right in front of you, and they have a wide variety of options to choose from. The kombucha bbq chicken wrap is delicious, with unbeatable fresh flavors. The tofu bowl is also a must-try, with warm and hearty noodles and soft tofu. They also offer beer on tap and a fantastic selection of hot sauces. It's definitely worth checking out if you're in the west midtown area and looking for a fresh and healthy bite. For the quality of the food, the pricing is worth it. Service is great they bring the food out to you in a quick manner with a hi hello, and ordering is very simple at the front. I will be going back for sure. They also have parking in the parking deck.

The only reason I can't give them the full 5 stars is because they were out of bacon when I went. I ended up getting the egg, ham, and cheese croissant with potatoes, and it was SO good. The croissant had a slight sweetness to it that tasted like there may have been a little syrup added, and I loved it. The sweet and savory combination with the ham, egg, and cheese worked really well. The potatoes were good too, and between those and the croissant, the meal was surprisingly filling. I ate breakfast and stayed full for basically the rest of the day, which almost never happens for me. I would absolutely come back, especially if I can get my hands on the bacon next time!

Essentially you can eat 1/2 of the sandwich and save the other half for a second meal. Now the bread pudding was a disappointment. It was dry and lacked flavor, I would not recommend. I've gone in often and they've run out of inventory with no timeline of replenishing. I was able to get a B.E.C. sandwich ONCE in the handful of times I've been here. It was decent and fairly priced, but unavailable the following visits I made. At some point I had to have a sandwich made with no bread because they were out. That was my last time there. Most of the baristas appear to hate working here or simply being on the planet lol. My last visit I was looped into an unwarranted political conversation when just trying to grab a coffee. I get that it's near a college campus so EVERYTHING is made unnecessarily political these days unfortunately, but maybe they should coach their folks to not engage unsuspecting customers in these conversations... literally just prioritize the JOB and the BUSINESS and the customer experience. I don't need or want a lecture on how unbearable you think our country is when I'm just trying to get a drink. It's a horrible business practice to assume ~anyone's~ social/political leaning and I hope we as a society can collectively move into a space where we stop normalizing this behavior. Hope they can pull it together because in theory it is a neighborhood asset. But currently? No bueno.

We're fans of other healthy bowl places like Upbeet (just across the street) and gusto! The bowls/plates we had this past Monday at sweetgreen were better than what we've had over the past year from both Upbeet and gusto! I didn't expect that from sweetgreen, which is a nationwide chain with over 240 locations. In comparison, Upbeet has only two locations (Atlanta and Nashville) and gusto! is a local chain with 12 Atlanta-area locations. At this location, sweetgreen validates parking in the attached garage (behind the restaurant) for one hour. Enter the garage via Brady Ave NW. There are two entry points. From the garage, there's a breezeway with direct access to sweetgreen and Howell Mill Rd. Take your parking ticket with you so the staff can put a validation sticker on it. My wife and I dined in and had the following for dinner: * Miso Glazed Salmon ($15.95) - miso-glazed salmon, avocado, cucumbers, pickled onions, crispy onions, white rice, nori sesame seasoning and spicy cashew * Hot Honey Chicken ($14.95) - blackened chicken, warm roasted sweet potatoes, veg slaw, crispy onions, herbed quinoa, and hot honey mustard sauce plus kale * Ripple Fries + Pickle Ketchup ($4.55) - freshly cut potatoes, air-fried in avocado oil and seasoned with sea salt and herbs Jendaya prepared our order and rang us up. Not only were our bowls delicious, but she plated and presented them beautifully. My wife had a question or two since it was our first time. Jendaya was nice when answering them and explaining things. Wonderful service from her. Overall, we were impressed with how tasty and satisfying the bowls were. The ingredient combinations were really flavorful. Everything was so fresh and yummy that it didn't taste like we were eating healthy food. I was most impressed with the salmon, which was soft, moist, and quite appetizing. If only all fast-casual restaurant salmon could be this good. My wife added kale to the Hot Honey Chicken, at no extra charge. You can create custom plates/bowls/salads from scratch or you can modify existing ones on the menu. One plate and fries filled me up for dinner. My wife got full before finishing her plate. We were the only dine-in customers during our visit on Monday around 6:20pm -- not surprising since it was a Monday at dinnertime. I expect this place is busier at lunchtime. If you dine in, the bowls are different (not disposable). In the dining room, a few tables hadn't been cleaned when we sat down to eat. Also, one of the trash bins was overflowing and another was about to. During our visit, I noticed a slow, but steady stream of online and takeout customers and food delivery drivers come through. Currently, there are six sweetgreen locations in metro Atlanta, only one of which is in the burbs (Dunwoody). This Star Metals location was the fourth to open in Atlanta, on March 22, 2022. The first location opened at Ponce City Market on June 8, 2021. The company/brand started in Washington DC in 2006. This location has both indoor and outdoor seating in a cool part of town (Westside). The interior still looks new with a modern, industrial design. If you plan to visit with any regularity, sign up for sweetgreen rewards. Use the sweetgreen app and scan your QR code at checkout to get points. You get 10 points for each eligible $1 spent. At the time of writing this review, you can get Rosemary Focaccia as early as 350 points and an entree up to $18 in value at 2,500 points. Points expire 180 days (about six months) after issuance. I didn't sign up for rewards until after our visit. Using the app, I sent a picture of my receipt to sweetgreen to get points. Christell from the sweetgreen "customer experience" team responded in less than 24 hours. She added the correct amount of points to my account. Excellent online customer support. We look forward to returning.
