I absolutely LOVE this place! I come here a lot but tonight wasn't as pleasant. The server was this young lady which was rude. Seemed like she kept rushing me. Have gone here a couple of times. Think Souper Salad, but nicer. Lots of fresh options for them to build your salad. Extensive meat selection too. The meat is cold and that is my only complaint. I took that salad to go with the chicken on the side to heat up at the office before adding to my salad. You can also turn your salad into a wrap, but haven't tried that option yet. read more

This is my new favorite spot. Right across the highway from my gym and came here for a healthy dinner post-workout with a friend who had been before. I was so impressed with all of their vegan/vegetarian protein options (falafel, tofu, and quinoa) & the ginger vinaigrette is AWESOME. $11 for my salad but portion wise, it was two meals worth so I definitely think the prices are more than fair. Salata takes a light salad to another level! There are over 50 different salad toppings including proteins that are available for an additional charge. Similarly, all the teas are brewed. For dinner, I had a large salad with crab and complementary pita chips. The salad had so many layers. The highlight of my meal were the dressings. Since, I was unsure about this step, the staff made the tasteful suggestion to blend the house and vinaigrette. I use this location regularly for their catering services. I get compliments regularly when I host meetings and serve their food. My staff also often request that I order salata for staff meetings despite being given options throughout the city. The catering team is always helpful and makes sure we have what we need and our food is regularly delivered on time. So thankful for such a healthy option to go. read more

Salata is amazing! Its very rare when you find a place that is both healthy and delicious. Its close to where I work so I come here every time I don't bring lunch with me. Staff is friendly and happy - great customer service. They have over 50 toppings to choose from. All sorts of protein variations - from chicken to salmon to seafood to tofu. Mango dressing is delicious at only 35 calories. The portions are very large so you always leave there feeling satisfied. Everyone I have introduced to Salata agrees that this is definitely not your regular boring ol' salad deli. Plus, you leave there guilt free because you didn't blow your diet! read more

I have eaten at several different Salata locations and every time their salads are fresh and tasty. The vegetables always seem like they are freshly cut and haven't been sitting around all day like other salad bars I've been to. I also enjoy their tomato basil soup and white bean soup. Yes many businesses are doing there beat but I got a salad 2 days in a row and when 2 different employees finished making my salad some fell on the counter and they both scooped it up and put it back in my salad. I attended the grand opening for this location today. Service wise, everyone was really friendly. The lady that starts off your order greeted me, thanked me for my service and explained how their ordering works. It's basically like Chipotle or Freebirds, but for salads. It took awhile to actually get to to front of the line since there were so many people. But once you started to order, it went a little bit quicker. There are three options to choose from: a large salad, a small salad, or a wrap. I ordered the small salad at a base price of $7 (including tax only). They start your order in a silver bowl that looks like a prep bowl you would use to toss veggies in oil or something. It reminded me of what my dogs used to eat out of when I was little so I didn't like that very much. If you eat there, they leave it in the bowl. If you take it to go, they do transfer it to a plastic to-go container. I got mine to go. They didn't put any silverware in it. Thankfully my work provides utensils. As for the food itself, it was okay. Everything was fresh which is always good, but I didn't feel like it was worth $7. I didn't even add any protein or any other costly sides. If I did, my small $7 salad would have been more like a small $15 salad. I appreciated the quality customer service, but I don't know that I would come back here. For $7, I can go to Souper Salad and get all I can eat salad, soup, and extras, but not pay extra for it. read more

So I went there to purchase 3 large salads after work and the motto should be RUSHED! I knew what I wanted, but the first person I that helped me, she was speaking so fast I don't know what she was saying the second person was really nose that put my veggies on at least one of my salads, but the third person the helped me his burgundy blouse said lead... so I thought he would be even better... I felt that he was rushing me through all three salads and he even felt like he needed to correct me twice when I call the banana peppers,pepperoncini. I didn't realize it until he said" for future, you can order online" this is the first time that I ordered inside because I usually order online!!! I really wished he would have either helped someone else that was behind me or stayed in the back. You should never feel like you have to rush an order that you pay for.. Pretty good selection of toppings. I had the basalmic vinaigrette, which tasted diff than what I am used to, but they told me they make their own version so that explained it. Place was clean, the booths have outlets which is a nice option. Wish they had plain tea but it was nice to see something diff aside from a soda dispenser. The worker who made my bowl was awesome.
